The warranty requires a service call fee that is paid to the contractor to diagnose your unit. This fee is due whether your service request is approved or denied.

Your dishwasher service request was denied as your unit’s failure was a pre-existing condition. The warranty expects that all covered systems are in good working condition at the start of your effective dates.
