1 Star is being generous. It is extremely difficult to get any type of customer service when you need it. Today, I had a contractor call me, threatening to put a lien on my house because the HSC had not paid them for a job they did 7 months ago. He called me at work, which was absolutely unacceptable. I have tried to contact the home service club for over 2 hours and have YET to get anyone on the line to help me and have been hung up on by the system twice. If I had to go back, I would not have chosen the HSC.

This is by far the worst home warranty by far, they don't honor their contract, they don't replace or even repair anything , you cant get anyone to return you calls or assist in any issue .......don't sign what ever they say ..........I am with them can't get service or even cancel ,,,,,terrible service , terrible company

Read the fine print! I had the worst experience with my fridge. Communication is horrible with them and their link to contest a claim decision is broken. I worked over 2 months to get my fridge fixed and they eventually ended up taking my money and leaving my fridge in a broken state. Buyer beware.
