If their virtual assistant is any indication of their customer service, then I would be up that proverbial creek bc it sends me to links that don’t exist and one never speak with an actual person. Their plans are not transparent in terms of cost.

The biggest scam company. They are great and customer service is excellent when they try to sell it to you. After you get your aligners no one ever follows up on your journey and then when you reach out to them they say you are out of warranty because you haven’t been communicating with them and letting them know on your progress.

Horrible experience - these reviews are most likely gamed. Had an outrageously bad experience with this company - they abandoned my treatment plan mid treatment because my teeth weren't tracking, taking no accountability. I was absolutely shocked. My teeth are now all messed up and I will have to spend 10x more to get them fixed.

Terrible experience. Went through the whole fitting process and was good to go when they randomly cancelled my order AFTER I got approved for financing and had a hard credit pull on my account. No explanation, no customer service. They just cancelled my order and cut me off. Terrible customer service.

Our team should be sending you check-in emails every 2 weeks to make sure everything is progressing as projected. Those emails can sometimes get stuck in a junk or spam folder. Byte salesmen always don't answer your questions or concerns directly. Instead, they always try to schedule a talk for details of treatment plan even after I said I know the plan very well. They don't care customers' concerns. They are only interested in talking about payment plan. Sick of them.

I have since been trying to get back on track with my treatment. It has been 6 weeks and now I feel that I am just getting the run around! Just not good.
