I am a mom of 3 and have everyone in my house in braces (including my husband), so was over spending the $$$ on orthodontia. I lost my retainer, however, and had some shifting that was affecting my smile and making me self conscious. I found Byte to have the best reviews and can say they have loved up to the expectations so far! Customer service has been top notch, process is easy, and I'm only one week in but seeing great results already. Highly recommend!

From the initial imprints, to the weekly aligners, the Byte smile treatment has been smooth and easy. I chose the night time approach, which is convenient for my daytime activities. I am almost finished a few more weeks to go. The team at Byte has been responsive, friendly and have been above and beyond great. What a team. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to straighten their, teeth and have a confident and beautiful smile..not once did I worry, they answered all my questions and they have real dentist and a wonderful professional team. Thanks Byte Smile...

BYTE has been there all the way for me. I would have done this years ago had I known how easy all the directions are to follow and how pleased I would have been with the results. One side benefit is that I lost five pounds because I have to take my aligners out to eat so I didn't snack as much. It's also great that there is one price and that's it. You know your costs and nothing is added on. I have had several compliments.

So far my byte experience has been great! I’ve tried Aligners before through smile direct and they didn’t work very well for me. I love How easy they are to take care of and they are very durable. It is a little painful the first few days after switching to new Aligners but the byte device helps relieve the pain a lot! I’ve already seen major improvement and I’m on week 9 of 15! I highly recommend!

From ordering the impression kit to getting my first set of aligners, the whole process has been wonderful! My teeth are a little stubborn, so I had to reach out for refinements during treatment. The process was super easy, and I received my trays within weeks of ordering. They have fantastic customer service. Always so kind and ready to help!! I’m so happy that I chose Byte and can not wait for the finished outcome!!

Still only in week 4 but so far so good! My teeth are slowly moving along and are definitely whiter from the cleaning/whitening solution they provide. Their customer service has been fantastic right out of the gate. My mouth was too small for the molds and they shipped a replacement kit out immediately. They helped me get all my paperwork in ASAP to make sure I could utilize my benefits before they expired too. So excited to see the final outcome!

My Byte aligners have improved my smile considerably! I saw visible results in both alignment and whitening in just a couple of weeks, and the HyperByte tool makes fitting a new set each week almost completely painless. Sometimes there’s a bit of pressure or tension as the teeth adjust to the new aligner, but it’s very mild. Far better and quicker and easier than braces!

I've always been self-conscious about my smile and have been wanting to get them fixed. I didn't want traditional bracers as an adult, and Invisalign just seemed way to expensive. Byte is absolutely perfect. Cost aside, the whole process is easy from beginning to end. All the instructions are super clear and even if you need help, the support is super responsive. I'd recommend Byte to anyone who wants to improve their smile without spending a fortune on it!

I love how simple Byte has made this entire process to be! All the aligners arrived on Day 1, wear them at all times except when eating and brushing, use the Hyperbyte vibrator for 5 minutes daily, and switch them out every week! It's so easy! Plus, they're always checking in on me to see how I'm doing and if I need anything! Oh and they always reply quickly!

I've had Byte retainers for 15 weeks now. It has been such an easy process from beginning to end; from when they send the package to get your teeth molds, to when they send you your retainers and explain thoroughly how to use them. I was also offered the night time only retainers which helped since I've still been working and I have more time at night to focus on Byte. The hyperbyte has been great, too. It really has made the process less painful! The customer service is on point! They always get back to you so quickly whether you have questions about getting a new hyperbyte, any insurance issues, reordering more whitener, etc. I am happy I decided to go with Byte out of all programs!

Customer service from Byte team is outstanding. (Shoutout to Hunter E. you are the best customer service) I have to travel out of the country and they made sure that I'm staying on track with my treatment and received the rest of my aligners. They always respond fast and easy to reach. They are consistent and trustworthy. I can feel that they really want the best for me. I have zero negative experience so far! Highly recommended this company!

I have been thinking about fixing my teeth for a long time. invisible braces eventually was the route that I wanted to take. After doing ample research, I found that the ease of Byte's website, paired with the customer service made choosing Byte a no-brainer. The steps to competition of the treatment were extremely easy to follow and throughout the process I could see the transformation happen right before my eyes. Anyone thinking about changing their smile I would highly recommend looking into Byte!

Overall it has been a very good experience so far with Byte at Night. Impression kit done at home with no doctor visit. Got slingers only 2 weeks later. Byte advisor is a salesperson, not a tooth expert, and can be a little pushy. That being said, I asked for a modification to my treatment plan and she got it done almost immediately. I have had no pain or discomfort, and my family doesn’t even know when the aligners are in my mouth even though they are pretty thick. The only part I don’t really enjoy is taking the aligners out.

I have started a teeth alignment program with Byte using a series of plastic trays custom molded for my teeth. I am in the 4th week and have had no problems so far. Getting used to the trays in my mouth didn't seem to take much time at all. The customer service is very good - I have received prompt responses to all of my questions. Byte does seem to be a first class company.

So far, I'm in my 6th week of using the Byte aligners, whitening and HyperByte. So far, so good! From the sign-up, impressions, and aligners, the staff at Byte are always super helpful and professional. I've used text messaging, phone and e-mail to communicate, and they have always been prompt and knowledgable. I can definitely already see a difference and I can't wait to see my final new smile in a few weeks!

As a teenager, I had the full on, legitimate braces. I could have been more compliant with wearing my retainer after and have no idea where it went. With my wedding coming up, I wanted to improve my smile for photos and turned to Byte. I am about half way through the painful journey (nothing a couple doses of Tylenol can't help) and can already see my teeth improving.

So far my experience with bright has been amazing. I feel like I have had a personal walk through the process from the minute I moved forward. My advisor Brandon has been amazing and super helpful/informative. It seems like every day I get some kind of confirmation that I have made the right decision by going with Byte over other brands of invisible aligners.

After two independent dentists told me I needed to change the structure of my teeth I chose to give Byte a try. I’ve just completed my first month of the Byte 10-hour nighttime program. The retainers are very comfortable and I am beginning to see/feel my teeth shifting already. I put them in around 8 p.m. and take them out before I leave for work just after 6 a.m. This has been a much easier process than I anticipated and I’m so excited to see the final results! The bonus is the noticeable incremental teeth brightening from BrightByte as well.

I have not achieved final results yet, but so far I have been delighted with my experience with Byte. I researched the company online and was satisfied that I could proceed safely. The price was right, the directions clear, and the products packaged attractively and professionally. I have had several questions and have spoken to a couple of different Byte representatives on the phone. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. Christian, in particular, promised email responses which arrived promptly.

What I loved about the company was that the kit they sent to take your molds was easy to use. If I had any questions I would contact the Byte help desk and someone was always there to help me out. They also provided tutorials of how to do the molds online. However, towards the end of my treatment my top aligners didn't fit as well as my bottom aligners. I contacted the help desk and told them what was going on. I took pictures of my aligners and they immediately sent me another kit to retake my molds. I was surprised about how quickly the box came! I can't wait to see my new smile and can already see my gap closing day by day.

The Byte Team, Jessica in particular, has been awesome through my straight teeth journey. Jessica was attentive and super helpful with the beginning of my process. When I initially submitted my impressions, they were not accepted, but the team was super helpful in describing what I needed to do to continue my journey. They sent me another impression kit so quickly and the whole process was seamless.

From the start, Byte has been in constant communication with me and the customer service has been exceptional. I really feel cared for and my experience has been easy. The aligners are almost invisible and the process is laid out so simple for you! If you’re on the fence about doing Byte, I say go for the investment! Your teeth are going to be straighter, whiter, and not to mention it will be easier to conceal too since masks are currently required :P #covid19

Definitely would recommend highly! I have wanted to straighten my teeth for a while and did not due to high prices of most aligner products until I was referred by a friend to Byte. I chose the Byte at night since I could let it work in the evening & overnight and not be bothered with taking them out for meals or coffee. This fact and the affordable price made my choice easy! The customer service is very responsive and helpful. Now I have other friends doing the Byte at night and will definitely refer to others!

I picked byte because they seem to have the best value compare to other companies, and I'm glad I did! I wanted to fix my crooked front teeth due to my constant grinding at night and it was getting a bit noticeable but I don't want to spend too much on it since it's so minor. Byte not only offer the best price available the packaging and customer service has been great! I love the aligner case that came with it, it's super cute! I have 2 weeks left and already seeing a difference!

I'm enjoying the byte experience. It has been very simple from the start from sending in my impressions and then receiving my aligners. I had a little confusion in the beginning wondering if I had the correct aligners, but the team worked with me to check and double-check that I indeed had the correct aligners. I'm looking forward to the end of my treatment to see my new smile!

I have just ordered my daytime aligners and so far I am really satisfied with byte's customer support and how fast they were with my impression kit and treatment plan. I received my byte impression kit within a couple of days of ordering it and my treatment plan not even a week after sending back the impressions. Before ordering my aligners, I called their customer support service and they picked up right away and answered all my questions. I have now ordered my daytime aligners and they should arrive in 3 to 4 weeks, which is quicker than I expected.

I am in the 4th week of my treatment and I am very pleased with how it is going. I had been concerned about switching every week but I haven't had any problems at all. I have opted to use my hyper byte before bed because while I am sleeping is the longest uninterrupted period of time that I use them and it makes the aligners sit even more closely and comfortably to my teeth. All of my questions have been answered promptly and everyone I have interacted with has been very friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend Byte!

I’ve had a great experience with Byte so far. It has been a smooth ride. I like that all the aligners are sent to you & you change them each week. I will be done with my plan in 12 weeks which is very fast compared to my quote of having braces. Not to mention that you get to whiten your teeth at the same time you’re straightening them with Byte. I am anxious for the end result & if it turns out everything I am expecting it too then I Know my friends and family will be trying them out soon.
