My favorite part of the process was being able to do everything at home, over messenger and texting my advisor. Byte agents respond very quickly and answer all my questions. I'm on my 4th week and so far so good, customer service is excellent. The treys are nice and clear and the trey container is super useful for storing them while you eat. I also love all of the packaging! If you have a smaller mouth Id suggest asking for the smaller impression trey, the regular one worked for me but it was a struggle getting it in my mouth! Otherwise I'm very satisfied so far!

I am at the end of my first week of aligners. It has been a great experience so far. All of the representatives I have talked to have been incredibly kind and helpful, and the aligners have caused very little discomfort. It was super easy to get used to. Hyperbyte is extremely easy to use as well. This is a great way to improve smiles with ease and for a really good price. It was super convenient to be able to do everything from home as well. It’s crazy to think that my treatment is only around 9 months. I love it!

Really loving my Byte experience so far. I'm 9 weeks in and already notice a huge difference. As an investment, I paid for the treatment plan right out. My husband was not crazy about having used one of the competing companies is I opted for Byte after doing my online research. The process is very simple and extremely user friendly. I was very nervous about getting my 'impressions' correct but I was emailed shortly after Byte received them that they were good to go. The wait is about 3-4 Weeks. After that it is smooth sailing. I am now on week 5 and have no complaints whatsoever. If I had any questions I simply sent an email and was always helped ASAP. Try it you will like it...I wrestled with the decision on which company to choose for aligners. I chose Byte because of their customer reviews, internet articles and their promised customer service. I have just finished week one and I am so very happy with my decision. I have had may emails and text messages with their customer service team and they are great. I was worried that the aligners would be very uncomfortable - they are not. My only challenge is changing my personal habit of drinking coffee or soda continuously during the day - is that really good for me anyway?😃

Today I sent an email with a question and they took the time to call me back to make sure I understood what they meant. I even asked for my smile to be tweaked a little bit when I was all done and the dr called me himself and we came up with a plan and he sent out a few more refinement aligners. 8/17 weeks into my treatment and I have no complaints so far. I can feel my teeth shifting and starting to see a difference. Customer service is quick to respond and even checks in from time to time if they haven’t heard from you. The aligners are comfortable and the bryte byte doesn’t irritate my gums like most whitening products. Impressions were easy and I really love the 3D treatment viewer. This so far has been the easiest experience with fixing my teeth!! The instructions to take impressions are very easy to understand and you get a representative that’s with you your entire journey. You also get a bottle of whitening foam which doubles as a cleaner for the aligners, and after only a couple weeks I already see the difference in my teeth as well as them being brighter. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to straighten their teeth, and at an affordable rate!!

3 weeks in and for the first time ever, my molars touch each other when my mouth is closed; I can tell the shifting has already begun! They have awesome customer service, reaching out by email periodically to check on your progress without being overly pushy. And the hyper byte which is hundreds $$ alone comes included in the kit. You can't go wrong choosing this company, everything from ordering the kit to sending the impressions and receiving my trays (2&1/2 weeks or so after i sent my molds) has been amazing!

Almost halfway through my treatment and it’s been a struggle keeping them in 24/7, they can be uncomfortable, and a hassle but the rewards so far are well worth the everything. Only 1/2 way through my treatment plan and so far it has been pretty simple. The alignment of my teeth is beginning to be more noticeable and I can't wait to see the end result. Only issue I encountered was at the start of my process instead of receiving an impression kit, I received another customer's impressions. Slightly off-putting, but customer service addressed the situation and got an impressions kit to me right away.

I highly recommend byte aligners to anyone who is interested in fixing their smile. Customer service is the number one thing that got me interested into their aligners . My teeth are getting straighter by the day . I needed some adjustments after my initial treatment and contacted their customer service and they quickly provided me with additional aligners . If you are like me and are wondering in which company you should give your hard earn money too... YOU won’t be disappointed, I promise . P.S : they guarantee us byte for life If we need it !

Byte has been a wonderfully easy company to work with. Impression kit arrived quickly. My first sets were not good enough. A second kit was sent free of charge! Once Byte received a clear, clean set of impressions from me my aligners were ready in about a month. Minimal discomfort so far. Overall cost less than half of what my orthodontist was quoting me and going to take less time.

I wanted to make a change about my not so perfect teeth, so I did my research and came across Byte. After reading all the great reviews about them I decided to give them a try and fix my teeth. 6 weeks in and my teeth have made huge improvements already. I actually feel comfortable smiling without being self conscious. I would recommend this product to anyone who is thinking about invisible aligners
