I have been using the Byte aligner system for 2 months now. The process has gone smoothly! I think I’m finally starting to see a shift in my teeth, which is exciting. The Byte Customer Care team is always checking in with me to make sure things are good and quickly answer questions whenever I have them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Very affordable, even without insurance.

Byte has been really good, but not great. I couldn’t quite give them 5 stars. The onboarding process was super quick and had very clear directions and I felt supported by Bytes customer service. The impression kit was quickly processed and I completely believe in the process. I KNOW I will finish my 15 weeks with straight teeth. I was able to use my HSA account for a portion of the treatment, and paid for the rest of it upfront, since my insurance didn’t cover “at-home” kits (which in the midst of covid seems ridiculous, but that has nothing to do with Byte). The Byte representatives helped me do the split payment and gave me the option of making monthly payments. Everything seemed extremely streamlined. I love the packaging and feel very comfortable using the aligners. Unfortunately the teeth whitening kits that I was supposed to get included with my purchase since I paid upfront failed to get ordered for me. I had to call customer service. Byte did a fantastic job of getting that kit right out to me though. Now, I am halfway through the treatment and have ran out of the cleaner/brightener foam and was shocked to find out that I would have to pay more for a refill, even though I have only used the amounts as directed and I paid for the full treatment upfront. So I contacted customer service again and their solution was for me to post reviews on three different sites and they would send me more Bright Byte Foam. So here I am. I want to say that I’m really happy with the product and even happier with the service that I have received from the Byte crew. Just a couple of tweaks and they would have a perfect score from me.

Byte has great details to find information on link and contact. It changes on my better smiles. It isn't required you to go to any visits to dental clinics or orthodontics. It'll send a mail and contact to the patients. That clear aligners treatment is highly rated by customers. It has only HyperByte vibrational technology that accelerates treatment.

I’ve wanted to fix my teeth for ages. As a kid I had glasses so I didn’t want braces AND glasses. Well now that I’m older I wish I had done it. Now that aligners are an option I thought I would give it a go. I can’t believe that in only 19 weeks my smile will look so much different. My insurance didn’t cover so I used Care credit. So glad I didn’t have to pay cash on the spot because it would’ve never happened. 8 weeks in and I can see progress. Makes me so excited for the end result!

I am only 8 weeks in but so far this has been a great experience. I look for ward to changing my aligners weekly and note the progress. Furthermore the customer service team as been so helpful. They answer questions quickly and held my hand during the setup progress so I knew what to expect. Would 100% recommend for people looking to get their perfect smile.

This process has been so incredibly easy! From doing the impressions to adjusting my smile, everything has been simple and with great guidance. I was able to see dramatic changes within the first few weeks and can't wait to the final outcome. Not to mention they are super quick to respond any time you reach out with questions! I was pretty apprehensive about finally going down the teeth straightening path, but Byte has made it easy from the first moment I contacted them. The support, resources, and the product itself have all been designed with care and I feel fancy/special when using it all. I am thankful for the HyperByte as well since i do not want to be stuck in aligners for a really long time. So far, my experience with Byte has been nothing short of world class.

Byte's customer service team has been amazing all the way through. They have found me discounts even after I made my purchase. They've checked on me and kept in contact through text and email. I could see a change in my smile from my Byte aligners from week 1! I am so glad i made this purchase! They're a fraction of the cost of what an orthodontist would charge. And for me personally, someone who suffers from anxiety, I love the fact that I can take them out when I need to, unlike with traditional braces.

I'm half way done with my Byte treatment and absolutely blown away by the customer service. They are incredibly communicative and prompt and fully committed to ensuring your smile comes out as planned. We've tweaked my treatment along the way and it's felt much like if I was actually seeing an orthodontist in person. Also, the Bright Byte whitening is super easy and very effective too. Highly recommend!

I'm on week 11 and I'm loving the transformation in my smile. I did research, but was a little curious about how things would work. I am very pleased that I ordered tbe byte system. It's not painful, at all. There's a little discomfort when switching to a new set, but it's not unbearable and doesn't last long. I'm excited for my new smile at the end of the process

From the beginning I’ve been nothing but impressed with Byte!! I chose Byte because of the rave reviews and the simplicity of the website and process. Everything has been laid out clearly and the customer service has been spectacular! I was assigned my on Byte rep to email and text with anytime I had a question. I’m 12 weeks into the program and I’m loving the changes that I’m seeing. I can’t wait to see the final product. I highly recommend Byte to anyone who is looking to brighten they’re Byte!

I am only partially through my treatment but have been impressed so far with the changes. After doing loads and loads of research between different aligner companies, I went with Byte. The advisor assigned to me was available and quick to answer any questions I had regarding payments, pricing, timing, insurance, etc. This is what ultimately sold me on Byte versus the others. SDC offered in-house 3D imaging which was a HUGE selling feature for me, but after seeing the 3D model and then seeing the model that Byte created (from my sent-in mouth molds), they looked literally identical. You can rotate and flip the model of your mouth and see the progression from week 1 through the end of your custom treatment time. This was the case with both SDC and Byte. Pretty cool to see the progression. The projected treatment length was the same with both SDC and Byte, even though Byte does offer the 'hyper byte' vibrating mouthpiece that is supposed to help speed up treatment and help seat aligners properly. SDC doesn't have that but does provide these little rubber gummies that you chew on to seat the aligners. Their aligners feel solid and I haven't had issues with breaking or loss. Most people don't even notice I am wearing them and they are slightly textured but not like SDC. The protector case feels a little cheap and won't latch well, but I imagine that's the case with all companies' cases (see what I did there). It's a little tough to get the aligners to fit right while also being able to close the case. It's no bother, just a comment. The BrightByte that comes with the aligners is awesome. It's a foam hydrogen peroxide cleaner and breath freshener you put inside the aligners before placing them on your teeth. I have noticed the whitening results and it is ultra convenient compared to other methods with gels and lights. The aligners all come at once and are labeled by the week so you know what is what. The packaging for Byte is cool, modern, and fun. It was an enjoyable experience to interact and open the box when it came in the mail. Instructions and paperwork all come with this package and I found that to be a little lacking. The paperwork did inform me of what I was supposed to do, what to use, etc. But there was nothing sent to me that described what I was about to experience (how to know when to switch aligners? why is my new normal mouth feel similar to being punched in the face? how long will this pain last? am i supposed to have hecka trouble sleeping? how long should i wait to eat after removing aligners because chewing right after is super painful?). So I had lots of questions that I feel like could have been answered with some more literature on what I should expect in the pain and convenience realms. I can't say with certainty what SDC offers in this area since I cancelled before they sent the aligners out to me, but I did see the box and contents when I visited their local brick-and-mortar. However, SDC over communicated every single little thing and I really appreciated that as a potential customer. Byte was lacking here. During the pre-purchase research phase, Byte was not pushy and was super helpful in checking insurance for me. They wanted me to make an informed decision but obviously wanted my business. SDC was very pushy and even though I wasn't sure if I wanted to use them, I was already signed up for their financing to pay for the aligners and had a credit card deposit on file on my way out the door of their local shop. Byte was not pushy and I didn't pay for anything until I was 100% comfortable with everything. My SDC plan was overseen by an orthodontist. By law in my state, that is required for teledentistry treatment. Some people have said that SDC doesn't have orthodontists oversee treatment, but I was privy to the prescribing ortho who looked at my scans and treatment plan. Not sure why other people were saying that. My Byte treatment was also overseen by an orthodontist, so I felt good about that. SDC told me that I'd have access to an orthodontist anytime I wanted via a chat portal through their website. Byte said that I could email my advisor and they would then connect me with an orthodontist, but not sure how quickly this would happen. My orthodontist who prescribed me the aligners would check in with my about 12-14 weeks into my treatment through Byte, but SDC said that I'd be checking in around 9-12 weeks. Not a HUGE deal, but it would be nice to check in a little sooner to make sure my teeth and bite are headed in the right direction. Byte is still invested in me even though I've paid and am currently going through treatment. Insurance has been sent a claim and I am working with Byte to make sure that it gets resolved and I can get reimbursed. I love that they still care and are quick with responding as insurance claims are stressful and the process can take a while. I bought several SDC items to go along with my Byte aligners. They have electric toothbrushes, lip balm, cleaning tablets, UV cleaners and water picks. I would have purchased Byte products if they had them, but maybe one day they will come. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Byte. There are a few areas they could improve on to get that fifth star, but have a really strong following of committed apostles and customers. I will be one of those people who would recommend them for sure, pending my smile comes out the way it was modeled. My smile so far is looking great and my teeth are getting whiter at the same time.

These aligners have corrected my teeth within 2 months and I haven’t even completed the treatment yet! My teeth got straighter faster than my brother’s with his braces. I would definitely recommend the use of these fantastic aligners!! And they include BrightByte which is totally awesome because my teeth are getting whiter while they are getting straighter. I really can’t stress enough how satisfied I am with Byte!

I started doing this program in a time where I started to be interested in doing something about teeth. My teeth weren't in the worst of shapes but something still needed to be done. So I started BYTE and they've done nothing less of amaze me with there state-of-the-art technology to give you the smile that you desire for your self- confidence, which I have gained since starting the program. Get it!!

Really great experience so far, I'm mostly done with treatment now. Most of their communications are extremely clear, though I was a bit confused about the difference between the Daytime and Nighttime plans (basically Nighttime is a little slower, that's all). Great customer service, including working to get me a discount and giving my referrer her discount, as well. Minor annoyance in the instructions later on in the process (very minor - basically I missed a small note in my aligner case that instructed me to reach out to them, so I'm going to have to wait a few weeks to get my next set of aligners). It's not a huge deal, but I think they could've set my expectations a little clearer that I'd have over 20 aligners total, when they only send the first 15 initially. Otherwise, love their products, the effects are visible and very well guided, I feel taken care of and confident in the health of my teeth. I'm about 2/3 done and I can already see a world of difference. My biggest encouragement would be not to let the mold-making process intimidate you (just follow the instructions, which are super clear), and don't let the first few nights of aligners scare you off (it hurts like hell on night 1, but that's IT - everything after that is super easy to get used to). Highly recommend!

The program is so easy to complete! Byte send you impressions kits for you to do and you send them back and they put together a treatment plan for you and send you your aligners. Most plans take only 4-6 months and they have a lot of different payment options to fit your needs. The byte team is there every step of the way to help you! So glad I did this!

I am so happy I decided to go with Byte for corrective aligners. Their process is so simple and the customer service is exceptional. They are always available and check in frequently. Byte has provided incredible support at every step of this process and now that I'm near the end of my treatment I can say with 100% confidence it was the right choice. Invisalign would have been more than TWICE the cost for similar results and without the included teeth whitening, which has made such a difference in the overall look of my smile! Their payment plan is so inclusive and I can use my HSA, which saves me even more. I am much more confident in my smile thanks to Byte and the process has been so seamless!

I'm only a month into my aligner plan but I can already tell a HUGE difference! I never had braces in the past and because of that I feel my teeth slowly drifter further and further from the perfect "byte" but now with this I can already see years of negative growth already reversed. I’m only on week six and I’m pumped! I can see a difference already and get so excited when I run my tongue over my trouble teeth and feel how much they have moved already. I have a very low pain tolerance so I was kind of nervous going into this experience but other than the first day of the new aligners I don’t feel too much discomfort. I am able to use the hyperbyte, (which is amazing!) twice in some days which I think helps with any discomfort also. I am so excited for my new smile and can’t stop telling people about this awesome company!

I appreciated the support while i took my impressions and decided on how I wanted to move forward. So far the aligners seem to be working well, and the whole process had actually made me way better at brushing and flossing multiple times a day. My only complaint would be that the pricing isn't very transparent because I was in a pretty strict budget I negotiated with my rep for awhile and wound up getting a much lower price then advertised. This leads me to believe that the system may be a bit overpriced as a whole. It's still the best priced though or of its competitors and is working well though, so i am happy with my purchase.

I use my HSA to pay for my Byte. They also take dental insurance, awesome. The package of the aligners is top Notch. Whenever I have a question customer service is quick to respond. I love that they also respond to text messages. And they always have promos for free teeth whitening or discounted teeth whitening. And who doesn’t love white, straight teeth.

Cant even explain in words how much i’d recommend byte!! they make it so simple and easy to fix you’re smile AT HOME they also have amazing customer service they alway responds pretty fast they are super polite and helpful with any requests or questions i’ve had along my byte journey and trust me they are literally making my dreams come true (: for the most reasonable price on the Invisible aligner market not to mention they do all this in so little time. If you’re looking to straighten your teeth go with byte!

Probably the best way to find out if the company has great customer support is how they act during the problem. I use Byte for a few months already. Even though I have some progress, I noticed that I was not following the treatment plan. I contacted customer support and got an immediate response. They gave me advice, sent me a new impression kit and I'm already waiting for my new aligners. I realize that every treatment process is very individual. The professional response of the company makes me feel that think those guys know their job.

I’m 3 months in on my 6 month treatment plan. I’m blown away with how quickly my teeth are moving. Anywhere else it would take over a YEAR! That’s insane. It pretty much never hurts, seemingly painless! And I’ve only ever hear horror stories about braces. Plus I wear the day time version and no one ever knows I have them on! I love Byte! <3

I had a great experience with Byte right from the start! They were very quick in regards to responding to my questions and even texted me which was awesome as its easier and faster than email. I am very uncomfortable talking about my teeth because I am embarrassed but the staff were so nice and made me feel like they were actually almost as excited as I was. I really loved how quick everything was in regards to shipping and once I returned to molds they had my plan developed very quickly. The entire process was very user friendly and I was happy with the price point.

I’ve had a wonderful and easy experience with my treatment! The transition from one set to the next is extremely easy to follow with the packaging and the hyperbyte eases them in perfectly. I couldn’t ask for anything else. No real pain during the transitions and the best part is seeing a difference early on in the treatment. My top teeth are looking great and the bottom have made so much progress already.

So far so good. What I like is the fact that I could manage a monthly payment to get my teeth straight and a short amount of time. But I dislike about this is I wish it was a little more affordable. Larger discounts for missionaries students and other civil serving individuals who make little to no money who show proper documentation of being very active in the community would be great.thank you and God bless

I never thought of using aligners before until my wife orders her starter kit from Byte. After seeing her experience I noticed how easy was to get the impression kit ready and get the first set of aligners in the mail. I'm now more than half the way on the treatment and the teeth on my upper jaw are looking great, the next step of the treatment will take care of the lower teeth.

With Byte, my favorite experience is the vibrating hyperbyte I use every night. It's like a light massage that tells me the night is starting. Putting in the retainer itself is also not a hassle and encourages good hygiene. What I like least about Byte is simply the work it sometimes takes to adjust the retainers. Sometimes I have to sand down some rough edges that cut into my tongue. But that can be fixed, and overall I am fine with the product.

With Byte, you can complete your treatment from home, which I have found helpful. It has been very easy to follow so far, and has added little disruption/discomfort to my lifestyle. The retainers only hurt my teeth for about the first three days, and after that I barely notice they are there. I had one tooth in particular that I wanted to straighten, and so far it is looking great (I still have 10 weeks to go). The only part of the process that was confusing for me was getting reimbursed by dental insurance. Make sure you know that you will have to wait about 1-2 months to get reimbursement, so you will have to pay for the aligners up front if choosing this payment option!

Hi! My income was tight...car payment, kids, rent, insurance...etc. However, I understand that 1st impression matters and despite my personality, my smile was a big insecurity! Byte has offer me the opportunity to change that! In less than 3 weeks i had my 13 week set of aligners. The instruction are very clear! I started out trying a different company, Smile Love, & they went out of business & im still trying to get my $2000 back. Byte has been the absolute best company to work with, the support is amazing. My teeth look perfect after 4 months of using the aligners & the vibrating thing used daily. I couldn’t be more happy with a company!! 100 Stars ⭐️

I love that with Byte I do not have to go to an office for appointments. It is quick and convenient to change retainers once a week at home. I’m 11 weeks into a 17 week course. Every set of retainers has worked well and I see great straightening progress with my teeth. Customer service has checked in with me a few times but I have not had any issues that needed assistance.

So far I am very excited about my experience with Byte, week 2 and I feel that this really will work, I can’t wait to see my results. This company is Easy to use they send yo7 a kit and if you can read yo7 can start you process to straight teeth. I am 55 and excited to finally have straight teeth which will also help my TMJ issues. I’ve had a great experience with byte! The customer service has been very engaging from the very beginning. They were always available via text or email to answer any questions I had. The whole experience has been very easy. The financing was easy to understand. I’m on my 3rd week and already seeing a difference. These are the whitest my teeth have ever been!

I would recommend Byte. The signup process was very easy and everything has been easy to understand and follow. I like all of the instructions, they're very clear. I also like the red box the liners ship in; it makes it easy to keep everything organized. I did have an issue where my account got stuck in some type of limbo, so I had to call to have everything fixed so my liners would ship. But the issue read resolved quickly. I would also recommend having only one customer service rep to answer to throughout the whole process; I've had 4 different ones and that made things a little confusing on who to turn to if I had an issue.
