Very disappointing... Had a claim that was closed without anything being done. Had to pay the deductible when the guy came out and he left and they closed it. THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING by stating that if they can't fix it they will replace it. THEY WILL NOT!!! Just call a handyman or repair company.

Worst service I have ever experienced. It has been two months and my microwave oven has still not been fixed or replaced. Constant runaround from customer service. Sears service can't get the part for repair but they still haven't done anything about replacing it. Don't waste your time or money on Sears Home Warranty¡!!!!!!

This is a poor service. When i called, the person on the phone was so rude. They charged deductible $100.00 each time you call for each type of service and annual payment. It's cost more than i just call and pay someone to do their job. Bad customer service not worsted. Please do not sign a contact with Sears Home Service if you planning to.

I made a claim for fixing my washing machine on August 19. After 40 hours worth of phone calls and texts, I finally received a replacement washer on October 31. The phone technicians and service providers have poor communication skills. This washer should have been replaced within less than a month.

When it is time to repair something they want the repair to try to fix it even if it needs to be replaced. Repair people don't call back or show up. It takes a long time to get anything done. Incompetent technicians. They do not deliver on any of their work. They ordered the wrong parts. Waited hours for them to show up and they never did. Been dealing with the same issue for 5 months and all they say is they are researching the parts. DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY PLAN AS IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Whatever you do. DO NOT do business with Sear Home Warranty. More than 6 weeks and still no repair of my refrigerator. I have paid the service guy twice to come but he never fixed anything. They are still telling me to wait 7 to 10 days. I have been without a refrigerator for 6 weeks now.

I wish I would have researched before signing up. Looks like others agree - HORRIBLE customer service. WASTE of time and money. Better off hiring a repairman. Sears needs to finally go out of business. Sad, they used to be great... remember Craftsman? Now just a joke. Will never spend another dollar there again!

We had Sears Home Warranty a long time ago. They had really bad customer service. This company was impossible to get any one to help us. I kept having to go through so many robot steps to finally get a human being then I was put on hold. I had to hang up because my phone went dead after trying to get help for so long. We cancelled their service after a couple of months. I’m not sure if they are even in business anymore. In my opinion they should be banned from offering any kind of service.

SEARS WARRANTY WAS OK. ITS NOT THE BEST BUT NOT THE WORST. WE HAD OUR CENTRAL AIR/HEAT PUMP COVERED THRU THEM. BUT AFTER THE FIRST REPAIR THEY REFUSED TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX THE ISSUE. WE SPENT OVER $5000 ON OUR NEW SYSTEM ONLY TO END UP HAVING A WHOLE OTHER SYSTEM INSTALLED, OUT OF OUR POCKETS, IN LESS THAN 4 YEARS WHEN IT HAD A 5 YEAR WARRANTY

I have been waiting 3 weeks for somebody competent to repair a dishwasher seal. I am now on my 3rd different repair company that Sears sends. I had to pay $100 service fee with the plan. The contract is worthless.
