This service actually came with our house when we bought it. Our heater broke, and it was leaking water everywhere, so we had to call and get that replaced. Instead of paying the usual price of $1,200, we just paid $200. They've been quick every time we've had to call for something.

We've already used the service twice. One time was for the heater, and the other time with our garage door. Both were fixed pretty quickly, without a problem. So far, they've just been real good. Everybody at their customer support center is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to other people.

They've been very helpful. They answered the phone on time, and call you back in a timely manner. They're fine through emails as well. Actually, my garage door was not working a couple of months ago. I ended up calling, and they had my garage door company call me the same day. They took care of everything; all I had to do is pay my deductible.

Sometimes it's good to have this home warranty. For example, the A/C was worth it, but getting my oven repaired was too much to go through them. I could just get a new one. You still have to pay them to have the service, plus pay a service call fee, and also pay whenever they send somebody out. Besides that, their customer support is fine. They answer the phone, and respond in a timely manner. I've had no problem with that.

I've had my issues with warranty companies, Landmark included, so this review is one that gives me great pleasure to write. What started out as a horrible experience was made into one that COMPLETELY changed my mind about the integrity, compassion and service of Landmark. And that is all because of Jennifer B in the customer relations department. Her professionalism, courtesy, follow-up, expertise ... it left a huge impression on me and my family. She was the perfect example of what these big companies need as forward facing individuals to represent them when it comes to customer relations. If I have 12 stars to apply to this review, they wouldn't be enough. She took care of all of my concerns and just turned everything sour about my experience into one that I'm honored to now share and talk about.

They have been great to work with and will allow you to appeal a coverage rejection if necessary. I have always had great work from their contractors and only twice have run into issues with one of their pool contractors (one legitimate, one was appealed and approved). Unfortunately, I received notification they are not renewing any contracts (received notification on 9/14/23) and that my coverage will end next month. They are suggesting using American Home Shield, who does not have a good reputation based on people I know who have had them. Will have to look for another service provider.

Landmarks website had a good breakdown of prices and services. I hit the “request quote” tab that was quickly followed up by their representative Lori E. Lori was amazing in answering the multiple questions i had. She was very knowledgable and patiently answered all my questions and informed me of things I hadn’t thought of. I ended up signing up for two plans, one for my primary home and one for my rental property. Lori gave me a complete breakdown of the different pricing options that were available and worked to meet my financial needs while not sacrificing any of the coverages on my plan. Im very grateful for Lori being so helpful with something I knew nothing about. Thank you Landmark and a special thank you to Lori.

I've been a Landmark customer for a few years now, and they've been pretty reliable ... annual HVAC inspections / maintenance, that sort of thing. But recently, I had an unexpected flood occur in my basement, caused by a split kitchen sink drain line. What a stressful event!! I was so focused on the damage and clean up that I overlooked a couple of specifics on the plumbing part ... specifically the interaction needed with Landmark ... Teresa P in Landmark's customer service group grabbed hold and took care of it for me. She really went above and beyond to make sure this was handled appropriately. Thank You!

Knowledgeable, professional staff, able to analyze the performing contractor's trouble shooting and reporting documentation. Toni K my assigned Landmark associate was instrumental in evaluating the contractor's trouble shooting findings which had a proposed associated repair/replacement cost of $7,900 to 11K. (I had been with out A/C service for 3 1/2 weeks while company 1 was conducting a seasonal tune tune up and subsequent trouble shooting.) She recommended have a additional contractor provide a second opinion. She identified contractor #2, arranged/scheduled the visit. Once here for 20 minutes contractor #2 determined the reversing valve had been disconnected. after reconnecting the reversing valve connections my A/C system has been functioning , cycling on and off per the seasonal tune up/ trouble shooting activity of contractor #1.

I bought my current home 1 year ago and selected Landmark Home Warranty after reviewing the coverage & costs from different firms. I am very pleased with my choice. I had to request coverage mid-winter when furnace was not working correctly. The heating specialist that was sent arrived quickly and was very professional. It seems there was an electrical problem so Landmark had to act quickly and get an electrician out to fix it. They did this without any fuss or hassle and problem was fixed the next day. A year later, when it came time to renew our contract, I had placed the paperwork on my desk but neglected to call them or go online. I am a volunteer firefighter and the preceding week had been exceptionally busy. I received a call from a representative, Kenneth C, who was both friendly & professional and we renewed the contract while I was driving to my grandson's baseball tournament in another city. Everyone I have spoken with at Landmark has been friendly and expert at what needs to be done. I highly recommend them if you are considering a home warranty.

This review relates to the customer service received when an issue with my account was discovered. My wife signed us up for coverage after moving from Texas to Idaho. Some simple mistakes were made initially where we were signed up for coverage on two sets of washer/dryers, two sets of microwaves, etc. I did not discover this mistake until eight months after taking out the coverage. I had been paying a much higher premium than necessary. I contacted Landmark and spoke with Paul C. After explaining the problem, he not only made the corrections to the account after the fact, but was able to provide us with a refund for the money spent unnecessarily. In my opinion, the customer service received was above and beyond what I expected.

I was impressed with their customer service representative, Ms. Melissa G, who took her time going over the details of the policy I was interested in and did not put any pressure during my inquiry for a purchase decision. Instead she wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered before making my decision and once I decided to go with Landmark Home Warranty, Ms G made everything easy by setting up my Landmark account so that I could go in and update the account when I was ready. I looked into several home warranties polices and had just about decided not to go with any home warranty. Melinda G from Landmark Phoenix office contacted me after I had filled an online form. She thoroughly answered all my questions and immediately sent a copy of a detailed contract. Ms. Greenwells professionalism and the up front detailed online information swung me to purchasing a Home Warranty policy from Landmark. My ratings are based solely on my contact, online information, and ratings on US News. I have not yet used any of the services. I strongly feel this is first class company to do business with and a solid decision.

Once again the folks at Landmark have worked hard to ensure our repairs were completed and that we were taken well taken care of! We just dealt with an AC failure in the hot Texas heat and had to have an evaporator coil replaced in one of our units. Thanks again to Erin P specifically, for working closely with the Landmark authorizations and purchasing departments, to see to it that the new coil was procured and installed. In today's world of dealing with massive supply chain issues, this was not an easy job. The good news is that through the struggles of trying to secure a new coil, Erin and others at Landmark were able to pivot to ensure the coil was located and installed by the assigned contractor!

Had an issue with my refrigerator several weeks ago. My daughter-in-law was the primary contact with Landmark and the contractor and somehow the communication broke down and we did not hear from anyone regarding this issue. She and my son moved to a new house, so I was following up on the issue, logged into the website to review the work order. I called the contact number on the work order and luckily NICOLE D. answered the call and within a day she researched the case and resolved it to my satisfaction. During last week there seemed to be a delay in ordering and receiving the heating/cooling unti for my house. This morning I contacted Landmark and was connected to Faith B in Phoenix. Faith began to followup on the claim and in a short time this morning she completely fixed the problem with the location of the needed unit I was expecting. She also coordinated with Landmark office and the contractor supplying the unit Then notified the local contractor to contact the supplier and arrange for the shipment to Kingman AZ. The unit is on the way to Kingman AZ for installation within 24-48 houses. There appeared to be some communication problems and Faith straighten that out with excellent professionalism your company should be proud of. I want to Thank Her for a job well done.

As a realtor, I have worked with numerous home warranty companies but I have found Landmark to be the best of the best. I recently renewed several policies and Fred F provided outstanding help in getting me the right policy choices and eligible discounts. He made the entire process so efficient and smooth and satisfying. Landmark has been excellent in their response to service claims and their online systems have made things so easy to initiate a service request and track progress. I have also found them to be very easy to reach when I have had questions and needed a live person to talk to in order to resolve an issue or get information.

I called Landmark with some issues and concerns. I was connected to Kenneth. I very much dislike calling Landmark because I think that landmark has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. However Landmark is the warranty company that we initially were given when we bought a home so we just Stuck with it. For now, maybe not in the future. However, when Kenneth answered the phone I was so pleasantly surprised of how nice and personal he was. He was very diligent in working to solve the issues that I was calling about. Kenneth made me feel at ease, it was not a stressful conversation, he was extremely polite and he listened to what I had to say first before chiming in and thinking he knew what I was calling about. (My experience with so many landmark associates. They just don’t listen to the customers.). Before hanging up Kenneth wanted to make sure that everything I needed was resolved. He said this in a very meaningful way showing me he really does care about Landmarks’ clients. He loves his job I can definitely tell that. You always know when someone is happy with their job because they are kind and polite. My experience with Kenneth helped me make the decision to stay with Landmark. Because of one of the issues that I am dealing with I have been extremely frustrated with Landmark and have been shopping around for another warranty company. So for now I am sticking with Landmark. I hope to be able to deal with Kenneth in the future if not, at least other Landmark employees who are pleasant and know what customer service is. In my opinion kenneth is a superstar!

We recently had our microwave oven stop working for us. We called Landmark Home Warranty, who set up an appointment with a home repair company. They cam to the house within 36 hours of calling LHW. They accessed the microwave, gave LHW the option of repairing the appliance or sending us a check for a replacement with similar features. In our case, due to the age of the appliance (14 years old), they decided to replace our microwave. We went out and purchased a new one within hours and had our repair service man install it for us for a small fee. LHW mailed us a check for the replacement microwave within 7 days and we couldn't be happier with their service. Better than we could have imagined.

The agent I made the claim with for service on our air conditioning was polite, thorough, & friendly. Our appointment was made in 4 hours, we were notified of arrival time for service from contractor. Contractor arrived on time, assessed the problem, completed the work, and left us with the 30 day guarantee of their work, with a number to call if there was a problem! Landmark followed up with us the same day to verify the work was done to our satisfaction! I have referred 2 friends so far, and anticipate more referrals in the future to this company that actually does what it says it does: warrenties the work!!

Overall rating = 4.8 out of 5. I've used other home warranty companies and was often disappointed with the coverage. Landmark's coverage is just slightly better in my opinion. However, Landmark's customer service is WAY better than the other guys. I continue to renew my coverage with Landmark because they talk to me with compassion and are willing to listen and do their best to be reasonable. Several of their service providers have taken a bit longer (1-2 days) to get the issue fixed, but the customer service more than makes up for that. If Landmark offers service in your area, I recommend that you consider them for your home warranty.

When the ice maker dispenser went out on my refrigerator and a part had to be ordered they let me know when it was shipped, checked to make sure I had heard from the technician and scheduled an appointment for installation. The tech originally ordered the wrong part. Landmark made sure the correct part was ordered and shipped in an extremely timely manner the 2nd time. Most recently, my central AC/heater went out. I called Landmark that morning and there was a tech at my house that afternoon. He found the problem ordered the part and was back the next day to complete the project. The customer service is exceptional. Someone was continually in touch with me with updates.This is the best investment we have made in protecting our home and I highly recommend Landmark to family and friends on a daily basis.

After noticing a problem with my furnace, I filed a claim online with Landmark. I was emailed an update within 12 hours by them. They sent my info to the contractor who would be working with me. The contractor contacted me almost immediately via text and a phone call. They were at my home the next day. And, after purchasing a replacement part, my furnace was running perfectly a couple of days later. I couldn’t be happier with the contractor they assigned to my claim. And I really appreciated the contact I had with Landmark. They were quick to help get my problem taken care of and they checked in with my periodically throughout the process to make sure EcoAir (the contractor) had scheduled and appointment with me, whether or not they showed up, if they fixed the issues or scheduled a follow-up, when the follow-up or set for, my overall rating of their work, and were available to resolve any questions or issues I had along the way. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Landmark!

This was our pre-season tune-up of our Heat Pump. I was able to request the same contractor who had replaced the unit 2 years before. The unit had failed in the middle of the summer in 120 degree heat. Inside temps of the house were not below 90 degrees for 4 days. I was not a happy camper, but Landmark did work with us and we met a wonderful serviceman, whom I hope will be around for along time. It was a very ticklish issue at the time as the unit, we found, was still under a 10 year warrantee and it was a known issue, but had never notified their customers. Landmark worked with us as the go between, because we were the new homeowners, not the original purchasers of the unit. "Alls Well That Ends Well" , I always say, though it can be tough times in between. Thank You Landmark. Your Customer Service people, the few times I have delt with them this year, have been stellar. Keep it up PLEASE!!!

I started my home warranty in the spring and requested a pre-season tune-up. Poor communication prevented the job from happening, and I missed my opportunity for a preseason tune-up. I had to request a unique service other than a tune-up to get a technician to my house. Landmark Home Warranty's contractor did a poor job, so I had to have them fix their shoddy work. I requested a pre-season heater tune-up in July to avoid having the same experience. The Landmark Home Warranty representative recommended this. I still have not received an appointment or communicated with the contractor to make an appointment. According to an online review of the company used, it does not work well with Landmark Home Warranty customers, and I should avoid them. Upon contacting Landmark to change contractors, I discovered that Landmark only has two options for contractors who can perform tune-ups, and the Landmark Representative made my appointment without asking me. These are basic services offered by Landmark Home Warranty, and they have been nothing but headaches for me.

I had my 4 year old water heater go bad but I had paid for the coverage. Bad news I have to pay $275 up charge to replace the heater and $150 for the expansion tank. That adds up to $425 to fix my problem plus the co pay. Probably could have gotten this as cheap. Not sure this is a great deal.
