Choice Home Warranty is generally a hit or miss; they deny at least 75% of the claims. Specially if the repair includes a costly item such as AC or replacing the appliance.

It took over three weeks to get someone to fix our AC unit and I had to find them. We pay are bill religiously every month and we have to find the technicians to repair things..... Wrong it cost me $250.00 to get it repaired

Certain hours you can't get a hold of them. I don't think they have enough customer representatives. I had to make a lot of calls due to issues with the home warranty and when I did get in touch with them it was like they were trying to pass me off to someone else at a higher level, which they never could, in order to resolve my problem.

Absolutely a big rip off! They never can find a company that will work with them. Then they tell you to use your own company and they will reimburse you, but they make it so difficult that you finally give up.
