I am on tray 8/15 and my jaw has jetted off to the side, my eyes are no longer symmetrical and my pupils are now two different sizes. Please be aware that saving money on DIY might cost more in the long run. As far as everything else goes.. customer service is responsive. Everything was done according to the timelines that were set. Quality of the trays appear to be well, even having nothing to compare it to. But being over halfway in, I would only recommend this product if you need very minor adjustments.

I started Byte 4 yrs. ago. Beware they take on patients that they should not have. After 4 yrs. I wanted to end treatment because I have two teeth making no progress, they refused. I have been jumping through hoops with them and have hundreds of emails for proof. Now I'm in a spot where I'll need to pay for traditional braces. It's a waste of time and money in my opinion. They also send you free product if you write a "good review" on these sites and send them photos of it. I feel like I've been lied to & deceived. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It does not work. They initially told me my treatment would be 6 months. i understand teeth don’t always move as expected but 2 years later they are now asking me for more money to continue treatment that never worked! Please research wisely as this company also offers free services / accessories in exchange for 5 star reviews. They said i was a good candidate because my teeth were not too out of place - but apparently i’m not since it never worked and the customer support does not care.

I have a Long email trail with Byte, where I have tried for over FOUR MONTHS to get a solution to finalizing my treatment (My remaining 5 weeks). Byte keeps putting my case off, rarely answers calls and when Byte does finally answer, it’s always speaking to a different person who doesn’t know what they’re doing And aren’t in a position to do anything!!! Do not go with Byte! This company will get you half way to completion then drop you off even though you’ve paid $2,000 on services and product they ‘guarantee’
