I've called twice now and still haven't gotten any feedback. My experience with Ethan ( customer service ) was not bad at all. He was probably the most helpful, but whoever is supposed to reach out to me, has not. My last day of wearing the top aligners was today and last week for the lower. I'm very frustrated, especially since my teeth are not what I expected them to be. I understand everyones teeth move differently and if mine aren't done with the treatment, but again, no one has reached out to me. Not worth the money at all. Would've rather spent money on braces elsewhere.

This product didn’t work for me and caused me a lot of pain and headaches that continue today. I have been promised a refund, I followed the instructions and returned all of the supplies and attempted to sign the General Release but it wouldn’t open on my iPad. When I reached out for added assistance with the General Release, all I’ve gotten is more resistance and honestly I don’t need the stress. I did what was asked of me and to not issue a refund is bad business which is what I will report to the Better Business Bureau and anyone looking for this type of product.

The trays edges are tough to the tongue. Not rounded or smooth. My teeth look better but my I developed a bilateral posterior open bite. Waiting to hear back from them to see if it can be fixed.

Program started off fine, received the first 15 sets in a timely manner and progress definitely worked. Since then, I have no received the remaining aligners (6 weeks in total). And no one followed up with me until I email their customer service. Not sure now when the program will be complete, been fairly frustrating.

When a customer's treatment plans extend past 15 weeks we only send the first 15 weeks to ensure that everything is on track before proceeding. Terrible communication after purchase. Slow communication after you have paid and committed. There should definitely be a check in before week 15 so your treatment plan isn't backed up to nearly starting over if you have go backward. If air gaps are so "common" make that known before purchase. People depend on the timeline first given for events they may be fixing their teeth for. Overall I feel lied to and paid a premium price for a product that isn't any different than any other aligner system in the industry.

The customer service and response has been horrible regarding my insurance. I was told I would be covered and now my insurance is telling me that the tax ID for them doesn’t exist and they will not cover me now. I tried contacting them and never received a response for that. I tried sending an email when one of my aligned got damaged and never received a reply. This has been the worst experience.

I like the aligners so far but I sort of feel like there's been no communication since I got my aligners. Just a stark contrast to before I purchased my treatment plan.

Our team does send check-in emails every 2 weeks to make sure everything is progressing as projected. Those emails can sometimes get stuck in a junk or spam folder.
