Recieved my aligners and they are way too big for my mouth! They have a huge gap in them, they don't even form to my teeth. I went with Byte because they have such raving reviews. I am beyond dissapointed with them. The aligners stick way up above my teeth..... now I am out money I can not afford to just throw away.

So far, 2 hyperbites have malfunctioned on me. My teeth are still not straight after my 14 week plan, so now I have to get a whole new set of aligners. Through the process, the customer server has been great, but the products are cheap and I was given false promises about the time frame.

customer service won't actually help you if you have an issue. they bribe you with free whitener to post positive reviews. an actual orthodontist will not contact you EVER. i spoke to 3 different customer support agents for an issue that was never resolved. byte is a scam
