I've gotten really good service when I've had to use it. I've used it three times and each time it's been very satisfactory with the customer. The microwave quit and I called and it was the next day and they had to order a part and it took one more day but they got it fixed. I've never been disappointed with their service. Each time I've called, I've gotten an immediate response and had a repair person out within a day. Each time I've had a claim, it's been handled in a very effective and quick manner.

I appreciated how quick they responded to my call. I called on a Monday and they had somebody out Tuesday morning and it was fixed before he left and it has been working fine ever since. He was very prompt and courteous and clean. He explained everything and said to call back if I had any more problems. I think it is a good deal. I am glad I have it.

The realtor recommended Choice, said if I wanted a home warranty, they were a good option. I've used them a few times. My refrigerator went out right in the holiday weekend and they attempted to repair it and then gave me money for replacing it. They pick up the phone, they respond, they are knowledgeable, they are professional. Absolutely top notch. I'm very pleased.

The value for the price is good. They are super prompt in answering my claims or any questions. A few weeks ago out furnace went out and I filed the form online and within an hour, I had an appointment for a specialist to come out and take a look at it. It would have cost thousands of dollars but we payed the 75 dollars and it was taken care of very quickly.

I have already recommend choice home warranty to 3 of my friends. It is the best home warranty company I have ever used. They are willing to put int the extra effort to solve problems. Normally after making a call, somebody will respond within a reasonable amount of time, typically within twenty four hours, which is phenomenal. Really grateful for choice home warranty. They have done everything they said they were going to do. I have never been let down my choice home warranty. They come out and do their thing and have been proven to be good. I've used it on my washer, dryer, and stove. It was really priced when we first got it 4 years ago and I bought a two year policy last year and I am really hoping it doesn't get more expensive. It is a luxury to have this kind of coverage. So far it has been really good at replacing, they helped us replace the refrigerator and the dishwasher. The air conditioning people have been very good to us. It has been money well spent.

Just a couple of weeks ago, right before thanksgiving, I needed to use because my high end refrigerator stopped cooling and they contacted a technician company in the area and within 48 hours I had my refrigerator working again. It was really great and they sent and really great company. They always do what they say they are going to do and are always responsive.

Mid America Ent (James D.) was sent by Choice Warranty for my 2 toilets. James looked at the inner workings of the toilets and saw immediately what the problems were. They were both fixed within a half hour. James was incredibly professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and was able to put me at ease( having a stranger in my home) . Generally, I love Choice Home Warranty. They have repaired a few things in my house and done a great job! They do solid work and pick good workmen to do the work. This time my dishwasher died and they are offering me an amount that is not even close to replacing it nor was I offered an option for them just to let me pick 1 of 3 to replace it. They are offering an electronic gift card to one store. I don't even have the option to shop around. This one incident may cause me to rethink renewing my contract with them. I have been with them since 2017 and this is the first time I have been surprised at the way they have handled things. If you want something repaired - GREAT! If you need something REPLACED - MEH Offering me $246 to replace a dishwasher when that was the price it was going to take to repair my dishwasher (parts are not available any longer) seems to be a POOR way to decide how one would replace an appliance. Replacing and having a dishwasher installed is around $700. This amount is barely making a dent. I could go on eBay and buy the part but the tub or hose seems to be leaking as well.

We came back to a big mess and I tried to reset it and it didn't work out. I have belonged to other warranty companies before and they were not nearly as good as Choice Home Warranty. Customer support has been really good. Following up is important and providing progress reports and Choice does all of those things very well. I had a plumbing problem and the plumber was immediately dispatched and came out the next day, cleared up the problem, was very customer friendly, did a tremendous job. And the Choice customer service person was very response and the whole contact was excellent. They really express appreciation for your business and they treat you respectfully.

I've already needed to use this service and they were prompt and courteous and I was very pleased with the results. I'm new into my condo and the washer and dryer are both very old, neither work properly. I wanted to see if they were fixable and they were. The gentleman had the parts on his truck, he was able to figure out what was wrong and fixed both the washer and dryer and I was very pleased with that. They were very prompt and did a fine job. They were on time, courteous, and very pleased.

They did respond to me when I called and asked questions. They did the best to help me. I used them for my refrigerator about a year and a half ago. They were good on their end but the person who did the contractor was not good. It took eight days to fix my fridge. I had nine people in this house. It really upset me because they said it would take seven to fourteen days and then I asked if there was any way that can be expedited. And they said that they could pay extra to get it quick. I called to get it expedited and they would not pick up the phone. I called every day for five days. Three times I left messages and they never message me back and then on the day they were supposed to fix the refrigerator, no one came. I called to see what happened and they had said that someone had called and I didn't answer. So they said they they could send someone out the next day first thing in the morning. I called and they had mentioned that the repairman had an emergency and couldn't make it.

They are very attentive to the customer. I'm still currently waiting on the customer support right now. It's been over twenty four hours but in past experiences they've been very attentive to any problems and providing that solution. I needed my garage door opener fixed and they sent a repairman out and they repaired it. It was quick and fast, but it happened very efficiently.Currently, I'm in the middle of a situation with my refrigerator. Choice Home Warranty is a good company. I will say that I did have a bad experience with my air conditioner and the individual that they had when I put in my claims, when he came out, it seemed like he was using Choice to benefit his company and not actually provide service to the customer. When I recorded it, Choice Home Warranty actually replaced him with a different repair technician.

They were very attentive and very knowledgeable and solved the problem that I called for. They referred me to somebody that does work for them and they set up a schedule. It was easy and they came and fixed the sink, the sink was not draining. They did the work in thirty minutes and they were done. It was very refreshing and stress free. They respond so quickly and they get somebody out here immediately and they did a good job. I just used the warranty the other day. My garage door broke and it wouldn't close or open. I called them up and they were here the next day and got it fixed, no problems. The contractors they chose to come out and do the work were very knowledgeable and very quickly got people in here. The only thing I've had is great experiences. I've had to call three times in two years and it's always been a pleasure and I will continue with them forever.

To be honest, I haven't really had too many complaints or problems. I think I've only called twice with a couple of minor things and they took care of it right away. One time I needed to use the warranty because I was having problems with the freezer and they got ahold of a tech and sent them out. He was here within twenty four hours and he fixed the problem, it took him about a week to get the part. But when he got the part, he came back and fixed the problem and it's been fine ever since. they've done a very good job by me.

They were responsive to me when I was signing up and the customer service after I signed up, answered my questions and ended up getting me a better rate. I signed up for a three year/multiple year contract and when I had my first issue, they were very quick to send someone out. I've been pleased with my service so far. Just recently, I needed it for my AC unit. I think I called on a Saturday or Friday and they were able to schedule someone to come out by the end of one week.

They took care of what I needed to have done at my home. The service man that came out fixed both of my problems and so that was kind. I would say it was a good experience. I had my washing machine flooded and when you opened the door, the water came out and went all over the floor. They sent a guy out and he fixed it. It was perfect in every sense. I also had an ice maker that they sent out a repairman for and they fixed it.

I didn't have to wait long and the service was done promptly. My sink clogged and I couldn't get it working and they came and fixed it and I didn't have a problem anymore.They were very prompt on the work and they were very efficient. The people that you talk to when you put the claim in were very polite and concerned about all of the things being done. The workers came on time as well and give you a time frame when they were coming.

They respond quickly and follow up with emails which I like. I used it about two weeks ago and had an issue with the air conditioner. They sent somebody out the next day to repair it and it's working fine. The people who have come out have been very professional and knew what they were doing and did good, clean work. I've had one problem early on. I've been with them now for three or four years. There was coverage under my warranty, which the salesman sold me and when I filed the claim, they told me that it was not covered, even though it stated in my policy that it was covered. They offered to pay me for half of my expenses and then removed the coverage completely which I was extremely upset about.

They're always very responsive and I always get somebody out here very quickly. Just recently our hot water heater wasn't working so I called and let them know and it took a week to get somebody here because we live way out in the country. So they guy came out and got it working. There was a part that had to be ordered, we paid $45 and we got hot water. It was that quick and simple. They have used good technicians.

I've had two claims with them and I was a little disappointed in the outcome that they didn't cover it. My AC wasn't working and they sent out an AC tech that determined that it was the thermostat so they had to reschedule it and that didn't work so they sent out another tech which said that it was not the thermostat and it's been working ever since.

Other than the service people they have sent out, it's absolutely wonderful. Most recently, I had a plumbing issue. They got a plumber to come out the same day that I called, which was great. He was very good but he could do the rest of the work, so we needed to get in touch with the contractor that could do the rest of the work. My homeowner's insurance found me a contractor that I've been working with to have walls torn down and they've been wonderful. I got the name from Choice Home Warranty but I couldn't utilize them because they don't cover that type of thing. They have been very prompt in getting back to me when I've had an issue.

It's a quick response. If I have a big problem, I have a supervisor and they're just friendly. There was an issue with my refrigerator. Choice Warranty offered me money towards my repairable fix and then the refrigerator was broken again and they took care of that too. They sent out a new technician and now it's working perfectly. They kind someone qualified. If I tell them to find me somebody right away, they get a different person.

You make an appointment, they follow up with you, everything's good. I only had one bad experience. My refrigerator was not working correctly, I made an appointment. They come and fix it. One company that came did not show up on time. They called me fifteen minutes after the end of the appointment and asked if they could come the next day. The second company came when they were supposed to and fixed it.

We've had to use them twice and both times they were spot on and there were no issues using it. My garbage disposal went out and they sent a technician out. I paid $75 and he found that he did have to swap it out and put in a new garbage disposal. He went to the store and brought it right back and installed it. There was no further cost so I thought that was awesome. I never have to call them back. They take care of everything on the first time.

They are pretty responsive and were able to schedule a technician within a day. The air conditioning was not working so I called the home warranty to check the AC unit. Some of the things were not covered under the warranty and it was not clear why. For instance, the technician when they arrived, the freon level was low and they said they were only allowed to put two pounds or more because of the warranty. I called Choice Home Warranty to get clarification and they kind of explained it but not to my satisfaction. Every time I call them, they are able to pick it up. They were pretty respectful and courteous. I think one time they actually called back to follow up on one of the issues.

The real estate person recommended it to me, and I have been recommending it to my friends and family. My air conditioning compressor went out when it was a hundred and four degrees on a Saturday, and they sent out a serviceman Monday morning and the job was done by Tuesday Morning. I only had a sixty-dollar service fee and they paid the rest. I am very confident if I have another issue, they will take care of it.

I like the coverage and I continually like the customer service. I would like to name one but you have to go through too many changes just to get to an actual person. I called earlier this month. When I call them, they are very professional. They did exactly what they said and I wanted them to do. I actually wrote a letter to them because I was very very thankful because I didn't know what to do and they were able to identify the problem for me for my rental. I was far away from the city when I called them and they identified the problem. And within twenty four hours they had somebody come to my rental house to make the changes.

They were quick. The first two times I needed to use the warranty with a rental property and they couldn't fix it because it didn't come under the warranty and that was discouraging. The last time I used it, my dryer quit working and he was very nice and very good but he didn't up the vent that comes out the back of the dryer and so the first time I used it, I spent an hour trying to get it back up.

I've used them for a couple of years now so I just renewed my warranty. They are very reliable, they've never questions any problem that I've had. They responded immediately. I had a loud noise coming from the toilet or the result of the toilet when I flushed it and I had to call them to see what the problem was. The response was immediate. I didn't have to wait. Any experience that I've had with them has been pleasant. They've been very nice and professional. The first time that I used it, it was the air conditioning that went out in the middle of the summer, on a weekend. They are a lot nicer to deal with than the other company and there's only a two to three day waiting period to have a technician come out. I had to use it for my front loading washing machine. They had someone come out. I needed a new pump motor. He submitted the request to Choice and they approved it and the next day he replaced it. They are a very fair company. They always keep in touch with me every time I have a question or they let me know what's going on, they send me an email or call me. I recently had to use it to fix my refrigerator. The staff went out because the motor in the freezer went out so I called them and within a couple of days they came out and fixed it. They do their work. They work with you to get your problem resolved. I needed to have my dishwasher looked at because it wasn't washing and they scheduled someone right away. The technician that came out was very courteous and polite and solved the issue right away. There have been a few exceptions but very few. Cheaper than American Home Shield and I don't have to pay as much as I would have to if I called an independent plumber or electrician. They take care of the customer and they do follow up calls and I appreciate that. The vendors and technicians are very respectful of my property. They usually have shoes covered to keep my house clean and they usually don't take long to complete the job. I've never had to have a second call for the same item.

They always answer my questions. If there was something that I did not understand in the contract, they actually answer it. Whenever I make a claim, it's fast. After they give me a claim number, the next day, I get a schedule. If I want another schedule, I can call the number they provide me for the person with that repair company. I liked the repair company they sent us. They were very friendly. They gave me a good deal and that is amazing for me. The services are fast and quality. I'm extremely happy with them. I've used 3 other companies that were rude. I had one that was double the price with the worst service. Choice seemed extremely kind and empathetic and very relatable. You can tell they cared. Choice is extremely easy to use. My A/C was messing up and it was not fixable so they replaced the whole thing. The technician is genuinely one of the nicest men I've ever met. You can tell the company really cares about the client not just a paycheck.
