False promise. Long waiting for repair. Made up fake story about a repair they never did, so they can charge their customer. Charge their client cancellation fee and service fee within 30 day free cancellation period. Lots of lies and cheating. Very rude representative.

I did not even want to give it one star.Tis is the worst service I have ever received. They claim to get back with you in 24 hours, twice after 48 hours I had to call back only to find out the claim still had not been sumitted. Sounds so good when they take your money, but trying to get something fix is not so easy. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Do not waste your money in a policy with Select Home Warranty. They have terrible service and it took 6 months to get my dish washer fixed, still not fixed and they are now wanting more money to fix. These other reviews saying they are good are lies, don’t let them scam you like they did me. Save your money!!
