6 Weeks to get authorization to fix a refrigerator. At least 10 calls with every excuse in the book. If you want your family to go without a necessary item for over 6 weeks and then get approved for a fraction of the cost, then purchase this pathetic low end warranty.

First claim and very disappointed. 3/4 horse garbage disposal broke and select offered $75!to replace and installation on me. Downsized to 1/2 horse for $109 and $150 to install. I have three policies (mine and one for each child) and searching for a better company and will cancel all.

I purchased the warranty and then tried to use it for checking my Hvac ststem. They couldn't find someone to fix it and wanted me to do it myself. After a month of multiple calls I finally canceled my service with a $75 penalty even though they didn't live up to their part of the contract. If I could give 0stars, I would.
