I've had a horrible experience with this company. I had an issue with my plumbing and water heater and they denied my claims, then finally approved them. They sent unqualified people over to my house that didn't even look at my water heater and denied it again saying there was rust on it that wasn't reported when I signed up. Now everything is still pending and I haven't heard back from anyone.

Unfortunately, this company tries to come up with ways to deny your claims. I had my air conditioning go out over the summer and they assigned someone to the job, but then pulled them from it before they could get it done. They told me to hire my own person and refused to pay for it. I wish I could get my thousand dollars back that I paid for the service that they were supposed to pay. They don't seem to care about their customers.

There is a good range of items that they repair and it is a fair figure but one time they would not pay for the air conditioner so I had to put in a new system. They do respond quickly to any complaint I have.

My furnice went out when the guy came he said what went wrong. He said that I could get refunded for what he did, but when I called them they told me that there was not refund so I don't understand how ti works because I should get my refund.

Originally I thought they would be helpful but I’ve had a bad experience with them. I called about my dishwasher back in June and it took them a while to get a plumber out here. They said one person was going to come but when I called them they said they did not work with choice because choice does not honor what they stated. My dishwasher is still not fixed.

Choice Home Warranty denies more claims than approves them. In addition, many of the technicians don't seem to know what they are doing and it requires multiple visits to correct problems. All Customer Service does is tell you to refer to the fine print in your policy. I had left CHW many years ago but decided to rejoin them but now I see why I left in the first place. Definitely will NOT be renewing my policy!

It takes too long for someone to come out and they do not always take care of the problem the first time. When someone came out because the septic system was backed up, the person they sent partially pumped it and it got backed up again and we had to pay another company to come out to take care of the problem.

It took five days to ger someone for my garage door. I had to get assertive and they finally got someone out. I couldn’t get my car out in that time. Once I got service they were efficient and pleasant and professional it was just difficult to get a hold of somebody.

Recently had the hot water replaced. When I spoke with customer service before I prior to all this happening, they said there was no hidden fees and when it came to this I had to pay almost the full amount out of pocket. Their sales people don’t tell you about the fine print. I would not use them again. I am highly disappointed with when I spoke to management, they basically told me nothing.

We’re not satisfied. They don’t cover what we have. We had an issue with our heater. It needed to be replaced and they refused to replace it, saying the motor was dirty. We’ve has other issues too. We have been very disappointed.

I am not satisfied with my situation with my washing machine. I had a claim for it and they tried to repair it but it could not be repaired. So they gave me a replacement value of like 200 dollars and I can’t replace it for less than 600 dollars. I am still waiting for the replacement.

Choice had the same company to come out three times for the same problem without the problem being fixed when asked to change to another agent to fix the problem I was told I would have to pay the fee again to fix the existing problem that has lingered on for 2 months. Needless to say the problem still is not fixed and is causing my child with a medical condition problems
