Horrible experience. I've finished all my aligners and in all those weeks NO ONE from the company reached out. The issues with my teeth are still not fixed. They don't tell you till you pay that's it's an additional 600$ for the treatment plan. After questioning that and being told I had to spend the extra 600$ - WHERE ARE MY RETAINERS!? I've reached out to them multiple times and keep getting nowhere because it's a new person every time. I feel like I've been majorly scammed.

Once you purchase your aligners, you should receive check-in emails every 2 weeks, so if you haven't seen those emails even in your spam or junk folders, we'll want to look into this right away. Our prices are a one-time set price with no additional costs unless a guarantee is voided, such as by throwing away past aligners. We want to get you to those projected results in the safest way possible, which sometimes means backtracking to previous aligners is necessary. We would be happy to clarify anything and look into your emails to get these issues resolved. It was all good until my top retainer cracked. Then they gave me the run-around instead of just replacing it. I've gone to BBB and they're ghosting me. Moreover, I'm rather disappointed in the fact that they didn't move my premolars into place, instead shoving my teeth further back along my jawline. As a result, there is a lot of pressure on the front teeth, which quickly shift out of place in just a day when I don't have my retainers in (I completed the program months ago). Also, their lifetime guarantee requires you to buy a lot of retainers.

When completing treatment it is important to wear your retainers every night. As with all orthodontic treatments, retainers are required to hold your teeth in place so they do not move or shift. We recommend replacing these retainers once a year because of the wear and tear that happens over time. We’d love to get you in contact with our clinical team if you haven’t already. Absolute crooks. It is sad they provide a “guarantee” and do nothing to make you satisfied. They take no accountability of their aligner treatment plan not working, and are willing to let you go on your merry way without actually straightening your teeth. They told me I’d have to pay an additional $899 on top of the $2400 I paid to fix ONLY my bottom teeth that haven’t moved even a tiny bit. Please, please do yourself a favor, save the money you will waste here and go to a real orthodontist who actually cares about your smile, confidence and the money you pour into it.

I have been using byte for more than 3 months. I did not get the results that was shown on my treatment plan. I contacted them and they take 7+ days to evaluate what is going on. Then when I respond, it takes another 7+ days to get a response from them. There are no REFUNDS so buyer beware! They say they will try to fix the slingers but it’s taking them so long to communicate. I still have not had my issue resolved. I started this in January and it’s now may.

I am on tray 8/15 and my jaw has jetted off to the side, my eyes are no longer symmetrical and my pupils are now two different sizes. Please be aware that saving money on DIY might cost more in the long run. As far as everything else goes.. customer service is responsive. Everything was done according to the timelines that were set. Quality of the trays appear to be well, even having nothing to compare it to. But being over halfway in, I would only recommend this product if you need very minor adjustments.
