We purchased our home then immediately signed up with Choice Home Warranty. Overall I've found out that their service is abysmal. They denied my claim to get our air conditioning fixed, so I wouldn't recommend going with this company.

Our swimming pool pump's motor was going out and we called Choice. They had a company come out and they said it needed to be replaced. We were waiting on Choice to approve the replacement, but then Choice changed the company to a different one. Now I can't get a hold of anyone and have been reassigned to this new company that won't get back to me. It's been 30 days now and it's still not fixed, so hopefully that gets resolved soon. I'm not pleased with Choice Home Warranty's horrible service.

Most recently, my water softener stopped working and the guy they sent to us never got the work order, so he showed up a day late and took about 3 more days for them to find someone to actually do the work. Most of the time though, they find local people who do good work. Overall, I will not be renewing with them.

I have been with Choice Home Warranty for 6 years. Once when I wanted to use the warranty one time, they said it wasn't covered. Another time I was approved for a claim and they came out on time to fix the problem. They were also very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I filled a claim on May 5th and a week later I received an email from them that they could not get an in-network technician. After all an appointment was scheduled for 5/14/21 from 3 PM to 8 PM only nobody showed up and no one called me to reschedule. When I called the technician on provided phone number he said he can come the next morning from 8 to 11 AM. I asked if he could come before 10 AM because I have an appointment at 11 AM . He came at 10:10 AM changed $65.00 for visit and my tub is still not draining. I deeply regret choosing Choice

You sent out Sears to fix my refrigrator over a month ago. It is still not fixed and as a result I have lost a great deal of meat, fish, and dairy products not to mention the vegetables. In addition I have purchased over 22 bags of ice. Please ask Sears to fix my refrigrator.

I bought a plan with Choice because I just bought a home and know how things can break especially when the home is old. My air condition unit and handler need to be replaced (mind you from wear and tear) not anything that I did or can control and Choice will not replace it or even help replace it. This is after I had to file several claims to get to this conclusion. So they are basically telling me that I got ripped off using their company. I plan on getting a prorated amount back from them and never using choice again.

Right now I'm trying to use it. They said they can't fix my appliance and they said they'll replace it and then they offered me an insulting amount and then I had to appeal it and they still gave you an amount towards a new one that doesn't even compare. I have a three thousand dollar microwave speed oven and they gave me nine hundred dollars. The oven was only three years old so there wasn't any wear and tear and I had to go buy a new one out of my own pocket.

We're trying to use it right now and now we're waiting for our washing machine to get fixed. The parts are on backorder. The washing machine is eleven years old. I really felt that they should do something else about it and they haven't gotten in touch back with me again to let me know what they're going to do.
