according to their check out process they do not ship to North Carolina! i tried calling and confirming they did not offer services to NC residents but can not get anyone to answer their phone system .. was super excited to try this product out but now just frustrated - nothing is listed about not serving all states or limited states

THE WORSR EXPERIENCE EVER. I have been wearing the aligners for almost one year with no progress when the treatmentwas supposed to be 14 weeks long. The customer service has been terrible. The people on the phone are worthless. It takes them a full week to answer an email. Now they want to reevaluate my condition and want me to pay more money for this.

I needed to re-order my cleaning spray, so I wrote in 2 weeks ago. They just now emailed me back and said I had to fill out THREE reviews online to get a new cleaning spray. So this is my review: - lazy - annoying - mediocre There's a very good chance Invisalign, Candid, and Smile Direct all create a MUCH better user experience. Buyer beware.
