The best home warranty. I will recommend my family and friends to use this company. You guys Are the best! We had several problems with the house we bought here in Texas. One problem was the AC, water heater, food processor, subterranean termites, and the list goes on and on... BUT I am so glad I searched and tried to find the best Warranty company in the market, and I am very thankful to have Landmark. Their customer services are excellent, fast response, and very professional.

We were able to renew our contract with Landmark in a matter of seconds. The young man that helped us, Alexander J, was very clear, very helpful, and able to answer all of our questions plus he had a nice attitude as he helped us. It has been a pleasure to work with Landmark. We have had to have at least 3 different services done and each was done quickly and efficiently. They definitely know who to go to to get first rate service for us. . I believe this is the best Home Warranty service we could ask for. could have gotten. They are quick, pleasant, knowledgeable and AMAZING.

I have really enjoyed working with a landmark home warranty. They made signing up extremely easy during a chaotic time of buying a house for the first time, and at our first renewal they also sent out reminders that helped us make sure we didn’t lose coverage. We have use their services to help with our garage door, reeking, and more. Their customer service representatives are always kind and generous. I would highly recommend using landmark home warranty.

Besides having the best competitive rates I can get hold of a real human on the phone quickly and not have to go through a huge menu of pushing buttons forever and then be on hold forever, very quick service. My phone rep was Paul C, he resolved my issue rapidly and to my satisfaction. I've had a number of different home warranty's, Landmark is the best !

Landmark Home Warranty has been amazing. When inquiring about the product approximately 2 years ago, we spoke to a representative who was extremely knowledgeable. She answered our questions honestly with no pressure to join. She walked us through the process and even followed up to see how things were going. Since then, we have had to file to request orders. Both repairs were completed quickly at no additional cost over the minimal service fee discussed with us at signing. I highly recommend Landmark Home Warranty for their customer service and peace of mind.

Trying to renew my warranty on Landmark's website and it just wasn't working. Called in to the number provided and spoke with Alexander Jacobs. In under three minutes he understood my issue, fixed it and got me on a renewal plan. IMHO Landmark needs to upgrade their web page and give Alexander Jacobs a FAT raise, coffee of his choosing and whatever his favorite donut might be.

After a not so great experience with another company who we had been with for almost 30 years our last technician recommended Landmark. As we have a new rental and did not want to continue with our former company we called and spoke to Alex. What a difference! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, fast, and thorough, that's what we got, We signed up for the new property and will be switching over our primary residence as soon as the old contract expires. My representative, Christopher, assisted me in interpreting my new contract, my decision to wait on the pool motor until the aesthetics of the pool are fixed. I had recently needed someone for my washing machine and I had given the repair person the $70 fee. It is not the way Landmark handles their claims. The fee is to the company after the work is done. Landmark is a reputable company in San Antonio, unlike some of the other companies I have used, Choice Warranty and American Home Shield. Thank you Christopher.

Home warranty policy offers are hitting my email several times a month. I ignored them because everyone I spoke with had bad experiences with those companies. My son recommended enrolling in a Landmark. He has used them for years and was always happy with their service. I didn't realize how inexpensive the insurance was. I took a fully-loaded policy, and the representative, Alexander J. was wonderful. Alexander helped me set up an automatic withdrawal when my computer was acting up.

Fred F. was spectacular on the phone from start to finish. I called him agitated and semi-aggressive (which I hate doing to customer service reps as I know it’s not their fault). He was very patient, kind, and helpful with me and easily guided me through the steps I needed to take going forward. If I ever call back in for customer service (I mainly use the online feature) I would definitely want to use Fred as it is apparent that he cares about helping others.

She had answers to all my questions, found the plan that best suited my needs, and was just great to talk to overall! I called Landmark for the first time, night before last. Yesterday afternoon a technician was at our home to look into the problem with our AC system. Even though this particular tech did not find a problem, he told us to call them again should the noise return. Last night we called and left a voice message with the contractor. The owner (AirMax) and another technician came today, reported that the outside unit motor was going out. They contacted Landmark and the repair was completed by noon. Outstanding!

Our electric water heater started leaking. I called Landmark & they had a plumber out the next day to evaluate the situation. Plumber determined we needed a new water heater. With in two days the plumber showed up with a new water heater & installed it. There was some question as to whether I needed a new expansion tank (I already had one). I ended up paying $150 for a new expansion tank & new flexible water lines. Overall we were satisfied with the workmanship & timeliness of the replacement.

My latest experience with Landmark Home Warranty was several weeks ago. My dishwasher stopped working. I thought it was an easy fix as the control panel stopped working. I figured it was just a short or even a blown fuse, easily fixable but as it turned out it was something more serious. Instead of repairing it, Landmark just bought me a new dishwasher. No muss, no fuss. A week after I originally called in the problem, I had a new dishwasher delivered to my door. You just can't beat that kind of service. I would recommend Landmark Home Warranty to anyone who owns their own home.

When my HVAC system quit working, I received immediate response from Landmark; got an appointment with a repairman; and he came and quickly found the problem and resolved it. I was new to Landmark and expected to receive some pushback about the claim, but there was none of that. Everyone was professional and focused on getting my claim started and then completed.

I have had Landmark Home Warranty for over 3 years. In that time I have had a/c issues, fridge issues, dryer, dishwasher and microwave issues, and a slow draining sink that was surprisingly covered. EVERY service was quick, courteous, easy to initiate and get completed. The quality of the contractors for service was much better than a neighbor's other home warranty company's contractors. A big plus is their price has only gone up a minor amount unlike other warranty services that have significant increases each year.

I was impressed with the response I got when the fan assembly went out on our air conditioner. They had someone at our house in an 18 hour turn around. Originally, a company that is based 90 miles away was called and they could not respond in less than four days (the city they were coming from was in triple digits and so they were very busy. I called the company and spoke to a service person, and she was able to locate a company here locally that came to our home four hours later. I was very pleased.

Within 2 weeks of moving into our new house we had a dishwasher issue, a microwave that was brand new with the tags, book ,and plastic still on it, break and had to be replaced. Those were done in 2 days. The A/C unit went out shortly after that and was repaired in a week due to parts being ordered. In all cases we were treated very well and as quickly as possible. Honestly in my opinion you wont find a better warranty or adjusters than Landmark Home Warranty. Robert Lazzarini

Our realtor suggested Landmark when we bought our new home based on his experience with previous customers. I'm glad we took his advise. We already used the service several times over the last year, plus used them to re-key the front door when we moved in. They are easy to work with, cover everything in our plan as described and usually get a tech out to the house as fast as the same day called. They stay in touch throughout the repair to make sure its done right and we are satisfied. I plan to renew again.

About a month after moving in our hot water went out. We contacted Landmark who found a company to complete the service. Landmark has saved us a lot of time and money since we bought our house a year ago. Although peace of mind knowing your house is covered almost as if brand new is priceless! So far, we've had our installed microwave replaced, oven element replaced, duct work repaired, and A/C fixed multiple times. $60 a service call is a bargain when Landmark finds a service company for us and it covers any labor and parts needed. We will definitely renew our policy every year for that kind of convenience!

My overall experience was Landmark is somewhat questionable. The contractors are generally excellent but this time frame to get approval on a repair is unacceptable. It took us 48 hours the last time we pushed it into the weekend which made it six days for us to be able to have hot water in our house. Are contact person was, Ethan was exceptional this last time and we did renew because of his comment and our hopes that things will be corrected in this area.
