Cheez, please stay away. I have had 3 claims and none if it was good experience. Be prepared to wait for weeks to get even a trivial plumbing issue. There is a contract clause for everything that they can get away and not fix the issue. Save money and hire your own.

Select Home Warranty is HORRIBLE! They state they need 24 to 48 hours to review an AC claim! It's been 72 hours, it's 100+ degrees outside!! I should not have to call you every morning & afternoon to check in on my claim. Either approve or deny the claim, but don't tell me about how busy you are ........ WE ARE ALL BUSY!
