The agent that took my call was courteous and very helpful. He gave me the service company's name & contact information and also emailed me the information. He also followed up to make sure that I had an appointment with that company. The technician arrived for the scheduled appointment and checked all the components of my A/C system, making sure that everything was working in proper order. I am very satisfied with Landmark Home Warranty and would recommend this company to my friends and everyone.

My overall experience was Landmark is somewhat questionable. The contractors are generally excellent but this time frame to get approval on a repair is unacceptable. It took us 48 hours the last time we pushed it into the weekend which made it six days for us to be able to have hot water in our house. Are contact person was, Ethan was exceptional this last time and we did renew because of his comment and our hopes that things will be corrected in this area.

There have been two instances where I needed to utilize Landmark; the re-keying of our newly-purchased home and a problem with the AC unit, also in the new home. Landmark saves you money for any repairs that is needed for your home. I had to replace my garbage disposal and it only cost me the trip call $70 to replace a $150 appliance. My water softener went out and even though they couldn't repair it . I was given a check that I was able to buy a new unit, wasn't the same brand but is working as well as the original softener.

I filed a claim late at night and Landmark called me back the next morning and did the arrangement with the contractor who called me with a time and date for my repair. A professional contractor came on time and new exactly what the problem with my AC was. He replaced the broken part (motor) in a very short time and my AC works now beautifully. The best part is only had to pay $75.00 for the service charge and nothing else. I highly recommend Landmark.

We just closed on our home. The ink wasn't even dry yet. Much to our dismay we had to contact Landmark Home Warranty. I hadn't even had time to look at my contract. I was treated with respect. Once they knew the reason I was calling the transferred me to the correct department. My claim was filed and completed in a very timely manner. The contractor was professional.

Landmark Home Warranty is always friendly and they take care of my needs quickly. They have great contractors and I've always been satisfied with their work. The warranty isn't very expensive and well worth it when compared to what the costs could be for service/repairs/replacements. They have the lowest service call fee from all the different companies I looked at. This is a company I have consistently had good experiences with and would recommend to anyone looking for a home warranty!

Overall, my experience with Landmark has been great. Very responsive when submitting a claim online and usually receive a call the same day. Landmark works quickly to find an approve contractor to make repairs. If one is not in your area, they will allow you to find your own and reimburse you for the expense based on your contract. Be sure to read exactly what is covered and know that you can always add to your contract.

We moved into our new home in Boise and on the first day the water heater developed a catastrophic leak. I called the team and they responded immediately and had a team out within a few hours. At first Landmark declined the claim based on incomplete information but when given complete info on the issue they immediately approved it and within 6 hours the new tank was installed. We highly recommend their home warranty service.

While I have only had 1 no heat call I was very impressed with Intrastate A/C(the contractor that Landmark sent out). The techs were profresional, wasted no time in finding the problem, had the parts needed on their truck. I have only had 1 other experience with a warranty company and let me tell you. It was at the very beginning of the contract and a -10 stars would be to high of a rating! I cancelled the contract just as soon as I had shown the technician to the door! Landmark you set the bar high for a guy that thought all warranty companies were like my first experience!

Both times, we had someone call us to go over what the warranty covers and offer to come out to re-key or to refer us to a security system company for a discounted rate. Overall we had a positive experience with Landmark. We purchased our 40+ year old home from the people that built it and there were several appliances that were original. We replaced the hot water heater, had the locks re-keyed, service call on our heat pump, eventual replacement of the failed heat pump, dishwasher repair, and refrigerator repair. My only complaint is that, as a consumer, you have to keep on top of Landmark (and possibly any other warranty company) in order for your claim to be processed in a timely fashion. Our heat pump claim went on almost three months before it was finalized with the second contractor. I found out fast it was important to have the direct extension of the claims manager so I didn't have to keep repeating myself. There were glitches here and there, but I'm glad we signed up with them

Landmark Warrenty has went over and beyond to make sure all our needs were met . We had only been in our home one month when the air went out and it was on Memorial weekend . They made sure it was fixed . They do not leave you hanging . Landmark continues to follow up insuring the contractors have completed the service . If for some reason it is not covered they wait to get your approval prior to ordering the parts . I will renew my service once it is up .

They are always timely in responding to concerns and always follow up with a claim within minutes of the job being completed. If a service is not covered they offer suggestions that will save me money or that keep me as close to warranty coverage as possible, for example, recommending their contracted plumber in case they deem it something that can be covered.

Jayson from Clean Air came out and took care of my issue in record time. He was not only courteous and considerate, but very professional and proficient. I give both companies a "10!"

When I bought my condo in AZ, the seller supplied me with a one year Landmark Home Warranty policy. I had some electrical problems and called Landmark. They contacted an electrical company for me and I had the problem fixed in no time. I was really impressed because they called the day after my repair to make sure everything was working OK. Great company. I just had to call them again for another issue and this company has THE BEST customer service I've seen in years.

I recently submitted a service call for someone to come look at our pool equipment. After we was finally able to get someone, they told us what the problem was and Landmark would be calling us back. After no one called us we called back and they said that the bearings had to be replace. The bearings was covered under our policy but it look like since it was due to misuse, they wouldn't cover it. I ask the representative what is misuse and abuse, can she explain a little better. She said no that is what the pool repairmen said. I ask for a second opinion and they sent another company and this time the repairmen said the the motor need replacing which is causing the bearing to screech. I called the warranty people back and they stated again, that since the bearings need replacing for misuse and abuse they was declining to fix it. ONCE again I said what is considered abuse and misuse because I always thought that both of those word required physical touching or mismanaging. I spoke with my pool guy who come every week to clean and he said that is not the case and they just trying to find a way to decline paying for it, which sound right to me. I am not trying to get out of paying for equipment but here is where the frustration and stress come in to play. I decide not to continue my business with them because of previous problem and their customer service. When my contract ended. They called me everyday asking me to comeback. I even had MANAGERS call and email me. They claim they merge with another company and they approve their customer service. Even offered me a discount to come back. I fell for it and as soon as I needed them I have to deal with the following. As I stated before I ask for an explanation of what they consider misuse and abuse. The only answer I receive was refer back to the contract. I had them email the contract and we went over it together and NONE OF THE THREE representatives I talk to could find an explanation. One even told me it is up to the discretion of the manager. EACH time I ask to speak to a manager, I was on hold from 5 to 10 minutes and then told the manager said there is nothing they can do about the pool equipment but they would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. No call back. I then ask WHY can't they explain that to me and was even told they refuse to talk to a paying customer. EACH time I called I had to repeat What was going on for them to read the notes and tell me there is nothing they can do because no one can explain to me why it was denied. Finally I called back again and after the customer service agent came back and said that the manager said that the misuse could have been from the salt in the water, I was done. I HAVE A FRESH WATER POOL. I can't believe that a home warranty company that take my money each month, charges $75 for a visit and not only can't explain what's in my contract but also WON'T even call or talk to me. The poor agent actually had me on hold for about 5 minutes talking to a manager and came back to explain and then put me on hold for 5 more minute to ask the manager a question. I ask is the manager refusing to talk to me and she said yes. I regret using them and can't believe that this is a real company. NOWHERE in the contract does it state that they don't repair the part. I don't know should I go the legal route or just let them screw over me. And also if I cancel, they charging me a cancellation fee. Unbelievable.

My A/C unit stopped working. The AC company that was assigned to fix the problem only would come once per day and come back a week later,then misdiagnosed the AC problem 3 times. Landmark home warranty was just as bad or worse on this situation. The way Landmark handled this AC problem was very disappointing. I asked to speak to a supervisor several different times and never got a call back. We live in Tucson Az and the temperatures were in the three digits and no one seem to care how miserable we were living in this house with this hot weather.

We've been waiting for several weeks to have our dishwasher repaired. Landmark told me the repair company would contact me; they did not. I called them. The repairman came and had to order a part. After a couple of weeks, I called the repair company and was told Landmark was in charge of ordering a part. We have had no update from Landmark and are still waiting for our dishwasher to be repaired.

Called them out for an A/C service 03/03/2021. System cleaned and supposedly working well. Fast forward to 08/28/2021, A/C not blowing cold, technician says it’s dirty condenser coils and the motor needs to be replaced. Landmark is denying the claim saying that “cleaning condenser coils is not covered and considered routine” even though, page 2, section A. 1 states specifically “clean condenser coils”. To top it all off I haven’t received any communication FROM landmark about this. I’ve had to call them to query the status each time.

It took 19 days for the Landmark to notify me that my claim is being denied, which seems like an excessive amount of time. The claim denial is based on a failure of an unwarrantable part (microwave lining). While I understand some things are not covered, they also told me an unknown electronic failure in the unit caused the part in question to fail. It seems to me that they ought to diagnose the "unknown electronic failure" rather than deny my claim based on the damage exhibited.
