I filed 3 claims and all were resolved in a timely manner. Once service call was even done on a Sunday which made me very happy. On another occasion I placed a claim through email in the morning. I quickly received an email to contact a technician to service my pool filter. My pool filter was serviced that same afternoon. I purchased a home warranty for my first home from HSC. They got all my systems covered and provided extra-ordinary service. However, I neglected to use them for my second home purchase which had high-end appliances. Within a few months my water heater died and I ended up spending more than $2000 to fix it. Lesson learned. After signing up with HSC in January, my tenants called me on Superbowl Sunday saying the heat was out in the rental property. I wasn't expecting to file a claim so early in the year, but their empathy and customer service were fantastic! HSC was able to get a technician out the following morning (within twelve hours of placing the initial claims call) and the job was completed within a few days. HSC called me daily with updates and was an extremely helpful liaison between myself and the repair company. I sincerely hope I don't have to file another claim soon, but if I do, I know I'm in exceptionally good hands.

I bought a home last year and negotiated a 1 year home warranty as part of the deal. The seller picked the warranty and we had a horrible experience with them when our AC blower unit died in the middle of summer. As it's time to renew, I shopped around for a more reputable company and found Home Service Club - so glad I did. Prompt follow up to my inquiry and they were both helpful (I had a lot of questions) and friendly during the call. A drip started coming through the ceiling of our 1st floor on a Sunday morning. The location was directly below a 2nd floor bathroom, so we shut the water supply off to the bathroom and submitted a claim online knowing that no plumber would be available on a Sunday. HSC responded within an hour and the plumber called right away the next morning to schedule a same day diagnosis. The plumber identified the issue that morning and our toilet was replaced and installed on Monday. HSC and the plumber were both very easy to work with. Thank you.

Techs showed up one time, actually about an hour early (he called for an ok), with a mass of equipment and guages. He was ready to check out my system. I got text messages and e-mails telling me status and how ready they were for my problem. They spotted one problem, fixed it and checked out the rest of my system, cleaning the outside condenser with my garden hose. I'm ready for summer now !!! Thanks to the Home Service Club.

Two of my most used appliances decided to breakdown at the same time. I called in my policy with the Home Service Club and explained to them that I needed my dishwasher and my washing machine fixed quickly! They sent out a contractor who was able to get them both going.

I have always carried a warranty when I buy a new home and this company is our preferred provider. They have good customer service and wonderful local contractors. They came to fix my ac recently and it needed a compressor. They had that installed and running quickly! I am renewing next month again.
