I'm now on week 5 of my Byte treatment and I have nothing but positive feedback around the procedure. From the impressions, to the 3D plan, and to my early results, everything is working just as advertised. I already feel my teeth and bite slowly correcting itself after years of not wearing retainers after braces.

I am 5 weeks into my treatment and have found byte to have been a good choice. Treatment is going as explained by their treatment plan and help is only a text away. This system is very easy to follow but depends on the user in order to get results. All in all I am satisfied so far and look forward to the end result.

I’m on my last set of aligners now and I couldn’t be happier! My gap in my front teeth is nearly gone and it was only 15 weeks. I’ve heard the horror stories of braces and this was definitely a great experience overall!

This has been such a great experience and so easy! I am on week 11 so far (so about half way) and the process has been really interesting. You send in a mold of your teeth and they pretty much do the rest. Each customer has their own service rep who is there every step of the way. Can't wait to see my new smile!

I have had the best experience with Byte!! I’ve always wanted braces and when I finally decided to get them Byte seemed to be the most affordable option. From the time I purchased my molding kit to the time I got my aligners it was only about 3 weeks. I am on my 4th set of aligners and my teeth look so much better!

I really wanted to like them. I would have given a much higher rating if my insurance had covered the treatment and the treatment had actually corrected my issues. I received the aligners as promised. My main issues were not resolved in the treatment time frame. Three of my aligner trays cracked with regular use. I did follow treatment guidelines with length of wear each day. Customer service is usually excellent. The policy is that if not satisfied with results or if teeth revert to poor dentition then retreating is gratis. However, expect no bells or whistles with the second round--Not even the cleaning solution. Make do with vinegar and water to clean your trays or cough up $30.

Overall not a bad experience. The HyperByte really helps with the discomfort of moving teeth. Customer service is great. Had some fit issues in the beginning and was sent a new set of aligners and those were much better. Just finished my last week and while the overall results are great, there is still just one area I feel does not exactly match the original treatment plan I was shown. With that being said, I am not sure I want to go through the process of getting new aligners so I might just suck it up since its close.

So far, Byte has been good. My aligners kind of hurt but that is to be expected. Customer support has been fairly responsive; my byte advisor was great with explaining the payment options and working with me to split between credit card and HSA payments. There is one situation where I reached out to support because my aligner was not sitting correctly. I did not receive a follow up regarding the matter in the timeline given. Otherwise, no issues and would recommend if your realignment is fairly straightforward.

I am 11 weeks in my treatment, I have already noticed the progress so far. It’s amazing how plastic aligners can move your teeth so much. Despite a five week set back due to a stubborn tooth not moving, I’m happy with the results so far. I hope this process doesn’t take too long and my teeth will track well after this. The Hyperbyte does feel like it helps with teeth mobility. Customer Service, Bryce has been great with advice and reassurance although it does take a couple days to hear back sometimes for help. Also really happy with my free Snow Whitening System. Thank you!
