Byte representatives do all they can at the beginning to rope people in but as soon as I had an issue about treatment and the lack of progress, they delay tremendously on their response to me. I reached out before Christmas regarding my treatment. Iy is now mid February and still no progress, just back and forth nonsense. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they ignore that request. Do yourself a favor and go through a dentist for aligners.

Customer service has been handled via email. Email response takes 1-2 days. They provided only 15 weeks of aligners initially. When I emailed them, i was promised the next set in 4-6 weeks. That was not acceptable to me.

The customer service is not as great as expected, it was like once I bought the plan, no one checked in anymore and the aligners themselves, well my treatment plan is now double what they said it would be without clear explanation as to why the first treatment did not work out. All in all, I'm not very impressed.

We also have out Byte App which prompts customer to check-in with photos and to follow-up if there are any questions or concerns.

Byte works hard to create a treatment plan that addresses your particular concerns in the safest way possible. The team draws upon clinical experience and training to select the movement strategies that will work best for your needs. In some cases, teeth are more stubborn in their movement than anticipated. If the initial techniques that Byte selected were not effective, using the new impressions to adjust our approach is the best next step, now that there is a better understanding of what will work for your needs. Altering the strategy does not mean that the initial treatment was unsuccessful - it just means that some time must be added to get that perfect smile! We offer these adjustments with our Aligner Guarantee as long treatment guidelines have been complied.
