Their customer support is very good, very supportive, fast, very courteous and very helpful. When my air-conditioner went out, I got online at night to file a claim, and they had fixed the issue by noon of the next day, so everything went pretty smoothly.

Our experience has not been great so far. Their agents seem helpful at first, but after calling numerous times, They're just not there. I've used my warranty several times recently because my A/C was leaking. They came over and blew it out, which caused a lot of damage to the rest of my house. I had to pay a permit because my plumbing wasn't working, and my A/C required more parts, so again, I had to pay another service fee. It just hasn't worked for us recently.

We've had two positives and one negative experience with Landmark. Everything was great when we needed our refrigerator fixed, but it wasn't the best when our air conditioner had a problem. We couldn't get anybody out for about 10 days, and it was 100 degrees outside. Besides that, the first two times was great. They would have somebody come over in a timely manner, and the technicians were great.

Landmark staff are attentive and very quick to respond to my requests. The only downside is that they use sub par contractors to do the requested repairs locally. Even after complaints, they continued to send the same company, after I refused to accept any other work by that company, they finally sent a very competent repair service out. One visit, repair done, no other issues.

Bought house Dec 16, 2016. A/C was out the work was not covered..in fact unit was only covered with a Carrier outer shell..inside it was filed off serial numbers and actually probably no other warranty would have covered..TExas scam apparently with bad batch of pieced together a/ C.Same deal with the hot water tank, made fun noise..warranty did not cover that..we were not sure but we certainly had to call someone to come and charge us 570 dollars..on and on..no matter what the prob..plumbing etc..it is not covered..should be on the television advertisement...probably cover zombie attack..very unhappy with warranty.

My water heater went out. It was leaking all over the house, and I submitted a claim with the home warranty. They got in touch that same day with a plumbing company. The plumbers came out and it was such a situation that we needed a new water heater. They submitted a claim to the home warranty and the home warranty took care of it; it was no problem. The claim was super easy to do. They had a good price and they covered what I wanted them to cover. I haven't had any problems with getting them to cover the items that are covered under the contract.

My realtor chose it, I did not, but Customer Support was good. Our air-conditioning quit working, and I called them, and they gave me the phone number of the local contractor who came to fix it and then Landmark paid the claim.

As part of the deal I got in buying a home, the seller provided a home warranty, and they chose Landmark. Their customer support has been very responsive. We needed to re-key the new house and the customer service sent them out to do that.

As far as the telephone call center, the service has been good. We had one bad experience, but it wasn't Landmark. It was the provider; they didn't seem to know what they were doing. Besides that, Ii's a reputable company, and they did a good job.

So far, it's been really good service. We've made 1 or 2 claims, and got them resolved. We did have a minor issue once, where our appointment was not processed due to some paper work mistake. They fixed the problem, so it was a minor issue. Besides that, we've only had positive feedback from them.

We needed to add more Freon to our A/C, and I wasn't really excited with what they offer. It didn't really cover it, and we actually spoke to the maintenance guy who was doing the repair, and he told us how these companies aren't the best experiences. It makes it pretty hard for home owners to get stuff approved. I guess they aren't bad, but they're not great either. It's just average.

The only time I've had to use the warranty is when I had to the locks changed in my house, and things were fine. The representatives were informative, and they answered all my questions. Plus, their choice of contractor was kind of easy.

It's been very good. I've had 4 claims, and they were able to solve all 4 in a timely manner. They have quality people and quality contractors. They fixed our problems within probably 45 minutes, so their timing on that was very fast. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed to use the warranty recently, when my air conditioning unit ran out, and they had somebody call me within 2 hours; in Arizona, that's critical. I do have to say that it was initially very difficult to reach them, but they solved the problem. It's been very good.

I'm not totally satisfied with their customer support. My A/C wasn't working, and they sent people each time I called them, and it was still not working. I had to pay a service fee each time. On top of that, they sent the same company over and over, because they said they had to take ownership of their problem and work. Finally, I called them and told them to replace it, but the person I spoke to said they'd send someone from another company. The person came over, and determined it just needed Freon, and the first company never diagnosed it properly! I ended up paying a lot to get it repaired. It's working fine now, but that was a terrible, frustrating situation. They should've refunded some of the service fees. Plus, they went up on their pricing this year, which also didn't make me happy. I wasn't totally happy with their service, and now I'm paying more for it.

The warranty was part of the sale of my house. Customer support was very courteous. They got to the point with my issues quickly. The garbage disposal went out and I called and they sent out a repairman right away, and they replaced the broken garbage disposal on that same day.

They generally get back to you pretty quick when you request for help online. The problem I had was that they generally use smaller companies, or just one-man teams, and you can't find anything about these people coming to your house. Besides that, I'd say that during the day, the support team is fine. However, the support at night is lacking.

My A/C was not working properly, so they sent out a guy to recharge the coolant. Had I not used the home warranty, that procedure would've cost about $450. With Landmark, it only cost me about $250. I would only suggest that they have some kind of pamphlet that explains exactly how much is covered with each item. For example, the technician told me that Landmark only covered around $20 per pound of coolant that the A/C needed, instead of the whole thing. It would help to have this kind of knowledge before proceeding with anything else.

Our A/C went out during the summer, just when there was heat streaks. Landmark said that the best they could do is get someone out within 5 days, and that's the best they could do. I complained about it, but they would just say sorry. My concern was that if they even tried to do something better. Their customer service was just poor. Besides that, the technician was very knowledgeable, very good, and in fact, I had somebody come over to follow up on him. He was so much better than the person that came over, so as far as the quality, I'm pretty impressed.

They don't respond right away, even though they say they will. We actually had a problem with our humidifier, and I called them to see if it was covered. After confirming it was, I explained what the problem was, and they had a guy come out and fix it. Unfortunately, the guy didn't know anything about that particular item, and I still had to pay $60 dollars for him to come over. On top of that, I called Landmark, and then they told me my item wasn't covered. It was just a waste of trip, a waste of money, and they couldn't get the right person to come over, even after I gave them a thorough explanation of what was wrong. I was not happy with the fact that I paid the money, and wasted a lot of my time.

Everything has been great so far, including their representatives when I called. They're really courteous. The only time I wasn't happy with them was the first time I had to use it. They gave me a number to call, and the guy barely spoke English, and I don't think he understood what I told him.
