Landmark Home Warranty company offers two main home warranty plans for homeowners. The coverage plans include a Home Systems Plan which covers systems such as a water heater, air conditioner, and pipe leaks. Every time I call, they answer really fast! Their customer service does not put on you hold too long, and everybody is fun! They always want to help in any possible way. Plus, their service is pretty fast. My heater went out during winter, so I called at around 2 a.m., and they were able to get someone out here within a couple of hours! I would say they want to please their customer, and make sure you're happy, because they dispatched a company to fix my A/C once. Sometimes it's good to have this home warranty. For example, the A/C was worth it, but getting my oven repaired was too much to go through them. I could just get a new one. You still have to pay them to have the service, plus pay a service call fee, and also pay whenever they send somebody out. Besides that, their customer support is fine. Just recently, our air conditioner wasn't working, and we had to pay $60 for them to come out. That was okay, but it turned out that they didn't have any Freon with them, and they don't for a recharge. So, the service is pretty much useless, unless something completely fails. When I bought my condo in AZ, the seller supplied me with a one year Landmark Home Warranty policy. I had some electrical problems and called Landmark. They contacted an electrical company for me and I had the problem fixed in no time. I was really impressed because they called the day after my repair to make sure everything was working OK.
