It covers everything that's necessary to run a household and the service fee is reasonable. The process was ok but the fact that there are no individuals to speak to regarding claims is frustrating. I used them for the first time in almost 3 years. The process was smooth but I had some questions unanswered because there was no one to speak too.

My fridge couldn't be repaired so they're covering a new one for me. Every time I ask for something they are right there and they take care of it right away. I never have a problem when I call they're always there for quick service. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The first technician came out twic and did nt resolve the issue with my A/C. So Choice sent out a technician from another company, who qiuckly knew what the problem was and resolved the issue. I was noot happy that I had to pay three service charges for the same problem.

It would be better or more convenient if the technicians that they had get requests done within the twenty four hour frame and not make the customer wait. Choice answers quick and give me the claim number and everything and the technician approved it but getting the technician was hard.

Called to request an appointment to have air conditioner checked. Given an appointment by choice warranty but when we contacted the company we were told they knew nothing about it. Said they would come out in a week from 9 am to 6 pm. We waited all day and no one showed up. Called them the next day and was told they just received request and would be out in 1 week. We are in our 80s and just happy that our AC is still running. Very disappointed in this service.

I have had 2 claims on my AC unit this year. I learned from the first techs that came all that is ever going to be done is to piece and part it to fix. As long as you can get a part that is all they are going to do. Won't replace the unit or appliance unless you can't get a part. My AC went down on a weekend in July. I did online claim and it was going to be 3 days before they could get someone there. I called a tech I knew to come and look at it. Per CHW I was told anyone could fix and the repair was approved by their authorization dept. It took multiple phone calls of being bounced back and forth between the authorization dept and customer service I finally get something in writing that showed the repair was approved. What they neglected to tell me was that they would only reimburse so much at their rate. So i was out over 600.00 for the repair that I had to pay. You have to go with the company they send to only pay the co pay. I don't like not having a choice in who is doing the work. I was considering renewing this when it was up for renewal but for what it costs you per year, I don't think it's worth it. I will not be renewing.

Lately, I've had multiple claims for them and they've denied ever singly claim. Then it has to go to a supervisor for review and then after the supervisor refused it, they usually do a pay out but it's a pain that every single claim gets denied, even for things that are routinely covered. I'm not sure why they are in the practice of doing this, but it's super annoying. There's been multiple times when they can't use your own contractor and it's a nightmare to make your contractor call in and then make your contractor wait on hold for five minutes before they pick up. They don't want to pay for the labor of the guys that come over quick.

When I signed up, the copayment which was agreed upon was not reflected in the contract paper work which came through, because the sales rep didn't go though all of it. When I contacted their customer service, they corrected it. The pricing was right for what we were looking for.
