I had an appointment from 1-5 pm. Technichen didn’t show up and they reschedule another appointment without advising me , I had to wait all day and I specially had this day off without pay and all they said sorry after 1 hour the appointment is over. I trusted sears home service but not any more ( very disappoint )

Terrible customer service, weak warranty, and poorly trained technicians. Highly recommend against purchasing Sears Home Warranty. What they were unable to do in half a dozen visits, another repair company accomplished in 15 minutes.

I loved Sears and their warranties for over 30 years until yesterday. I had the full house warranty that was expiring on Jan 31. Just called to renew and was informed that the HVAC coverage is no longer offered along with other coverages. I just bought new kenmore washer and dryer because of loyalty. No longer a fan of sears. Sorry but run away.

My heating ac unit went out and it has been a month and it is still not fixed. We call every day to get results and still nothing has happened. There have been 3 service guys that have come and are unable to get the job done. I guess the next step is a lawyer.

It is nightmarish just to think about Sears Home Warranty. They failed every aspect of what they promised to offer. They signed me up for an automatic renewal when the agreement was for one year, and kept me on the phone for hours without someone correcting it. It is a total ripoff that deserves a class action!

This warranty is terrible. They been out 5 different times to fix my leaking dishwasher and it still keeps leaking after every service repair. They wanna keep sending a technician out to try to repair instead of just replacing it. Total waste of money and such an inconvenience. Would not recommend this warranty to anyone.

Merry Christmas to all. Canceling my Sears Home Warranty today because they seem unable, unwilling, or incapable of repairing our fridge. It's been broken since December 2nd. They've been here twice. We're living out of coolers and had to throw everything out. They said they could stop by on January 3rd maybe.

We have been without clothes dryer for 4 months. Sears has failed miserably! You can not contact them. The number you get is in India. You ask to speak to a USA rep and they give e you a computer answered # which h routes u back to India. This is why Sears went belly up!! They were fired!!

Very disappointing... Had a claim that was closed without anything being done. Had to pay the deductible when the guy came out and he left and they closed it. THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING by stating that if they can't fix it they will replace it. THEY WILL NOT!!! Just call a handyman or repair company.

Worst service I have ever experienced. It has been two months and my microwave oven has still not been fixed or replaced. Constant runaround from customer service. Sears service can't get the part for repair but they still haven't done anything about replacing it. Don't waste your time or money on Sears Home Warranty¡!!!!!!

This is a poor service. When i called, the person on the phone was so rude. They charged deductible $100.00 each time you call for each type of service and annual payment. It's cost more than i just call and pay someone to do their job. Bad customer service not worsted. Please do not sign a contact with Sears Home Service if you planning to.

I made a claim for fixing my washing machine on August 19. After 40 hours worth of phone calls and texts, I finally received a replacement washer on October 31. The phone technicians and service providers have poor communication skills. This washer should have been replaced within less than a month.

Incompetent technicians. They do not deliver on any of their work. They ordered the wrong parts. Waited hours for them to show up and they never did. Been dealing with the same issue for 5 months and all they say is they are researching the parts. DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY PLAN AS IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Whatever you do. DO NOT do business with Sear Home Warranty. More than 6 weeks and still no repair of my refrigerator. I have paid the service guy twice to come but he never fixed anything. They are still telling me to wait 7 to 10 days. I have been without a refrigerator for 6 weeks now.

We had Sears Home Warranty a long time ago. They had really bad customer service. This company was impossible to get any one to help us. I kept having to go through so many robot steps to finally get a human being then I was put on hold. I had to hang up because my phone went dead after trying to get help for so long. We cancelled their service after a couple of months. I’m not sure if they are even in business anymore. In my opinion they should be banned from offering any kind of service.

SEARS WARRANTY WAS OK. ITS NOT THE BEST BUT NOT THE WORST. WE HAD OUR CENTRAL AIR/HEAT PUMP COVERED THRU THEM. BUT AFTER THE FIRST REPAIR THEY REFUSED TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX THE ISSUE. WE SPENT OVER $5000 ON OUR NEW SYSTEM ONLY TO END UP HAVING A WHOLE OTHER SYSTEM INSTALLED, OUT OF OUR POCKETS, IN LESS THAN 4 YEARS WHEN IT HAD A 5 YEAR WARRANTY
