I can have straight teeth without intrusions to my busy schedule! My about a decade ago, my son had traditional braces. Not only were they more expensive (about twicr the price), but they were also painful at times. I can feel the difference when I change to my new aligners, but it doesn't hurt. He had to wear his braces much longer; 2 years v my 16 weeks with Byte. He had diet restrictions to prevent damage to his braces. I can eat anything I want. I just pop the aligners out to eat, then replace them afterwards. Best of all, I don't have to leave work early to go to monthly checkups!

The beginning process is extremely easy! They are very quick with shipping to get you your impression kit. After I sent my impressions in I was contacted a few days after to go over my treatment plan and see before and after results of my smile! I was very satisfied that it will only take 12 weeks. I made my initial down payment and set up my payment plan. They told me 4 weeks until I get my aligners it’s only been 3 and I got an email saying they were shipped Tuesday and I’ll receive them Thursday! Very excited to start my byte treatment!

I loved the 3D model of what my teeth will look like in the end before I purchased. Customer service is excellent and seem very competent. I received my trays very quickly, within a couple of weeks. I have tried different companies to fix my teeth but, we couldn’t get past the mold stage. After two kits I was so frustrated I gave up. With byte everything was easy. I had braces before after time without a retainer my teeth shifted. As long as you can handle the pain with the first Aligners your good. My teeth are almost perfect. My plan was for 7 Aligners an 8 week plan I was skeptical. I’m so happy with the results!

Great customer service so far. The aligners are surprisingly comfortable, only had one pinch issue so far because I was still getting used to them and managed to catch the underside of my tongue on the bottom of my aligner. Extremely reasonably priced, true to their word, and they even helped with my dental coverage! I’m super happy I chose Byte and have been/will continue to recommend them to my friends and family!

I made Herbst appliances, expansion devices and bent miles of wire, poured enough plaster to fill my house. I have never seen anyone respond to treatment so fast. My experience with Byte has been amazing. The customer service is above and beyond. I'm in the military and set to deploy and needed my aligners a week earlier than planned. I hit up my Byte rep and she got them to me earlier than expected! Since I received my Byte aligners it's been great and easy. I am about halfway through my byte treatment and I am thrilled with the changes so far. I cannot wait to see how great my teeth will look at the end of this. My entire experience has been pretty easy and mostly painless. Sure, there are times when my teeth hurt, but that's to be expected. Surprisingly, I found no hindrance to my speech. On the first day, I had a bit of a lisp, but that quickly went away. My job is 90% talking, so I was a bit worried about my speech when wearing these aligners. I also just want to say how incredibly quickly these came to me. The site said it would take about three weeks after ordering to get them. I got them in 10 days. I was very impressed by that. I only wish the customer service was a bit more hands-on after receiving the aligners. When doing the impressions, I had reps reaching out to me constantly. After getting the aligners, I at least expected a check-in here or there to make sure everything was good, but I got nothing. Overall, so far everything has been good and I've even recommended byte to a few coworkers.

Aligners are no fun but Byte at least makes it easy. The impression kit was easy to understand with clear instructions. The aligners themselves come in a super organized box, labeled and in order so you understand when to use each one. The only thing I might improve is the turnaround time from when you send in the impressions until when you get the aligners - for me it was about 2 weeks.

Been using Byte for about 5 weeks and the experience so far as been easy and convenient, having all my aligners at my disposal to switch out each week with no waiting time has been pretty nice and can’t forget the BrightByte, let’s just say WOW not only does it clean your aligners but it helps make your teeth white and it’s a noticeable difference 😻 who doesn’t want whiter teeth! The Byte process is quick and simple with amazing customer support that is quick to respond to questions and/or concerns both electronically and via phone discussion. The 3 D imaging model allows one the opportunity to see the overall results that can be expected upon completion of the treatment plan which provided me the assurance I needed to purchase the product. Additionally having a designated customer support person that has actually used the product is a definite plus!

Their customer service is fantastic! From day one, Aline made sure that I had everything I needed to submit to my insurance for reimbursement and Zach was I in constant contact with me for any questions that I had. Dr. Marashi emailed me letting me know that my treatment plan was ready and my aligners arrived before I knew it. Everything was nicely packed and i’m now on Week 5 of my plan and already noticing a difference. I am excited about the end results. A great company to work with!

I went through the whole process with another company only to be told I was not a good fit for aligners. I was so discouraged. So i decided to reach out to Byte and from the first contact they have been amazing! I know they want me as a customer. They agreed that I am not the perfect candidate but that I could benefit from straighter teeth. I am so looking forward to a sweeter smile. Their customer service is amazing. They are responsive but you set the pace. LOVE BYTE!!

IN LOVE WITH BYTE! I used invisalign 6 years ago but never finished because they were uncomfortable and would take me over 6 months. With Byte the aligners are way more comfortable and it will only take me 3 months. 10 weeks, changing my aligners every single week. I can really see a difference already!
