If their virtual assistant is any indication of their customer service, then I would be up that proverbial creek bc it sends me to links that don’t exist and one never speak with an actual person. Their plans are not transparent in terms of cost.

Our team should be sending you check-in emails every 2 weeks to make sure everything is progressing as projected. Those emails can sometimes get stuck in a junk or spam folder. Byte salesmen always don't answer your questions or concerns directly. Instead, they always try to schedule a talk for details of treatment plan even after I said I know the plan very well. They don't care customers' concerns. They are only interested in talking about payment plan. Sick of them.

This is an update to my original. I could not find it or I would have edited it. Things were going great until I hit week 8 and the aligners would not fit. I have since been trying to get back on track with my treatment. It has been 6 weeks and now I feel that I am just getting the run around! Just not good.
