Insurance did not cover anything. Wish they told me before the took my money. I used Invisaligh for my son and it was covered. A couple thousand puts a hurting on a family. Customer service has been terrible, no one ever returns calls. I hope after all this my daughter has a beautiful smile.

Horrible experience. Seems I have more serious problems than they could correct. Yet they sold them to me anyway My dentist told me to throw them away as they did no x rays and really had no business Charging me for something that would not work correctly on my teeth Of course they will not refund the money
