I had to wait 10 day to get service. You assigned 2 companies for the repair that never even showed up. After many phone calls on the 10 day you assigned a plumber that came and did a fantastic job, but why did it take so long and 2 bad vender assignments. Your customer service department was slow to assist and just kept repeating the company line " just give it 24 hours" When the temp is below freezing sand you have no hot water all you want is an accurate time table for the problem to be fixed. I had to lose 2 days from work waiting for service people, who never showed up or even called

When my forced air gas furnace failed, it took over 3 days to get heat back on in my home. As the outside temperatures were in the low 20's every night for these 3 days, this time to repair is totally unacceptable. When I we sold the warranty I was told that Choice Home Warranty has 24/7 service and that is what I expected. I think 24 hours of down time is acceptable, but that never happened. Once I got a service technician on site he solved and repaired the failure very quickly.

I’m not happy with Choice Home Warranty At All, I had to make a claim on my dishwasher and what they’re offering me is not enough to cover a new dishwasher at all……. I’m so disappointed with this company and I’ve been with them for years!!!! I’m definitely going to look for another Home Warranty Company and on Facebook I’ve seen all the complaints but I never thought it was as bad as people said it was but I actually found out for myself so now I can share my experience on Facebook to!!! Very Disappointed Customer!!!!!!! Thank You For Asking

My claim was denied. CHW said that since the heater was not the main source of heat for my house it wasn’t covered. But it is the only source of heat for the addition on my house. I have appealed their decision and am waiting for a reply so I really hope they realize their mistake and make it right.

Please don’t sign up for a contract with Choice Home Warranty! You only ask yourself troubles when doing business with them. They don’t provide a good service, you claim will take up to a month for a technician to come to your house. They won’t give you a full refund when you cancel your contract. I have been told I will get my partial refund in 30 days but it have been 6 weeks I got no refund from them. I would never recommend anyone to CHW to anyone.

what choice warranty has promised me when i signed up all of my 4 property's was NOTHING BUT FAALSE INFORMATION. not a good company to be with i was told and promised that any issue i will have will be taken care of 2-3 business day or it will be replaced. i waited over 3 months for an ice maker and instead of buying us a new replacements they only gave us $736 and the replacement will cost us $2400. how would i recommend this company to my family and friends

Our hot water heater went out on Saturday last week, it’s Thursday and I still have no hot water. They sent a repair man out Tuesday to fix the coupler and he said the water heater was 16 years old and should be replaced it wasn’t worth spending the money to fixing the coupler. Choice Home Warranty didn’t like that answer and now I sit with a broken water heater 5 days later and no answer as to what’s going on.

Refrigerator stopped working and claim submitted. The following day a repairman showed up and said report submitted to choice. The next day recieved email with an offer 1/2 the cost of an equivalent unit and to schedule a time with a case manager, the first available time slot a week away! After a day and half calling thier number, my wife finally got thru. They raised the offer to about 60% replacement cost and said we would get a Lowes gift card in 2 weeks to 30 days. Haven't seen it yet and life without a fridge is very inconvenient!

I would give you zero stars but you don’t give that option. Your company denies claims before sending a Tech’, then denied that they don’t file the report you want they when they file it , then denied it because it now doesn’t have what you want on it then lie about calling tech to determine what cause the damage. I’ll never recommend your company to any new home buyer and advise to run away from your deceiving adds

I was unable to use my insurance for a year because your company said I had cancelled my policy. I had called to ask you to delete one of the two addresses you had on record for my account . Even though you said you had corrected my address, you still directed the last service provider to a wrong address. However, I was able to give the repairman my correct address before he arrived. I have tried and tried to have you cancel the wrong address and keep my true address, but you have still failed to get this right .

I spoke w someone to cancel my account amd they were supposed to call me back n didn't. Next warranty new cominaby. I'm a realtor...over 1 billion sold in 6 months owning 10 homes myself in trust. Lost my business. Great techs...terrible corporate

On my recent claim I was given false information by the claim technician. After following the instructions of that technician my claim was denied and was told I was going to have to pay out of pocket because it was not included in my policy. I was contacted by a very rude case manager and was told that the information given to me was incorrect and HCW was not going to do anything about it. Worst experience with every claim, I regret renewing my policy!

Your insurance process is more stressful then buying a house. Ive called over 3 times to get the claims accepted for the tech to come back and finish the job and every time i get ahold of my tech he says you guys only accepted one thing out of the 3 he sent in. There is now a giant hole in my wall and me and the kids have to drive across town to a family members just to take baths and showers.
