Treatment half worked, but when a problem Is encountered, there’s no chance you’ll get customer service to resolve. I’m waiting weeks on my retainers because I just couldn’t deal with waiting weeks for an answer. Now I’ve been waiting weeks for my retainer. Not worth it.

Don't waste your time and money. I don't have terribly out of alignement teeth. The aligners didn't really work well at all. Their app kept causing issues tracking progress and their staff never proactively caught the issues (aligners were not fitting properly). If I could go back...wouldn't do it again. I've emailed them numerous times to get a resolution, but it's like they never see my previous emails and keep asking for infomration I've provided like 3-4 times. I've requested to speak to a manager, but they blow me off. Not impressed.

Byte ruined my smile. Hyperbyte caused a tooth to die as a result of moving too quickly, ultimately requiring a root canal & crown. My tooth is ruined forever. I did not get any support from them despite multiple requests for support. They simply put my treatment plan on hold after a check in where I was finally able to show them the dead tooth. I absolutely regret using Byte. I would encourage you to STRONGLY consider a different company before trusting Byte with your smile.

Byte looked over my impressions and sent me a plan that did NOT correct the problem with my teeth. I asked for a revised plan that met my needs and corrected the problem with my teeth. The company representative indicated that no refund would be given since they had presented a plan, even though the plan was ineffective and not helpful. I cannot recommend a company that will not stand behind its promises.

The progress is much slower than advertised. Support is decent once they are engaged, but replying to open tickets doesn't always happen. Sometimes you need to submit a new support request to ask them to follow up on an open support request.

At first this seemed like a great choice, but as my treatment got near the ‘end’- there was poor follow up and direction from the Byte team. I still have correction left but they keep cautioning me to wait two more weeks and then we will go from there. Also- one of the aligners chipped a small piece on my front tooth which they blamed on my teeth- they’ve been fine for years before using this system. Spent the extra money and go with a real company with real support.

My experience has been terrible. I could only fit my first tray. I had to throw away 8 trays and 1600.00 because no one was willing to make the corrections. I was told I could not get a refund because it’s medical treatment but if it’s really medical treatment they would understand the importance of making the corrections in order to complete treatment.

If i could give a 0 i would. Byte has been terrible from the very beginning! DO NOT waste your time or money with this company they suck! They made mistakes on sending my product to me to the wrong address, they made mistakes on my treatment plan and they promised to be one of the fastest companies to straighten your teeth but I was having to wear my aligners for four weeks at a time before I can switch to my next step aligners which means my treatment would take over a year to complete. There's so much more just please don't waste your money and find a better company i wish i did!

I had this done to get a nicer smile. 14 weeks in I emailed for another aligners and waited with the 15th week alignersfor 4 weeks. Those aligners were in a horrible shape. When I was on week 18 I applied for the retainers to avoid being stuck on week 18 aligners. I was able to bite with all my teeth before the treatment. The result after the treatment is that one top tooth touches one bottom tooth. I can't bite at all. Byte ruined my bite and instead of fixing it Byte wants $649 to re-enter another treatment.

Unfortunately once a retainer has been redeemed we are unable to make any adjustments to the treatment plan. As stated at the time of the retainer order, we need to address any remaining concerns with the alignment prior to having the retainers ordered. Once the retainer order is placed, the customer is officially moved out of treatment and into the Byte for Life Guarantee coverage. If I could give them 0 starts I would. Absolutely horrible experience. Didn’t follow CA law prior to moving my teeth which has resulted in issues that now have to be corrected by a real orthodontist since the one they “used” is only a general practicing dentist, not even an orthodontist. Who also has had some interesting violations on his record. Also, they were falsely identifying themselves as a BBB accredited business on their webpage when they were in fact not. Don’t worry, I filed a complaint for that and it was promptly taken down.
