Byte has been a very interesting experience so far. The molding process went pretty smooth, they weren't lying when they say it hardens quickly! There were some slight hiccups along the way but the Byte team was very helpful to correct anything where they could.

Byte made the process so easy I didn't have have a need to call Customer Care. Highly recommend. I believe the impressions and the second cleaner should be included in the original costs. I would only charge for impressions if the process is a no go. Try them you won't be disappointed!

So far so good, I'm on week 8 and my teeth are definitely moving. The only downside is the cost of bright byte whitening foam. The foam is cheaper on Amazon but the company should offer free refills in my opinion since I've already paid $1800 for the treatment plan. I'm writing this review for a free bottle of bright byte.

Happy Overall. There's some discomfort along step five. It is difficult to wear the aligners 22 hours a day so I extend each step to 8 or 9 days and wear the aligners roughly 20 hours a day. There is noticeable improvement around step 6.. I am happy with the process overall.

Overall, I've seen a difference in my teeth after 15 weeks. However, I did have to get 14 extra revision aligners because the first plan wasn't working out. I did not wear my aligners during the waiting time of the new aligners getting ready, so it did hurt a lot when I tried on the new aligners. So far, I'm used to the pain but in the beginning it was unbearable.

Unorganized. Just received my second set of aligners that I was told I was not going to receive because they needed new impressions done. Asked about them and was told oh yea I guess that order went through. This second set came in a flimsy box with no explanation as to why I have more aligners than originally planned. This on top of my original aligners being mailed to the wrong address.
