This company seemed like it would be great, but it was misleading. They offered a treatment plan my teeth did not adjust according to that plan and then the company tried to argue with me that it was according to plan and there’s nothing they could do about it. I wish they were honest and told me I wasn’t a candidate for this or been more specific and thorough about how this is going to actually adjust my teeth instead of just wanting my business.

When I presented them with a concern about my impressions not being taken correctly, they insisted they were fine. I tried to readdress it a few weeks into my treatment as I was starting to notice my teeth aligning except two back teeth that were missed on the impression. They just keep insisting it’s fine and I’m tired of going and back and forth. Wish they would have tried harder to give me peace of mind by just doing another impression to confirm everything is actually ok or if they should re-evaluate my treatment plan.

It is hard to get in contact with anyone who actually knows what they are doing, and they are basically a huge scam. They force you to pay for both sets of aligners as they assure you both need fixing but my week one and week 15 top aligner look exactly the same, and they dont even fit in the slightest. Since the day that i paid, it has now been 9 weeks and i still do not have a top aligner and have yet to receive the 2nd round of mold for my top aligner to fit. My bottom aligners are going well which is the only thing keeping me here, that and the thousands of dollars i paid for a bottom aligner to be the only thing that works.

Love the aligners, but customer service is not great. I've had no access to my patient portal since I made my down payment for my aligners. I've reached out to my byte advisors, cleargage support, and other individuals multiple times and they all say the will reach out to tech support and have someone follow up. But that never happens. It is now March and I still do not have any access to my financial patient portal.

Byte is great at providing the service they describe on their website: they fit you with a set of clear aligners to meet your correction needs. Treatment plans are prepared and monitored remotely by licensed orthodontists, dentists, and technicians. Checking in with Byte regularly throughout the treatment process is very important though, to make sure you're on track, and to address any needs you may have. Following their guidelines is also very important in order to maintain your guarantee. You’ve got to be reasonably self-motivated. The only issue I had was that when I tried to email them to discuss some adjustments I needed, I was looped through their website and had to answer a form questionnaire which didn't always address directly what my problem was. They would always get back to me about my concern through email, but I felt it would have been easier for me to just speak directly with a person rather than go through this process. But hey, my teeth look great!

I am mid-treatment, so I can't give an end-of-treatment review, but thus far I am very happy with Byte. I had an issue with one of my retainers, and the customer service was incredible and fixed the problem immediately. I only wear my retainers at night, so the process it a bit longer, but that is by choice. I could have chosen to wear the retainer during the days as well and cut the treatment time in half.

So far so good. My first set of aligners didn’t quite reach the goal I was looking for, so I had an online appointment with a specialist and they quickly went about helping me get a new impression kit in order to make sure I was happy with the results. Both online reps were super Friday friendly. Only problem I had was their emails disappearing on me…no spam folder either…not sure what the deal was. But upon calling, things were taken care of professionally.

Excellent service and product and follow up. From the initial consultation, a human being was calling and following up on everything. I found out there was a military discount which was nice. I have experience in the corporate world and the package was top flight -- beautiful and practical. Best of all was the turn around time from my impressions to the actually formed aligners -- it must have been less than 10 days. I would recommend without reservation.

After 18 months of using Byte's Overnight Aligners, I can honestly I've noticed a great difference in how straight and aligned my teeth are compared to the start and I'm now very close to the projected results that were set at the beginning of my journey to a straighter and healthier smile. I imagine that because I chose the overnight aligners over the daytime aligners that naturally the time scale to achieve the results is somewhat lengthened as one doesn't wear the aligners as long a duration as you would if you wore them all day. The "impression kit" process is a little time consuming and at times difficult to complete on your own but obviously it is an investment of time I was willing to make to achieve my projected results. There were also a few complications with receiving "refinement" aligners along the way due to a mix-up regarding my Byte Protection plan but I'm now on my 3rd round of aligner sets and the customer service team have for the most part been extremely helpful and understanding in finding solutions and working toward that promised land of the projected smile! I'd recommend Byte aligners but with the advice that if you're considering the overnight aligners over the standard daytime aligners you may need to practice a little patience in achieving your projected results as most of the marketing online talks about results in 6 months time.

Byte is really great. For a person that does but like going to the dentist and bedded a better smile, this was an awesome experience. The impression kit is affordable, you do it at hone, and send it in. After you receive your treatment, you can have an idea how the aligners are going to change your smile. After you receive them, just follow the prescribed amount if tine you have to keep them in. Setting up a timer really helped me keep track. Also, the Supoort team is only an email away. I am really pleased with my progress so far and with this service.

I've been a byte Customer for a two months now. I can already see and feel the shift in my teeth and the aligners don't show at all. Nobody can see them, my smile still looks normal in pictures which I love. I also appreciate the many payment options which are guaranteed to suit everyone. I've had fitting issues though because there's no professional to help you put them on but the customer service team was very helpful.

7th week of my treatment. I really enjoy it! I see already changes in teeth moving and as bonus they got whiter with Byte cleansing foam. Aligners are clear and almost invisible when I wear it. And NO any discomfort. That was uncomfortable only at first week but then with hyperbyte device I don’t feel any pain more. Very satisfied with Byte and highly recommend it!

I was hesitant about how much the aligners would affect my daily routine, but I'm now 8 weeks in and can't even remember why I was so hesitant to begin with! My experience with Byte so far has been amazing. I wore braces as a teen and I stopped wearing my retainers so my teeth had shifted back to how they were prior to braces. I am now almost finished with my Byte treatment and my teeth look amazing. They honestly look just as great as they did right after I got my braces off when I was younger! The customer service is great. If you have any issues they respond quickly and are very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Byte!

I'm halfway through the treatment plan and everything is going great! There was a lot of customer service contact in the beginning to get me started and to make sure all was going well. The packaging of the aligners makes it easy to understand and keep on track with the plan. I didn't like using the hyperbyte, it was an odd feeling for me, so it's taking a little longer to get through the plan. I don't mind that I'll be in the plan for a longer period, as I find them easy to wear and notice the weekly progress.

Fantastic customer service. If adjustments are needed to a current treatment plan there is a minor delay between (back/forth) shipments. Company strives for ultimate satisfaction of the consumer - and is evident. Much more reasonable cost when compared to other options (braces or other aligner systems). Extremely satisfied customer. Highly recommend!!!

I looked at a lot of different aligners, and Byte was definitely the best deal! Their team even found out that they had a cheaper pre-negotiated rate with my dental insurance company after I had paid, and they refunded me the difference. I've always had an easy time getting through to Byte's customer service, and they're extremely helpful and friendly.

Everything has been so seamless and easy from getting my at home molds done to getting my Aligners with all the instructions needed. I’m 1 month in and seeing amazing results already!
