After I got my braces off I failed to wear my retainer as it was uncomfortable, ugly, and was too much of a hassle for me. My teeth eventually became crooked again and I began to seek other options. Byte stuck out to me as it allowed me to fix my teeth from home with no office visits which was especially helpful during the times of the early pandemic. The customer support was very slow when I had complications however they made sure to assist me the best they could once they came in contact. I am now on my 10th week of using my aligner out of 14. My teeth still are not perfect yet but I have definitely seen improvement and I cant wait to see my final result!

I have had the best experience with Byte so far. The impression process to make my aligners was extremely user friendly and simple. I’m in my 40’s and I’ve always wanted to straighten my teeth but just never had the interest for braces. Nor was I looking to spend a lot of money. I discovered Byte and never looked back! I think my biggest worry at first was buying into a program that some consider to be a bootleg version of another different, more expensive option. I ended up committing because there was nothing to do during the COVID-19 quarantine in New York, and I am so happy that I did. The communication has been fantastic, all the representatives are kind, I received responses to each of my emails within 48 hours, and the team is always willing to do what it takes to show support. I am grateful for the experience, and I look forward to finishing these last few weeks and getting my retainer.

I'm now in the 3rd week of using Byte aligners. Its very comfortable, easy to use, and unnoticeable! My Byte Experience so far has been pretty good. Although into the second week of use I did experience a slight headache and pressure with the aligners. After taking the aligners out for a few minutes then reinserting it the pressure was gone. I'm sure it was just the Byte aligners adjusting my new smile!

I am half way through my 15 week treatment and I see significant improvement in my teeth and smile. My teeth were over crowded on top and bottom. They are almost completely straight and I am 9 weeks in. The retainers fit really snug as expected but not unbearable. I am definitely getting the results I wanted. The whole process has been easy to follow from the beginning and I love the customer support.

Our Byte experience has been 5-star so far! Product shipments have been quick, and the customer service has been way above average. So many companies are complicated to communicate with, but Byte has kept in good communication with us, are easy to contact with questions, and their representatives are very friendly. Byte have been great to deal with so far, I have been supported every step of the way and their customer service team have been fantastic. I have been assigned my own byte advisor who keeps in touch and helps me with any questions along the way which is very personalised and appreciated in this type of treatment as everything is done virtually and online. The personalised web portal is also fantastic with a virtual video loaded after the impression kit has been reviewed of how your teeth will move during the course of treatment. Very impressed so far!

Great customer service and quick response time. I'm in week 4 of my Byte journey, and I can see that my teeth are gradually shifting. I can't speak to the final outcome yet, but I'm optimistic! I'm doing the nighttime plan, so I wear my aligners for 10 hours per night. Usually the first night after putting in a new set, it's uncomfortable and I don't sleep great, but after that, my only problem is a little extra drool. ;)

My favorite thing about the company is how well they communicate. I tried another aligner company last year and the communication wasn't nearly as good. So far I've loved the service I've received and I can't wait to get my aligners. My only negative comment would be about the pricing. I think it should be base on a case by case bases, for example someone with very little work they want done compared to some of the more difficult cases that take a longer amount of treatment time.

My BYTE experience thus far has been awesome. The impression kit arrive in under a week of ordering with easy to follow instructions and a prepaid return label. My BYTE advisor reached out to me several times to keep me up to date on the status of my order and treatment plan. Upon receipt of my impression kit, my treatment plan was ready in two days. I paid using the $100 discount code the BYTE advisor provided and my BYTE aligners are being produced for delivery in four to six weeks. Based on the process thus far I am excited about my future teeth aligning journey!

My experience has been great! I'm going to be on week 4 starting tomorrow, but I definitely am feeling a change. I don't see huge changes in my teeth structure; however, I'm very early in the program. I'm very excited to see what I will look like at week 10! I am now in week 6 of my treatment and it is going great! The Hyperbyte is an amazing addition to the treatment and really helps with the occasional discomfort when resuming treatment each night. After the first week or so of treatment the aligners are honestly hard to notice when wearing. Aside from the product and treatment itself, I am very happy with the customer service I have received. Byte has been such a great experience for me so far. From the very beginning I had a friendly and accomodating advisor to take me through the whole process. The technology is amazing and this is the best alternative to braces I can think of! As an adult, the idea of having braces really wasn't appealing. With my night time aligners I don't even have to wear anything during the day - you can't get much more discreet than that! Amazing value, amazing service, would absolutely recommend.

Do it! I got the night time aligners (which are only slightly more than the daytime) and I have LOVED it. Your advisor answers any questions you have, and you also get a little booklet that comes in hour set that will tell you everything you need to know. You also get teeth whitener/cleaner. It’s a lot more affordable than any other aligner brand (that I researched). And obviously it’s better than braces. It does hurt when you first put in a new set, but I usually just take an ibuprofen and I’m fine. I already recommended it to my family :)

I love this company! It seems too good to be true but it is true! It's affordable, and quick. From start to finish for my aligners it took about 4 maybe 5 weeks for them to come in. I have not finished my treatment yet, so far the service has been exceptional. They have answered all my questions, they are polite and really try to help their customers. My treatment didn’t align my teeth as expected, so they sent me a new impression kit to re-do my treatment. The impression kit was stolen after delivery, so they sent me a another impression kit. My hyperbyte also stopped working for no reason, and the company sent me a new one! The aligners are barely noticeable and the teeth cleaning is very gentle.

I love the before and after animation of your teeth they give you before you decide to purchase the treatment plan or not, and how you can scroll to see the weekly progression. The company is very hands on with customer service checking up on you every step of the way, available to you by text if you have questions, and with so many videos, guidelines and tutorials on how to do impressions and the order of what needs to be done, there's no way you'll feel alone. I've been mostly happy with the experience. I'm on week 3 of 20 on my all-day treatment and I haven't had a problem with the aligners themselves aside from that first day pain but all it took was adjusting to and I haven't had pain since. Customer service has been mostly helpful throughout but be patience for a reply is important. But my only problem has been with the insurance claim process and the confusion about it. Prior to purchasing the treatment plan I checked in with my insurance company to verify that I am eligible to receive reimbursement if I used third party orthodontics like Byte and they said yes. Byte called me after buying the aligners saying that the insurance company wasn't cooperating with them which is very vague and I still don't know what exactly the problem is but I emailed support 7 days ago looking for help on filing a reimbursement claim but I haven't received a reply yet aside from the automated response saying they would reply in 48 hours or less.

Have not received my aligners yet, but the process was so easy and the team was fantastic. All of my questions ahead of time were answered, I was able to have the Byte team talk to my insurance company to find out what was covered, and the insurance was automatically deducted from my final price. Process was seamless to get started. Everyone I spoke to was supportive, helpful, knowledgeable, and followed up. The impressions were somewhat easy to complete, but it was a necessary step in the process to get the treatment plan without having to go through a dentist. So far it’s been wonderful! I’m only in my second week but I’m about to start my third set of aligners and I’m just so excited to see results. The first two days of my treatment were very painful on my teeth but after that, it’s been very easy and painless. I can’t believe I’m going to have straight teeth in only 9 more weeks!
