My mom had a great experience for our claim with the refrigerator. Freezer is not able to defrost proper and iced the whole thing. HSC sent a tech over by Monday and checked out the unit. After 5 hours of doing his thing, he explained to us what happened with the condenser and shared some tips on how to prevent it from happening again.

My oven range was not well lit and it was not heating well also. Had a hard time cooking. Filed a claim online. The tech guy came a few days after I filed (I filed on a Friday). Nevertheless, he was very good and professional. He was able to fix it well and replaced a few parts. Thanks!

We had a defective sprinkler system at home. It was having trouble spraying water or something. I filed a claim, called the HSC. They had a tech guy service it and it fixed quickly, within the day. Such lovely experience from them so far. This has been my third claim and still really good. I have been recommending them to a lot of friends lately.

Just installed my CCTV system by myself. Well, at least I tried to. It didn't work as planned. After watching some youtube tutorials, there was still no hope. Had to call HSC for a pro to handle this issue. Tech came in after 3 days and re did the whole thing. Wow, the techs from HSC sure are professionals!

Suddenly, I heard a loud pop sound coming from the bathroom. Had to check it out soon and found a leaking bath tub. I was about to take a bath and the tub just gave up. Submitted a claim immediately to the Home Service Club. Excellent job by the contractors they sent. Fixed my tub immediatey. Although it took a few day since they really had to work on it properly, still they did a great job.

The AC unit in my bedroom suddenly made weird noises that led to a sleepless night. I was so tired the next day. Submitted a claim to the HSC to have it repaired. Thankfully, they sent one by the afternoon the same day I filed a claim. I was determined to sleep soundly and have my aircon unit repaired by the day. On Friday June 14, 2017 I received a phone call from a number I did not recognize. Instead of the caller leaving a message they then hung up and called again. I than stopped my conversation and answered the call. It was a supervisor from The Home Service Club she stated that my contract had been escalated to her once I filed my claim for a repair and my contract was now going to be cancelled because my home was a foreclosure and they don't cover foreclosed homes. I then advised the supervisor I understand but my home was not foreclosed on, the sale had been suspended (since March) and that I still lived in the home and am in an active repayment plan. The supervisor then said "your home is in foreclosure we looked it up in (system name) and we will be cancelling the contract and you will receive a full refund". The supervisor was very rude, she cut me off without apology and offered no alternatives. Now once the policy was created (May 24, 2019) we could have been notified if they were unable to cover the home based on what their system "reads" but it was not until I filed a claim for services that the contract was then "escalated" and cancelled. June is our last month for the repayment plan (payment already made) and the final loan modification will be entered into the "system", we have documentation verifying we live in the home and are in an ACTIVE REPAYMENT plan. We have also been advised that our loan company would have given the company any documentation advising them the sale on the home has been suspended and the foreclosure is not in active status. The company's behavior has not placed us in a bind because we have no air conditioning in extremely hot weather with children in the home, we would then have to find a new company and wait the "waiting period" to file a claim and now this will be considered "pre-existing"

I recently had to use my home warranty to fix an AC issue. In the beginning it was very frustrating trying to get through to anyone from the customer service department and was put on hold for lengthy amounts of time. Finally, I had a supervisor, Taylor, reach out to me who was able to completely solve the issues I was previously experiencing with the direct line for customer service. She also informed me that they were in the middle of changing call centers and have been experiencing difficulty in their transition, understandable. Most importantly, she was able to get a contractor out quickly and I now have cold AC again! Special thank you to Taylor!
