I have not finished treatment yet but I feel strongly that Byte should disclose up front to customers that there is a minimum 5 to 7 day delay in answering customer service emails. From the auto response I received "Due to significant growth in our customer base over the past year, we're experiencing delays in response times (5-7 days). We are putting measures in place to solve this bottleneck." And then a link to a FAQ. I'm not sure I would have written a check for $2K if it had been disclosed that I would need to accept sub par customer service because they haven't grown infrastructure to keep up with demand. The responsible thing to do is stop accepting new customers if you cannot provide the appropriate support to them. This is very concerning and I'm not confident I will have support when I need it in my treatment. As of this point, on week four, I've had nobody reach out to me AT ALL since I wrote my check. I'm not impressed.

My journey through byte thus far has been great. My teeth are whiter and straighter. Byte reached out to me for progression photos so that my 16-23 weeks will fit properly. Also I have had to order a couple replacements because my dog ate both sets, it was extremely easy to order replacements and they came quick. DEFINITELY HET THE INSURANCE!

Getting started was really easy! I enjoyed previewing my treatment before investing in it. That way I could see how long it would take overall & how my teeth were supposed to look week after week. The night-only aligners work perfectly with my lifestyle. Support team responses could be quicker to understand best next steps when I was unsure about switching aligners some weeks, but other than that it's been a great service!

I used to use SmileDirectClub and the retainers were uncomfortable and cheap feeling. They also charged me a lot for my retainers at the end. Byte's whitening foam is a genius and painless way to whiten my teeth while cleaning my retainers. The comfy retainers feel great and the service is even better! So far my experience has been good. The impression kit was easy to navigate. I’ve only been using the aligners for a couple weeks, and I have moderate crowding, so it’s too soon to see any major differences. I can definitely feel it though. My teeth are nice and white now due to the bright byte that comes with the aligners. The hyperbyte, which is the main reason I chose byte over the competitors, is pretty great and 100% helps with discomfort when switching aligners. I have no doubt that I’ll be very happy when I finish the program.

I chose Byte because they actually put me in direct contact with an orthodontist to discuss my unique alignment needs. He also was honest in telling me that the level of straightening I could achieve would not be quite the same as with an in-office dental program where they could attach anchors to my molars. So I felt they made sure I had a realistic expectation. My teeth definitely look whiter and I notice I do not bite my tongue while chewing as I frequently was prone to do!

Only on week 5 and can already notice a big difference! Byte made the process simple and painless at a much more affordable price point than traditional braces. They also took the anxiety of of getting braces by telling you exactly what to expect financially as well as throughout the actual process. 10/10 would recommend.

So far my experience has been great!! Customer service has been amazing and I’ve even had a personal person messaging me and making sure everything has been going smooth and answering any questions I have had. Fast and easy and I can’t wait to see my transformation!

I'm a few weeks into using Byte & already seeing a difference in my smile. I'm very excited to see the end results. The Byte advisors are responsive & eager to help make sure my treatment plan is exactly how I want it. The aligners came in very organized with easy to follow instructions. I would recommend.

I'm not one to write reviews but in my experience with Byte I'll write a short one. Fantastic and fairly easy process. Support staff is with you every step of the way. I'm in week 4 of my 13 week program and so far it's been great. Trust Byte to take care of anything you need from the start.

Customer service was great and responsive for the most part (for me at least). In the beginning it really hurt my teeth until I got used to them and they will cause a lisp. But from what I understand that goes away after the treatment is over. My treatment is 19 weeks and I’m on week 12, and I’m happy that my teeth are progressing nicely.
