So far my experience with Byte has been awesome! My impression kit arrived with with trays that were too big, but they got a new set shipped out to me within the week! I can’t wait for my aligners to arrive, but I wish the turn around time was a little short though - 4 to 6 weeks is a long time to wait, IMO.

I am in my 10th week now for the aligners. I have seen slight shifts but not as much as i would have liked. I still have half of the treatment plan left so i am staying positive about it. Overall they do seem to have the best customer service. Easily accessible by phone and email for most part.

The customer service is so great! The only think I dislike is that you don’t get the lifetime guarantee unless you buy retainers for $99 every 6 months for the rest of your life. Other than that, everything is incredible.

Byte has been responsive and helpful. The molds were very easy to complete and mail in. My aligners arrived in the time frame that was advertised. So far the process has been easy enough (I am using the night time option). I am 3/4ths of the way through and am out of my top aligners so have reached out to my support person at byte who is supposed to correct this.

I ordered Byteme in April 2020 and got my aligners May 26 2020. Originally a 19 week plan. After 6 weeks however, the new aligners were almost impossible to get in. Tried to get an online appointment but that take weeks (currently 7 weeks). At the end they told me to stay in the current aligner set until they send me a new kit. That process took almost 6 weeks. August I started with the new set (2nd). Similar issues happened and after 8 weeks, they told me to go back to week 2. November they decided to get me a new kit, which I got again 6 weeks later, end of December 2020. Since then I was able to get to week 3 with already issues that the teeth werent moving. Now waiting for over a month to get set number 4, and after a month waiting they asked for new imprints. So it will be 6 more weeks until I yet again can start. 10 months in almost, barely any progress. I dont know if they are severely understaffed, but the follow up is just not great and way too slow. Waiting 7 weeks to get a video call, waiting at least 6 weeks between new sets. The whole process has been frustrating the least. I really wished i would have gone with smiledirect (which was even cheaper). I went with byte since they said results in 2-3 months.

So far so good, I'm on week 8 and my teeth are definitely moving. The only downside is the cost of bright byte whitening foam. The foam is cheaper on Amazon but the company should offer free refills in my opinion since I've already paid $1800 for the treatment plan. I'm writing this review for a free bottle of bright byte.
