My experience with landmark home warranties and the company they hire to address and make appointments for the issues were having, is not positive. More than one occasion I’ve had to insist they schedule a contractor to come to my house and fulfill landmark warranty. It’s exhausting and most unpleasant. Until I ask to speak with someone in the United States and was then connected to Cynthia F, my relationship landmark it’s on the downhill. I was totally prepared to cancel my membership. Ms. Cynthia F salvage my account for you. She was courteous, she was concerned inquiring about what information I had already been given by the previous schedulers, she was prompt courteous and handled the situation. Cynthia left me with her direct number if I had any additional issues.

We have been customers of Landmark Home Warranties since 2012. The service we receive is always friendly and usually stress free. The vendors Landmark uses are always punctual and the service they provide is quite satisfactory.
I just called the customer service center to discuss our billing and the agent I spoke with, Cynthia F, was friendly and was able to handle my request very quickly and proficiently.

Landmark has always been quick to respond. We tried to do a lot of research on other companies and costs before we renewed again with Landmark. (Kind a like comparing cell phone plans, so not the easiest to do ) Seems each company has its strength and weakness. Ultimately we had been satisfied enough with Landmark to decide to stay. Called to renew Cynthia F was very helpful in getting a good price and got our renewal done in record time. Super helpful and quick.

My experience with the Vendor response has been (one took over 3 days to contact me) underwhelming. I have unfortunately sat on the phone 45+ minutes on occasion trying to cancel a service call due to timing on Vendor availability (over 3 weeks). To date, have had to hire my own contractors for all work because of this. Overall my interaction with the initial staff who answers the phone and the renewal TEAM (specifically Cynthia F) has been outstanding. Cynthia assisted me above and beyond due to my prior experiences... I am extremely grateful for the extra time she took to assist me.

I like all the options you can have.
There have been some years where it is not easy to justify the cost of the warranty as well as the $65 service fees. But so far everything has been very straightforward.
Your customer service is very good. Fred F. helped me this time and was very accommodating.
I like that you always use high quality companies in my area. Whenever I look up the companies' names, they are usually very highly rated by their customers.
