My experience so far has been seamless and they have easy instructions with their products. Customer service is accommodating as well. I've been in my treatment for about 11 weeks now and I see progress and so far so good! Looking forward to the final results! I’m on week 4 of my 15 week treatment with Byte and so far it’s been great! I was a bit hesitant at first but as soon as I received my aligners in the mail Byte made it so simple for me to understand. Byte is a classic example of you get what you pay for. I decided to go with Byte to straighten my teeth because they had (1) the lowest prices of any competitor, (2) a reputation for exceptional customer service, and (3) the quickest treatment times I could find anywhere. (1) While they did in fact have the lowest prices compared to the treatments I shopped around for, my experience with customer service and treatment times has been disappointing and does not meet my expectations. (2) Each time I have an issue, a new customer service rep responses to an email or calls me back, giving the feeling of little to no consistency in my case. Additionally, customer service has taken over 48 hours to email me back before, which is fine when I am shopping for clothes, however I would appreciate a little more service from a dental services provider. (3) Please do not count on the 15 week treatment time they quote you. I am on my third round of “refinements” (i.e. sets of aligners) and my treatment has almost stretched an entire year (10 months and counting). This delay could be caused by many things, including my own ability to take accurate impressions, however the short treatment time was a factor in my decision to go with this company. All in all, the treatment does straighten your teeth. I have seen improvement in the straightness of my teeth and am looking forward to my new smile by the end of this. However, be prepared for disconnected back-and-forths with customer service and a try or two of getting the treatment right.

My experience with Byte has been ok. I'm decently happy with the set of results from the first treatment, but some teeth need to be fixed (as my bite is out of whack) and I am having a second impression kit being made. Customer support responds usually within 48 hours. I give three stars as the first treatment plan did not provide the desired results I was looking for, and the fact that I have been waiting for this to get fixed and have another treatment plan provided for over a month, and the next set of aligners won't be done for another 6 weeks. So while they advertise they are significantly faster than other brands, in the end I'm still taking just as much time as if I had gone with a standard competitor, for nearly the same price. However, my interactions have been positive, and the perfect alignment of my teeth is guaranteed for life, so this second treatment plan will be free, a major plus.

I liked the personalized one on one customer service. They are very responsive. I felt very comfortable and at ease. The orthodontist was also available with any questions and concerns. I was also told that they will work with you for life (your whole treatment and after that). I am perplexed though because they charged my carecredit after they told me they will wait for me to go ahead with it. They also told me that they will give me a complementary whitening kit, but did not fulfill it.

On week 6 of treatment! So far so good and already seeing improvement in teeth. Expect discomforts when putting in new aligner, and sensitivity during eating. Aligners were hard to remove, go on YouTube to look up some tips. Read and follow the instructions. Good luck!

5 weeks into my treatment and so far so good! Aligners fit well and ive experienced very little pain or discomfort. Teeth are sensitive for a few hours after taking them out, but that's to be expected. BrightByte has also been making my teeth whiter!

The Byte experience has been fairly easy! The customer service is like no other. They respond quickly and speak to you as a valued customer. I do see noticeable improvements already. The only drawback I have is that I did continue along in the process however my teeth haven’t moved to the intended positions so I have to go back a few sets and start over with those. This could be due to my own error but the team is being very helpful in figuring out the correct plan moving forward.

The packaging and delivery of the product was amazing! The instructions were easy to follow and I saw progress as I changed aligners each week. I got sick with strep throat and couldn't wear the aligners for a week or so, so I'm still on my eighth week. My only complaint would be that if I used the bright byte bottle as much as is recommended, I would've ran out way before I finished my ten weeks.

I love my byte aligners! I get compliments on my new smile all the time, and I'm not even done! The aligners are so clear, barely anyone ever notices them. Most of the time, I don't even notice them. My only issue is with the customer service response time. I often feel like I need to remember to 'check-in' with them on my progress, when it should be the other way around!

Overall I'm happy with Byte, and I think their customer service reps are great. I have a special place in my sanity for a customer service rep by the name of Lauren. #LaurenRocks. She rectified a very frustrating situation and the source of my only complaint with Byte.... They need to be clearer in their communication up front that they won't be sending you your entire program of aligners. The way it's set up now, it seems as if when you reach the end of the aligners they ship to you when you start your program, you should be ready for retainers...which was not the case with my treatment plan at all. But I didn't know this. It's that situation where one party knows the information so well they forget the other party is totally new to it, so they leave out important details. For me, the combination of a broken HyperByte in week 8, and the issues over my week 15 aligners having to be worn for a month and asking me to up my HyperByte time to 20 minutes a day caught me way off guard ... and lengthened the 4 month plan I purchased to over 6 months. And since my top teeth were done at week 10, I'm still wearing week ten top aligners 3 months later and it's starting to break down. Again, overall, I'm happy, but I think they need to focus on communication up front so there's no doubt in a customer's mind about what is expected of them. And if there is an issue with an existing customer's aligners, not tell them it will take 7 weeks to get the next set. Thank the LORD for Lauren!

I absolutely love my treatment! I am on step 9 of 11 steps and I see such a difference in my smile. I will say that this is a process that does take patience but as long as you stick with it and follow the steps exactly how they are given, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Byte for my new improved smile!

I did extensive research for alternatives after visiting an orthodontist. After reading numerous review, I knew Byte was for me. Byte was clearly the leader. I am On my way to a confident smile. I like Byte so far. Not too uncomfortable and are definitely moving my teeth. I’ve had braces as a kid and I definitely prefer byte over braces. I’ll leave another update once my treatment plan is completed but I’m about halfway done now.

I could never have considered in office dental work, even if we didn’t have all these COVID restrictions - with 3 kids I need a smooth and simple process for everything possible! The Byte team have been very helpful and responsive throughout the process and I was surprised to find that everything just works so well, even the at-home imprints I made! I was seeing a difference from the first week and am really happy with my steadily improving smile!

I enjoy working with the Byte support staff and technical advisors. The customer service staff is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead or 5 is that I had a problem with my aligners not tracking properly and had to start my program all over again after 5 weeks. I was disappointed in not seeing the progress/results I was hoping for and a bit discouraged in having to start all over again with my Byte at Night regimen. The staff told me exactly what I needed to do and I've being following their recommendations to get back on track. After 3 weeks so far so good.
