Byte has been the right decision for me. My aligners arrived sooner than expected - they have fit just right. I love the bright byte solution. Byte has an excellent customer service for sure. However, so far for my case, the treatment still is on-the-go situation. I am in the 2nd week of the 3rd treatment right now so I don't know if this time will make my teeth align proper. This is a journey so I have to take a leap of faith and just hope for the best

Customer service is great! Aligners fit comfortably and invisibly (no one can see them even if I tell them I have them). And the hyper-byte is wonderful! Gets rid of discomfort and seats aligners. Highly recommend.

My teeth showed considerable improvement within the first two weeks. I have had a three set backs in my timeline do to improper fitting aligners, but the company has always came through with providing bite impressions kit and new aligners at no cost to me. Was able to get my sets within just a few weeks. Very simple with clear instructions on how to start. Outcome was exactly as predicted and I was not disappointed. Only downside was that after the first 8 or so weeks, I kept forgetting to put my aligners in and would go hours without them causing my progress to slow down.
