We are proud to offer our Aligner Guarantee, where if a customer has reached the end of treatment and is not happy with the results our team can re-evaluate those results. If approved, we will provide additional treatment at no extra cost to get to the results we promised. Our Aligner Guarantee is contingent on having followed all of the treatment guidelines. These are outlined on our Guarantees page on our website.

This means that if at any point during treatment those guidelines are not followed, such as throwing away previous aligners, there may be a fee associated with re-evaluating that treatment.

It's been a total disaster. My teeth began to separate so they sent me new aligners but only for the bottom. Then after weeks I received both new upper and lower aligners and the second weeks set was deformed so bad I couldn't tell upper from lower and of course they weren't close to fitting. I skipped to 3rd weeks but don't believe they will fit either after trying them on a day early. I'm this close to giving up and losing all of my money for nothing. Highly pissed off

They're service is slow. They weren't keeping track of when my aligners were delivered and didnt follow up to assess my progress until I'd been wearing my last provided tray for about a month. Beyond terrible customer service. While considering purchasing Byte I had a customer sales rep reaching out to me near daily. From the moment I purchased the product everyone disappeared. It takes a week or more to even get a response. There’s no real concerted effort to follow up and check in besides a generic email. No customization or attention.

First set didn't fit my bottom teeth. Replacement set after paying for insurance coverage, they didn't send me a bottom set. According to them, they were not moving my bottom teeth, which is ridiculous. 1) because I have crooked bottom teeth and 2) if you move the top, you need to move the bottom too. I am not chancing it by wearing these things to mess up my mouth. Expensive lesson learned. Was invited to a zoom call to discuss the issues, but the person never even looked at my mouth, so why bother having a zoom call? Could've just read her script to me over the phone.

This product didn’t work for me and caused me a lot of pain and headaches that continue today. I have been promised a refund, I followed the instructions and returned all of the supplies and attempted to sign the General Release but it wouldn’t open on my iPad. When I reached out for added assistance with the General Release, all I’ve gotten is more resistance and honestly I don’t need the stress. I did what was asked of me and to not issue a refund is bad business which is what I will report to the Better Business Bureau and anyone looking for this type of product.

I've called twice now and still haven't gotten any feedback. My experience with Ethan ( customer service ) was not bad at all. He was probably the most helpful, but whoever is supposed to reach out to me, has not. My last day of wearing the top aligners was today and last week for the lower. I'm very frustrated, especially since my teeth are not what I expected them to be. I understand everyones teeth move differently and if mine aren't done with the treatment, but again, no one has reached out to me. Not worth the money at all. Would've rather spent money on braces elsewhere.

I like how easy it is but sometimes I wonder if I'm moving too quickly through the liners, if they are still too tight after a week I won't change them.
