RK, often times a second trip would be needed so that our contractors can be sure they have the right parts and tools to repair your unit. In the same service request, if more than one trip is needed, you will not be charge for more than one service call fee. We also have a 30 day guarantee on our contractors work. If your unit fails again within 30 days, we can send the contractor back out to check his work at no cost to you! If a second fee is ever needed, we will be sure to inform you as to why.
