As someone that formerly had braces, I was upset that my retainers were broken and by the time I had enough money to replace them, my teeth had shifted and I was told at the age of 27 I would need braces again. I’m someone who has a heck of a gag reflex and I was so nervous about the whole process of getting aligners. When I received the first box for the molds the trays were way too big for my mouth. I reached out to Byte and they immediately sent me out smaller trays with overnight shipping. Getting the molds done was WAY easier to do than I expected, and the videos were super helpful. The experience so far has been simple and easy. Very hands-on customer service, they reached out within a couple of days of submitting info on the site, then kept with me through the purchase process without feeling pushy. The impressions were a little intimidating, because the guards seem really big and I was afraid I was going to mess them up, but the instructions were easy to follow and I didn't need to do them again. I just got my first set of aligners in over the weekend, and everything seems to be going well so far. The only thing I'd like to see improve is to have a mobile app, rather than always going to the website for information and having to sign back in.

I am so happy with my decision to go with byte. Since I can remember I always wanted the gap between my front two teeth closed. As I got oldest it gradually got bigger and other spaces started forming between my other teeth and I finally decided to look into aligners. The byte system comes packaged in such a way that leaves little room for error! The aligners are packaged and ready to change each week. I am so impressed with BYTE’s customer service! From day 1 of ordering my impression kit, someone from their company has been available to me via phone or text to answer my questions. My aligners came a week early, despite COVID19 causing delays. I purchased this without consulting with my dentist who is a close family friend. She requested to speak to one of the Orthodontists at Byte, and they were very accommodating and even did a 3 way call. I have 15 weeks of treatment (14 to go) and cannot WAIT to see my new smile!

Byteme was FAST. I ordered my kit easily and received it quickly. The trays didn't fit right so I messaged my consultant and they shipped the right size within a few days. Byte is a godsend! I have an open bite and looked Into getting braces. Almost $7000! With 5 little ones, I couldn't imagine spending that kind of money on my teeth. :( Then, I found Byte! So far everything's been fast, easy, and the staff is amazing! They sent me my treatment plan, I reviewed it, talked it over with my personal advisor, and less than 18 hours later they sent me a revised plan that covered any concern I had! It looks awesome too! I’m only a couple of weeks in but so far so good! The first few days were torture getting use to having the aligners in but it’s been smooth sailing since. Now that I’m further in I can actually feel my teeth moving which is awesome because it gives me the will power to keep going knowing that progress really is happening. Easy to order, make your molds at home, receive aligners about a month later and begin forging your new smile. Easy and affordable, with payment options to suit just about anyone. My one and only complaint is that some (not all) of the aligners are really rough and sharp on the edges, cutting my gums and even my tongue. They are aware of this issue as a small file is included, however that after an hour or more of filing, it just wasn't going to smooth out some of the edges. 10 weeks in though, and my teeth are straighter. I'm happy.

I am still using Byte, I am about halfway through my plan. I should have been done by now but I lost an aligner and in my negligence didn't replace it. Ive started over and have been more dedicated to using hyperbyte every day and calling customer care when I have questions or need a new aligner. Customer care was great from the first time I called and walked me through every step. I also enjoy the brightening foam I see a difference in the aligners and my teeth whitening quality when I use it. I have recommended byte to my co workers. I did not know about FSA when I ordered byte or I would have included it in my FSA plan. Look into if your job offers that way payment continue to be manageable. I use affirm which breaks the payments down over a time span. Overall Im pleased with the experience so far and will continue to recommend. My rating is based on experience so far as I have not completed my smile and seen the complete results.

I am was really pleased with the initial cost vs going through my dentist for Invisable Aligners. Ultimately, with insurance it cost me 1/3 of what i would have paid even using my insurance at the dentist. And then, the speed at which my teeth are shifting is phenomenal. I’m on week 4 of my aligners, and so far my experience has been excellent! The impressions were very clear and easy to do, I love looking at my 3-D images online (very motivating), and the aligners kit was so well done! I find the aligners themselves very comfortable and have no problem wearing them 22 hours per day. The online support has been fantastic too! Anytime I have a question, it is answered right away!

I tried Smile Direct Club and had an awful experience. Their Customer Service is terrible and when I originally got my teeth mapped out, they did it improperly so the aligners did not fit and caused a horrible lisp. I left while still within the 30 day period. Fast forward a couple months and I signed up for Byte for the same price. Their customer service has been wonderful and the aligners fit absolutely perfectly. I'm about to start week 5/15 for my treatment and definitely recommend choosing Byte for anyone else on the fence.

My coworker is currently using BYTE aligners and showed me a before and after picture of her teeth so far. They really work! My teeth are very crooked and crowded in the front and they are still able to help me! Their process is so easy to follow also. I started my journey with byte 12 weeks ago and I started seeing results in the first 3 weeks. I expected tons of pain due to how munch my bottom teeth need to move. I’ve had a little discomfort the first day each week that I put a new set in. But no discomfort after that first day. The BrightByte is AMAZING it’s had my teeth whiter than I’ve seen them in years. I would highly recommend using them. Nothing beats not having to go to the orthodontist in person. The customer service is top notch!!
