Very slow at processing claims. Getting a hold of a live person is basically impossible. They contract out to the worst of the worst contractors. I have $100.00 service call fee and the last issue I called my own plumber and it only cost me $55.00. They hide behind their fine print and do everything they can not to fix the root problem. This company is a scam

They were terrible. They were not helpful, not quick to respond to urgent needs. The ac guy they send to my house tried to tell me that stuff was wrong that wasn't so we had to hire someone else to fix problem and they fixed it in 10 minutes when landmarks guys was there for 4 hours. The plumber did the same exact thing. He said it was a huge problem and it took 3 weeks of no water and no calls back from landmark before we called someone else and they fixed the problem in 2 minutes. Landmark was a huge disappointment and waste of time and money.

I have had good service in the past. My most recent service was good except for one thing. My hvac system was worked on about 3 weeks ago. They were able to fix the furnace but it was determined that a new heat pump was needed. The technician said he had to work that out with Landmark and that has been the last thing I have heard about it. My utility bill has almost doubled due to having to use the furnace in emergency mode. I have contacted the hvac company and the technician was supposed to contact me 5 days ago and I haven't heard anything. If we are waiting on parts that would be good to know.

I am learning that I have to ASK for a detailed invoice on what was done and parts replaced --as I just spent $160 total for service calls for a yearly tune up for 2 heater units in the attic in a house in NV. I do appreciate them coming quickly and even on a Saturday. Since I was out of state at the time, it was arranged for my adult son to be present for the tune up. He was told 2 capacitors needed changed. I called Landmark for the details (for one heater or did they replace capacitors on both heaters?)---and Landmark reported that I need to contact the contractor's office for a detailed invoice. It would be much easier to have a detailed invoice after each service call. Simple solution that would save me a lot of time and also it would help me to keep my records straight. Is this possible? Thank you.

As with any company, there can be times when the service doesn't meet your expectations, this was one of those situations. I did not feel that the timeliness of response to get my work order assigned and taken care of was adequate in this specific situation, but it ultimately did get taken care of. Tricia D called me after the fact to make sure that i was satisfied my service, after informing her that I was not, she quickly cooled the situation, took time to explain the time process and ultimately made it right. Landmark usually is on point, would still continue to use them.
