Generally, Landmark has been very good. I've had a couple of issues here and there where we didn't agree with them, but we've been with them for years. A few years ago something happened that changed their service a little though.

I switched from a local company after my friend had a bad experience with them. I got good feedback from Landmark, so I went with them. I had to use my warranty for my water heater since it was leaking. They are good enough so far.

It's easy to use, avoid the hassle of spending a lot more time & money to find your own possibly unreliable contractors. Wish it offers more coverage or/& fewer exclusions. Need have more contractors in small cities, such as Collège Stations.

We went with them since they looked like they had the best options. They have been pretty quick and prompt in their service. When one of our external pipes backed up they were able to get somebody out here and fix it. It's worth the price for all the things that come with the warranty and the options they give you.

The service was given to me, but so far I've had a good experience with customer service. A problem that recently came up was with the warranty. We had a couple of items in the house that needed repair but it turned out that some of those times were not covered. They change the conditions of the warranty year after year and some of the things that they covered last year are no longer covered. On top of that, the price keeps going up and I don't like that.

Customer service has provided us with references to the people that we've needed for repairs. When we had a drain plugged in our house we used their service. They gave us a plumber and it all ended up being very expensive for us since it seems that the two services he provided were not actually covered. Still, it has been useful and on that occasion he took the correct measures to help us. In the end, it was a total of $600.

The service was chosen by our realtor when we bought the house last year. When my air conditioner stopped working I gave them a call. It turned out that the secondary drain was leaking and that the primary one was stuck. They got someone right out that took care of it for me. I have been pleased with the service.

This is the service that we've used since we got our house. Sometimes I get good customer service and sometimes I don't. Last time we used the warranty it was because we had pest control issues. I was happy with the service that they gave us, but I wasn't happy with the fact that we could use it just once a year.

Customer service is always pleasant, even if they don't know what they're talking about. We've been having several wacky issues lately. One of them was our garage door which wouldn't work and I couldn't get out of my garage. I had to pay $150 to have someone else come and let me out before they finally got somebody else out here that could repair it. On a different occasion, when my air conditioning was not quite working, they sent out a stupendous contractor that did really well. Other than that, I'm also never sure what it is going to cover.

Every time I have an issue that's covered in my warranty they handle it. My AC stopped working on two different occasions and they sent somebody out to fix it within a day. Currently I have a water heater that's not working and after coming to look at it they never followed up with it. Besides that, I have some trouble with their policy since it's unclear what is covered and what isn't.

I'm a realtor and I've recommended it to my clients. I used to have a different warranty company, but this one is better. They do most of the things they say they're going to do. Most of the time is fine, but sometimes it takes them too long to order parts and things like that. I've have some of my clients tell me the have trouble with Landmark when they first start using it, in the end they do what they're supposed to do though.

The service came with the home. I've had to use the warranty twice already, one of them was for the dishwasher that I thought was messed up. It turned out to be that the garbage disposal had plugged the drain and they just came and got rid of the plug. The service has been pretty inexpensive as well.

The service was just given to us. So far they have failed when it comes to fixing things and I've gotten really frustrated. When our dishwasher had some issues, the guy that came out and looked at it said it was just the type of soap that we were using. When the air conditioner and the furnace went out they said it was a pre-existing maintenance issue, so they wouldn't even cover that at all.

Most of the time, they are passionate and efficient. One time our toilet was leaking, so we used our warranty to have a plumber come out. He was able to come and get it done by the next day. The warranty comes with a lot of services and a good range of things they cover, especially considering the price.

I can't always get a hold of them as quickly as I'd like. I have tried to call after hours before and I usually have to wait until the company opens up again. That's a little too much down time. On top of that, it doesn't really cover everything that I thought it would cover.

When I call them they are generally helpful, but if I try to contact them online sometimes I don't get any response. We have used the system just a couple of times. Most of the times it has been to get our furnace a yearly check and service. Every other time we have tried using it, the things that needed fixing were not actually covered. Because of that, we are not renewing our contract.

Our realtor recommended it for us. So far they have been very quick and prompt when it comes to scheduling the workers and giving us status updates. Recently our air conditioning went out and they were very prompt about finding someone to fix it. In general it's a pretty comprehensive warranty.

The service was offered with the home sale. They are very quick with anything they take care of. We once had an electrical problem with the sockets, they were loose somehow. They sent somebody to fix that, oh and they sent someone to fix a leaky toilet as well.

It has been good. The GFI in my bathroom wasn't working, so they sent somebody out. It turned out it just needed to be reset, there wasn't anything wrong with it but they reset it and it was okay. I didn't quite like one of the home security people they were working with, Northstar I think. But other than that, they're ok.

They are pretty helpful, but when I had to have my house re-keyed the put the order with a company in a completely different town 90 miles away. I had to change all of that, change it, and fix it. I mean, they are friendly, helpful, and very courteous. It's just that I think there was a miscommunication or maybe they just rushed and things got flipped around. I also got the email where they tell you the process and contractor and all that kinda late. That was a bit annoying, but other than that it was good.

Most of our experience has been very good. Once we needed to have the ice-maker repaired or replaced, so we called them. Before we were even done with our phone call with Landmark, the repair people were calling us to make the appointment. One of them took longer than I hoped for but for the most part I've been pleased.

My husband chose the service, and they've been very good. I needed to have a shower head assembly thing repaired once. I think the valve was broken, and they responded really fast and got it fixed. All I had to do was pay the service charge. They are very cooperative and on top of things.

It's great. We have used it several times and they were usually here on time. The people they sent were also very good for the most part and got the things that we needed fixed. The only reason we did not renew with them is that we had some not so great experiences. First with a plumber and then with an electrician. We just didn't see the value of continuing with them since we still had to pay every time they came. It didn't matter if they fixed the problem or not, we had to pay.

It's really good, excellent. We had a refrigerator that was on warranty, and we had to call them because the ice maker was not working. We had good success with the response, getting it approved, and taken care of. I can't imagine what else there is to say. They just do a good job and follow up to let us know what's going on.

The service is fair to good. I needed electrical repairs done but they would not replace what needed to be replaced, even if it was a safety issue. Something similar happened when we needed some plumbing repairs. They wouldn't even send the contractor out to look at our problem. Apparently it was too big of a problem for them to cover it through the contract.

The first experience we had was pretty good. The fan of my AC unit kept turning off and on, and they sent somebody out to diagnose it and fix it. For the second one they told me they were gonna do some things and they didn't follow through. I still haven't heard back from them, so that wasn't good. There was a different instance when I called them for an emergency and, because of their policy, they couldn't send someone out. I called someone else on my own to get the repairs done, but they could not reimburse me for that. I guess it was because it was not one of their qualified contractors.

They were really good for the most part, but they did not communicate well with their own contractors. I had to relay information between them multiple times. My air conditioner broke once, and the contractor said that if it didn't get fix it would start leaking. However, the coil wasn't covered by the warranty, so I had to pay for the coil myself. They also said that they would replace my water softener when it broke. However, even after I went and paid 120 dollars extra to make sure it was covered, they went back on their word. They claimed that it wasn't covered and even reimburse me the 120 dollars that I put in for that. They give you a lot of conflicting information.
