The hardest part about the experience was creating my own molds... that's the only part I really had to do. Once I sent the molds in, the aligners came a few weeks later. After 3 weeks, I was seeing results and feeling more confident. Anytime I have ever needed to contact customer support, they have been friendly and focused on solving the issue. Overall, the process was quick, easy, and I would recommend this to anyone who struggles with their smile.

The customer service team at Byte is exceptional. After completing my impression purchase I was contacted by a representative to be my point of contact for any help I needed in completing my impressions. I love that level of service. I really can’t say anything bad at 4 weeks into my 14 week treatment plan. I’m happy I chose Byte, it is fast, affordable, and the service is wonderful.

I have enjoyed the process so far and I recommend the product to anybody needing to straighten their teeth. The clear aligners from byte were comfortable and didn't have any sharp edges etc and I didn't even have to use the provided file to soften any edges. The only hassle is having to remove them when eating and drinking other than water. The byte customer service is very good as well, and they respond via email with any questions or concerns that I have.

I just ordered my aligners and right now the experience has been nothing short of incredible! From the very first question I had to hitting purchase on the aligners, I've had text support (from a real person!) who has been awesome in providing answers, guidance and support. Looking forward to this journey! I wish I would have started it when COVID hit so I'd be unmasked with a beautiful smile!

I have just started using my trays, but my experience so far has been really great! The people who have stayed in contact with me have been answering my questions promptly and have been a great help. I decided to start using Byte after seeing my sister have her teeth fixed from her aligner process, and I can't wait to see how Byte helps fix my teeth in the future!

It works. It really does. I'm more than halfway through my treatment and I love how my teeth are looking. My family has been following my progress and confirms, my teeth are getting very straight. My top teeth are just about done and my bottom teeth will require 3 more weeks to complete them. And then I am DONE! I highly recommend Byte as an affordable and fast method to straight teeth and perfect smiles.

The communication with getting me all set up was really great and I'm happy with my payment plan and treatment plan. I'm at 7 out of 15 weeks and have had no problem so far! I am using Care Credit so I didn't have to pay anything up front when I got approved, and I am able to pay $315 / month for 6 months (no interest!) to pay the cost of the aligners.

They’re are many clear aligners on the market, but I swear Byte is the best! Everything was delivered quickly, customer service is impeccable, impression kit was made easy for at home doings, and all around a good experience! They accept many dental insurances and the pricing is very reasonable compared to braces or a trip to your local orthodontist. I was so excited when I was shown my treatment plan and how my smile is going to change!

I can honestly say that this experience with Byte has been much better than anticipated. One thing I noticed immediately was the customer service and the immediate response I would receive whenever I reached with questions. The only small change I wish the company would consider is this - I think the packaging and the overall presentation of the full kit is amazing! But, I think where it falls short is with the HyperByte. Don’t get me wrong, the HB is awesome! But, I just wish it came in a nice little save case for it. Doesn’t have to be too grand but, that would be great!

So far my experience with Byte has been nothing short of amazing. I'm loving my new smile already have I have 3 weeks left to go. The team has been amazing at each step of the journey and their support team is super responsive. I love the little confidence boosters that come with each set of retainers, it always makes me so excited to rip open a new pack each week.

My experience with Byte has been great so far. I am still in the beginning steps but it has been an easy process. The reason I am writing this review is because, the customer service has been on point! The Byte customer service staff is helpful and shows lots of care. I really felt like I had someone available to me at anytime of the day. Ellis in Santa Monica has been amazing and so helpful. Thank you again Ellis & Thank you to the Byte team!

I’m only 6 weeks Into treatment and I cannot speak more highly of byte! The ease of the molds was wonderful. I loved not having to go to an orthodontist first. The alignments came on about half the time expected and there was no learning curve with the aligners, hyper byte, Or anything else. The customer service has always been top notch and payments are very affordable. I plan to use this for my kids when they’re older.

I wanted to get invisible braces for years but could never afford Invisalign. Once I found out there were other options, choosing Byte over other companies was easy based on the wealth of positive reviews and experiences. They’ve actually made this process easy, affordable, and fun. I highly recommend it If you’re tired of seeing your crooked teeth in the mirror and need a confidence boost.

I had really bad crowding on the bottom row of teeth, to the point that one of my teeth looked like it was trying to escape my mouth. It's easy to joke about it now because (at the time of writing this) my smile looks great! The Byte team helped me every step of the way, even in terms of finding a routine. Very dedicated to building confident smiles.

I’ve always been self conscious of my teeth, and have regretted not having braces as a kid. I’m happy now that I waited to receive invisible aligners, because these have been so much easier to deal with than I thought they would be. I’ve already noticed a difference after a month. The representatives that have contacted me have been super helpful, and my smile has improved so quickly.

So far I'm on week 12. My top teeth are now basically straight. I have one tooth on my bottom row that I can tell is slowly being moved back into place. As expected, I would sometimes experience sight discomfort but I know it's because my teeth are moving. The hyperbyte has helped and I use it more than recommended to help with discomfort. I would definitely recommend byte to anyone looking to get their teeth straightened.

I always look forward every week to the day it's time to change out my aligners. I definitely recommend Byte to everyone who asks! What I love is that they give you options on the monthly payments, what works with your budget. This company has been great so far!

I am so pleased that I chose to straighten my teeth with Byte. I’m on Week 5 of my program and can already tell a huge difference. The Byte team has been very helpful throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had. You can’t tell the aligners are in and after a few days you don’t even realize they’re in. Easy and painless to take in and out as well. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I’ve had a really pleasant experience thus far and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service has been amazing. I did my shopping around and noticed a lot of other line or companies have really horrible service especially during Covid. I’m happy I made the choice with Byte. I chose the night Aligners because I am a stay at home mom and it is the most convenient for me to pop them in at night not to mention they are super comfortable to sleeping in. I was worried they would slide but they snap on ice and snug.

Week 4 of the overnight aligners and so far so good. Communication with Byte advisers have been good, they are friendly and patient with all my questions. So far they have accurately described the experience I am having with the aligners. I received my aligners and accessories in the mail rather quickly. Instructions are also easy to follow. With each new aligner the fit becomes increasingly tighter and uncomfortable but your body adjusts as your teeth shift, and I can certainly tell they have shifted already. Always ask questions if you have them and inquire about any promos or deals!

Byte has been the best dental experience I have ever had. I had braces previously and I was a stupid teen that didn’t realize the importance of wearing my retainers so as an adult I took advantage of byte for the at home system and I am not disappointed. Customer service is great! And the product is just as good! 100% recommend. Already have 3 people using it with my recommendation

Start with an easy model building, you could track your progress from the website, very transparent. After purchase, your aligner kit arrived in a reasonable timeframe. Byte staff is friendly, keep tracking your treatment. The instruction manual is also very clear. This is my sixth week and I could start seeIng the changes through my smiles. Looking forward to see the end of whole treatment.

So far so good. I Have not received my aligners yet so I cannot comment on the shipping time or the aligners themselves. However, I received my impressions kit 2 days after I ordered it. The instructions for making the impressions were very thorough, and the process was very easy. I sent my impressions back on a Tuesday and received my treatment plan 2 days later on Thursday. I placed my order that same day and I’m really looking forward to receiving my aligners!

Only halfway through and what a difference! The customer service is always quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. Getting set up is easy, and the flexibility of the plan is AMAZING. If I forget it wear it for a day (or let's be real- 3 days), no big deal, I just pop them back in and wait until my teeth feel comfortable enough to move onto the next set. The BrightByte is SO EASY and has definitely brightened my smile.

I could not recommend Byte Aligners more. After finishing my treatment, I wasn't fully satisfied with the final alignment of my teeth. A couple of stubborn teeth didn't align perfectly. The byte team were quick to send me a whole new set of aligners to ensure that i got the result that I wanted. I am now into my final stages of my treatment and I'm extremely happy with the results.

I am in my fifth week of my Byte journey and I am extremely impressed with the company and my experience thus far. Even during this crazy time (a worldwide pandemic), my order came super fast, all the instructions where very clear and easy to follow and customer service has been very efficient in getting back to me with any questions I've had. Although I have about 10 more weeks to go with my treatment, I can definitely already notice some changes and have gotten several comments on how white my teeth look. I can't wait to see the final results!

I love the costumer service!! They have been a life saver and seem to really CARE about my experience. They are always Following up via text or email :) I am only on Week 5 of the Byte at night but I can feel the difference in my over crowded teeth- its working! The nighttime option is also a super easy addition to my nighttime routine so it makes the whole process less daunting. I am excited that I can notice a difference on week 5!! The only downside is that the BrightByte costs a bit and you do really need to buy many more- although it is totally worth it! Thank you Byte!

I have just started my byte treatment and am so excited to see my final results. I am having very little pain, and do not have any trouble continuing to work. I was worried I would have a strong lisp with the aligners in but I can barely notice them, along with my colleagues. The experience so far has been so amazing and easy with all of my advisors and consultants thus far. I would recommend at 10/10 using Byte if you are unhappy with your teeth alignment. All in I have only paid $2,000 (which is half the price of Invisalign), and the quality is excellent!

Overall, I'm enjoying my experience with Byte. I do really like the BrightByte and HyperByte products that are included in the treatment. A few things that I don't like are some of the discomforts I am experiencing. During the impressions part of the treatment, the trays did not seem to be made for the roof of the mouth. It was extremely hard to get it positioned around my teeth correctly and it was painful to have the plastic pushed into the roof of my mouth while waiting for the putty to set. The other thing that has been unexpectedly uncomfortable was the edges on one of my tray sets. It has a sharp edge somewhere that is hurting the side of my tongue and I haven't been able to locate and round that out with the included file. But again, for the most part, treatment has been great. It's been very easy to use and I love the packaging it came in. The way they packaged the sets of aligners makes it very easy to find the next set when I'm switching, and it doesn't take up much space.

I’m still in the process of treatment so I can’t speak to the end result yet, but what I can speak to you is the customer service I have received. Additionally they reach out even if I don’t ask questions just to check on me and make sure I am good

Overall a good experience from start to finish. When I ordered the impressions they came in quickly and I was sent emails while waiting for results and what to do when I get my actual aligners and what to do when I get the impressions. The instructions are very clear and I like the fact they have pictures with real people. The first week was a quite painful. But as to be expected. Currently week 5 and the pain has been reduced significantly. The hyperbyte is a huge help I think when it comes to pain. Already have noticed a little bit of a difference in my teeth for being more straight. The whitener is great! So overall a great experience.

I had braces when I was a teenager but failed to wear my retainers as I should. At almost 40 years old, there was no way I was getting a mouth full of metal again, nor was I going to spend time going to multiple provider visits. When I saw my proposed treatment plan, I was blown away at the possibility of my smile looking like that again! While I haven't started treatment yet (I'm waiting on aligner delivery), the service has been second to none and I have no doubt that this is going to be epic!

So far my experience with Byte has been great. My Byte advisor and the care team answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them. I'm excited that they are going to be able to straighten my teeth with nighttime aligner wear only and for only 7 months. Then I'll wear nighttime retainers. They don't even have to attach anything to my teeth or file any of my crowded teeth. They have a lifetime guarantee and the price is reasonable. I'm excited to get started when my aligners arrive in a few weeks.

Every step of the way from starting my impressions to getting started/selecting a plan with byte and deciding what to do, including questions that I have, I was assigned an advisor who would help me through each step and they were really responsive whether if it was thru email or texts. I received responses from both and love the customer service aspect of byte. My concerns were answered and the rep stayed on the phone with me while I chose my plan with the rep to make sure everything went through and that I could get started right away with my aligners.

I’ve had a really good experience so far with Byte. The first day that I bought them a customer service representative was already messaging me about my experience and it helped answer all of my questions. I'm on my fourth week. I have to admit I've had an excellent experience with byte. I wore braces for four years during my high school days. I lost my retainer a couple years after and my teeth ended shifting. I remember the painful experiences I had with normal metal braces and I definitely didn't want to go back to that. After four weeks of using the evening byte aligners, it's been awesome. Their easy to use, the plan is laid out for you weekly, and the representatives are helpful. Their quick to reply too. I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a painless experience.

After I got my braces off I failed to wear my retainer as it was uncomfortable, ugly, and was too much of a hassle for me. My teeth eventually became crooked again and I began to seek other options. Byte stuck out to me as it allowed me to fix my teeth from home with no office visits which was especially helpful during the times of the early pandemic. The customer support was very slow when I had complications however they made sure to assist me the best they could once they came in contact. I am now on my 10th week of using my aligner out of 14. My teeth still are not perfect yet but I have definitely seen improvement and I cant wait to see my final result!

I think my biggest worry at first was buying into a program that some consider to be a bootleg version of another different, more expensive option. I ended up committing because there was nothing to do during the COVID-19 quarantine in New York, and I am so happy that I did. The communication has been fantastic, all the representatives are kind, I received responses to each of my emails within 48 hours, and the team is always willing to do what it takes to show support.
