This company has come through in a big way for us, our 12 year old fridge just died. They sent out a tech and he came told them the fridge had to be replaced. They had Lowes deliver us a new fridge. We are very happy with the service.

Children are naturally amazing and incredibly demanding on resources. Somehow, my teens were able to trigger a problem with a built in microwave. I couldn't figure out how to replace one or buy one that would work easily. Then I remembered it was on my plan and I called them. Turns out it was a quick fix and we were back to normal.

When you are exhausted, have made dozens of phone calls, and finally decide that maybe something can be repaired instead of replaced, you're already feeling overwhelmed. Home Service Club followed up and helped me allivate that feeling. My washer is back to full function and my dryer is on the schedule for the handy man.

A friend told me about The Home Service Club and I checked them out and bought a home warranty. Boy, am I glad I did because six months later my dryer had to be replaced. It was too difficult to find repair parts for the motor. I now recommend them to everyone I talk to.

You'd be crazy not to have a warranty plan with The Home Service Club. Anytime something goes wrong with an appliance, and it will, I call. They send out a tech and the problem is fixed. If they can't fix it, it gets replaced. It really is that simple and just smart.

The dishwasher was making a racket that was driving me crazy. When I put a claim in to The Home Service Club they assured me it would be taken care of. Within the next hour a technician was replacing a seal and the dishwasher went back to normal process noises only.

The microwave was really acting funny. It would only run for a few seconds then stop. The Home Service Club already had an idea of what the problem was over the phone. The tech checked the touch pad and there was a short in it. He fixed the issue and it's as good as new.

I turned on the garbage disposal and nothing. There was absolutely nothing. I know nothing about them so I called The Home Service Club and they had a guy out quickly. He diagnosed the problem as a burned out motor and said he'd have the new one in and working in an hour. He did and what a relief.

While fixing breakfast I found only two of the four burners of my stove working. A call was put in to The Home Service Club. A repairman arrived and the problem was a clogged ignitor tube. He cleaned things up, put it back together and now all four work great.

After a big family lunch I had the dishwasher all loaded and ready to go, but it wouldn't start. The lady with The Home Service Club understood my frustration and a repairman was sent out. It was simply a bad door latch causing the problem. A new one was put in and the dishwasher started right up. Thank goodness.

HSC has a really good warranty. When my dishwasher leaked a little on to the floor, I called them for help with my warranty to service my dishwasher. They arranged for a service tech to come over. He was on time and did a great job. It is working well now and I was only responsible for my deductible.

I don't know how she did it, but the customer service gal with The Home Service Club rocks. My husband was quite upset when he called about the A/C not working. By the time he got off the phone though, he was calm. The A/C was fixed in a couple of hours and all was good again.

If you do not have an extended home warranty with the Home Service Club yet, you should get one. My AC was covered when it pooped out this past summer It wound up being replaced because it was just older and dead. I only paid my deductible and we were nice and cool again. We really like HSC and will be renewing.

The dryer broke. I had to hang clothes but with three teenage girls it was it was a lot of work. I scheduled my appointment online. It was pretty easy to do. When the tech guy got here he fixed the problem. It did take a very long to fix. He cleaned up after himself. I thought he did a good job and I am glad to have my dryer back.

HSCC is great. I got the extended warranty when I moved in to my home. The AC went out over the summer, so I called for help. They sent out a repair contractor who refilled my Freon level and it started cooling right away. William in customer service was very nice and the contractor was super as well.

Worst company I have dealt with. Pathetic customer services. They will always come up with an excuse to not cover a claim. After writing this review I was contacted by Sophia from HSC. Offered me full refund which I gladly accepted.

Repair man did a very big help today. He fixed my AC in just an hour or two. The customer rep I've talked to was also very courteous. Very professional service. It took quite long to get the serviceman to my doorstep but that is just the way things are i guess. There's still room for improvement

My dryer went down today. I called assistance from Home Service Club and they were very responsive. They said a repair man will help me fix my problem. And repair man did! He was very skillful.

We've been with Home Service Club for a while now. So far, we have used it a couple times and we're happy with it. We had them send technicians to repair our hot water heater, sump pump, and a garbage disposal.
