Unfortunately the few times we've had to use choice over the last year we've had to have multiple technicians return to repair the same work. We had an issue with the air conditioning condenser. They dispatched a service agent. Within a couple weeks the same issue repeated itself and they re issued another agent out at no additional fee. They have great customer service they just need to work on their quality control for their technicians that they dispatch.

They've always responded to my needs and been very prompt. Every time I've called them, no matter what it is, they've responded by contacting the provider. My garage door broke and I got a call within and hour or two from a garage door mechanic who came out and fixed it. They've approved everything except my heater which was 40 years old so they didn't pay for that.

They respond quickly and they're very polite and they explain everything to you. I had a dryer go out in my laundry room and they were there within two days to fix it. It would have been replaced if necessary so I'm very fond of the service they provide. The repairman was very prompt and courteous. I just wouldn't want to be without it because I think it's a great service and you never know when something happens in your house.'

The quality of work is very good and even my heating system is better now than it was before. When my heater broke I called Choice and it was easy to set up an appointment. Within one hour the heating company called me and the technician came the next day. He ordered parts and when they came in he was able to fix it. It was very fast. I like that they work with several local companies which creates competition and fast response.

I was very happy with the price Choice offered. When we have a problem the company they choose is there within 24 hours. When we first moved into our house we had problems with the AC and the company came the next day and got it up and running. It was wonderful. We've called three different times and all three companies that came were very good and knowledgeable.

All the issues I've had have been dealt with in a timely manner. I had one technician show up late because he was misscheduled but other than that the service was good once he got here. I needed to use the warranty another time for a leak and was told the shower was connected wrong. I thought they could maybe connect it for me but they told me they don't do that so I had to do my own but he did fix the leak on the bathroom in the first floor which saved me money.'

Every time I've needed service I've got an immediate call back and the service representatives that come out have been very good. Maybe about 3 weeks ago I needed to use it. Electrical over my sink was not working and I think the next day I had a technician out and he correct the problem. I've used another company several years ago. Choice has certainly been a plus compared to the prior company.

They have been immediate in responding. Technicians come out quicker than I expected. The last time I used them was for a refrigerator repair and it wasn't cooling and I didn't want my food was spoil. I called and immediately I got a response that someone would be out the technician came out fixed it and I was happy as can be. I would recommend them to anybody.

I'm very happy with the service. The quality of the technicians can vary a little bit but in general is good. When I had the air conditioning fixed, they were here the next day and it was all very well managed. The majority of the claims that I've placed were attended to in a very brief time, though there were a couple of claims where it was not clear whether the service was covered and I wasn't too happy when I had to pay.

I really like this plan but have 1 thing to say that hurt me deeply. My central air went out and was unrepairable. I had just had a massive heart attack and it was middle of summer. I called you you sent a repairman and he said was not fixable. Then you hit me with a brick you said it was consider ed upgrade and the warranty didn't cover that. When I bought the plan you said it was covered as I told you how old it was. Then pow I was so angry I couldn't see straight. I had to borrow the money from my son who was about to marry. His fiance was so mad at me I didn't get any time with my son and since they've been married I have only seen my son 1 time for 15 minutes. I don't believe I will renew again heartbroken.

They do a great job and are very professional. Customer support is very prompt, courteous, and they take your business right away. We've had to use four or five times over the course of the last three or four years and it had always been prompt and excellent service. We used the warranty within the last month. We had a stove stop working and they gave us an appointment the very same day and they came out the next day.

I had experience with two other companies and I didn't get the follow up I anticipated so I switched. I was able to get the claims off pretty seamlessly with choice. I had a problem with the washer and they ordered the part and fixed it just as they said they would. He was timely with his call and he followed through in the time frame he said he would.

When I call them they get in contact with somebody. They usually call me that day or that night with someone that will come out. They will also put it on my computer with the contractor name and number. They come out, survey, and then they tell me what's wrong with it. They either fix it then or order a part. They are very nice people. I've been using them so long a lot of the repair people know me.

They were real prompt. The lady I talked to on the phone to get the warranty was very nice and very helpful. The people at the plumbing company that I used were very nice, very helpful, and very prompt. My garbage disposal wasn't working and they came out the next day and checked it and they installed a new disposal. Choice doesn't ask you 50 questions about what happened and why I need this. The just call the plumbing company and they come out and check everything.

I think they are very careful about what sort of services they provide and many of the service providers are not very dependable. One time our furnace didn't work so I called. They immediately got me in touch with a person who came to the house. We needed a new motor for our heat pump. He said he had to go order it and he'd be back. Never heard from him again. I called Choice after a week and said this guy wasn't doing a job. They then said find somebody locally and we had to submit a bill then they paid it. Never have we had a person come to do service that is not complaining about choice home warranty.

Every time I've had a problem I've called them and they've come through for me right away. The last time my refrigerator was making some noise and was making ice. I called them and they called a repair man right away. He explained to me that the reason it makes ice is because we leave the door open too long. They have qualified and knowledgeable repair men when I need them.

Seem to be responsive. ..When I call or email, I get responses back to the email or a phone call back. We've had to use the warranty several times. I've also been a customer for over three years now for the basic appliances. The time frames for the repairs work out well for us. I had to use the warranty for the washing machine and things worked well. It needed a couple of different parts in order to correct the issue and the technician was able to get approval on the parts and get them installed for me in a reasonable time frame.

Aalways get right back to you and get you scheduled right away. I'm having a refrigerator problem right now with the ice maker but it's been ongoing. It's older and I don't think they can get the proper parts. There was a problem with my microwave and they decided instead of fixing it, they would just send me a check to replace it. They've always been prompt and sending somebody out, even if they had to order a part. It was ordered and installed it in a prompt fashion. I just find them very easy to work with.

Never had any issue with the customer service. They've answered all my questions and were very courteous. I used the warranty twice. One for my microwave and one for my washing machine. Both times, it's been very good experience. They've answered all my questions. I even had trouble with my service pack and they got me a new service pack and things got done pretty quickly. It was fast and easy. I just made a phone call and they took care of the rest. They've just been very good and did everything they told me they would do.

We were really in dire straits last month when we had a flood in the basement and they really escalated it for us. They came out that Monday and took care of it as soon as they could. I've never had an issue yet with them and so far, they've been good and provided the service that I needed. Everyone has been super. Any time I've called or had any sort of questions, they service has been great. My kitchen sink stopped working so they came out and replaced it. I just really like the fact that the agent that I talked to initially offered me a three year plan at a discounted rate, which makes sense because I'm going to need a plan every year. So to get that offer without having to track it down, I really appreciated that.

You don't have to wait, they come out and the people they send out are very professional. They do good work and I don't have to wait too long for a response. I usually need it with my heating system and I only had one bad experience. That was with one of the representatives they sent out. When I first started with Choice Warranty, I put in a claim for problems that I was having at my house and they were very good. My oven went out and they selected someone to come to my house to repair it. It was done in a timely manner. The second time, I had moved and I had an issue with my washing machine and that was resolved as well. I had called Choice Home Warranty a few weeks ago, and I don't know what happened but the people were very rude. I had already recommended friends of mine to use Choice Home Warranty and the man told him not to ever call back. I don't know if they switched management or whatever but I wouldn't recommend Home Warranty to anybody after that happened.

We needed a dishwasher, we've used it for electric, plumbing, we've it for everything that we needed. They were right there. So they are very accommodating to all of our needs. So far they've been very helpful and we've had no problems using them. We had problems with the air conditioning because we have three air condition units in the house and the newest one went belly up and we had to use the warranty. They've been very helpful with this problem that we have run into. This is the fourth time that somebody has come in and checked the air conditioning and I know it's not their problem, is the company that came over, but they were very helpful and very responsive. We got call backs so we are very pleased with it so far.

Choice is very prompt, courteous, and fast. I'll file a claim and within one hour a company will be assigned to look at it. Sometime with the vendor companies you will have to go back a second time but I have not a had any problems with choice. I had one really good experience with them when my washing machine broke and they offered me money to buy a new one and they made sure I was happy about it.

They pretty much gave me all the information I needed and they did a good job of what they did. My air conditioning unit had run out and I thought it was gone completely and all it was was a fan blade. They came out, did the job, explained everything they were doing. The first time I called they didn't understand what I would need. The second time I called, she understood exactly what I was saying so we went for it and everything was done correctly and she was an excellent representative. The person they selected to come to my home to fix my washer was quick and had newer stuff and I appreciated that. Everything was done with clockwork. It was wonderful. I'm pretty happy with the customer service but it depends on who I have on the phone. Sometimes some people are much more friendly than others. I like the friendly ones but they did a good job. I had the dishwasher that needed to be fixed. I paid $45 and then he said he had to change it so he was fixing it again this morning and I didn't have to pay again. I saved $200 on the repair. I had a backup on my toilet and I couldn't use the bathroom. They wanted to give me the service five days later and I think that's not good so I paid the plumber and now they're going to pay me back but it takes a long time before they actually come.

My heating system when down and I called them and they didn't get back to me right away. They're supposed to get back to you within twenty four hours. So I called them again and asked them what the problem was and why they hadn't gotten back to me. They had said they were having difficulty finding someone in my area to take care of the problem. I had told them I could get the heating guy that I had used before and they authorized it and supposedly would send me a reimbursement check I haven't gotten, but they said it could take up to a month or so. I did have a little it of an issue with one guy they kept sending me. He took about three or four times to finally get the problem handled which was a little bit annoying. I have Choice Warranty on two properties and for the most part, they did good. They've handled most of my situation.

They came, but didn't come in a timely manner. They were about a half an hour late but they take care of what needs to be done for us. I needed to use my warranty for my AC. I called choice warranty and they set me up an appointment really quick and then they called me to let me know they were on their way and what time they would be there. They gave me a good deal and I got good service for them. I've used them 4 different times and they were awesome. The first time my garbage disposal broke and they came out and fixed it. They told me there may be water damage so they called somebody to check and I did have damage and it ruined my floors and my homeowners insurance ended up covering reflooring my whole house because choice warranty caught that. I've gotten really quick responses and they've always covered everything.

CHW's service has always been excellent only issue I've had has been with one of the vendors. My heat stopped working and I called customer service. They sent me info vial email about the vendor and appointment time. The vendor told us the problem and said the part was supposed to here in 3-5 business days but that was the beginning of November and it didn't get in until the end of November. So it took 3 weeks to get fixed. I think choice should do a follow up to make sure that the vendor you guys send out has completed the job to the satisfaction of the customer because that can reflect poorly on choice if the vendor doesn't do the job promptly and well.

A friend recommended Choice Home Warranty to me. They are very courteous and helpful. When I call they are very quick to resolve the problem. I had a plumbing problem and called on a Sunday and they had someone lined up that afternoon to come on Monday. That was fabulous. The person that came knew what the problem was and had the part in his truck to fix it right away.

Someone always answers the phone 24/7. I had a problem with my billing the first month and I called them and they took care of it right there on the spot. My refrigerator stopped working and the service guy was supposed to come Tuesday but he called Monday morning and said someone had canceled. You don't get that too often. It was great. So far I'm really happy with them. The payment is way less than american home shield. The contractor's american home shield used was horrible. So I went with choice. I used them for my refirgorator, it was great. They covered the part. I used them again for my pool and I was upset for my contractor. I didn't have a problem with choice but if I have a problem with my pool again I will not have that company out again.

They had someone out here the very next day and although it took two weeks to get the part, the day the part came in, he picked it up and came over that evening. Right in the midst of cold weather, my furnace went out and I called them and they were here the next day and everything was back up before the end of the next day. It seems like when I put in a claim, they were right on top of things and they didn't lollygag. They were giving prompt service and took care of my problem. I've had to call in twice. It wouldn't heat any longer and they said it would cost as much as it would to replace it so they gave me the money to replace it. And the second time was with my air conditioner. Every time we call, they are always quick to respond and arrange the service. Last time I needed to use my warranty was when my disposal was bad. Basically I called and the next day they were there. I've had them for years and I been satisfied with their service. Every time I called them, someone came out promptly and everyone they sent was definitely good. We just used them about two weeks ago. We had a leak on our dishwasher and from an experience in the summer before, it cost me a lot of money to replace all of the time, so we called with the same problem and they took care of it in a very satisfactory manner.

And then the second time he wasn't working and I thought it might be due to the fact we had to evacuate for hurricanes and the gentleman fixed it really quickly and that was great. I had an emergency and they sent me the guy the same day and they ended up coming at 10 o'clock at night and they fixed my problem. I appreciated that very much. I called in the morning and the lady who answered the phone told me it would be a twenty four hour watch. When the technician came out, he was able to do it the same day. They were real quick with approving his part estimates so I did not have to wait around to get my stuff fixed. I had to get my heater fixed and they were able to find somebody that was able to come as soon as the call basically. They were able to fix it within three or four hours which contributed to the quick response of the team approving his quotes. I appreciate them being quick to respond.

All the deals I've had with them, they've been very quick in getting the response out and the work's been done accurately. I had an electrical problem a couple of weeks ago and I called Choice and within two hours I received a call back from the company to do the work and they were going to schedule it for the following day and the gentleman calls and said that he could do it that evening if I was available. In just a couple of house we were done and didn't have to wait another day. They've been very quick about getting work done and the work's been done correctly the first time.

The most recent interaction I had with them, they were phenomenal. They took care of the problem and took care of the expenses. Customer service was phenomenal. But I have a number that I have to call to go directly to the resolutions line anytime I have a problem because the ordinary line I can't get a good customer service rep. For the resolutions team is phenomenal, but their ordinary customer service, not so much. Most recently we added plumbing fixtures to our plan and our kitchen faucet just all of the sudden stops working properly so we have a plumber come out and he worked with it and he could fix it and he replaced the fixture for us. There have been a couple of frustrating times when there was an appliance that wasn't working properly most of the time, but when the technician came out to look at it, it was working at that time so they wouldn't repair it at that time.

Each time I call, I've been able to get service. Not always timely I think. I think it's been maybe 2-3 days before on one incident. I was expecting a quicker response and a response to a concern that I had with one of the vendors where I had to actually pay additional money and the representative from Choice could not help me with that in terms of making sure I got reimbursed. I'm waiting to hear back regarding the microwave service that I received a couple weeks ago. The guy came out and he was able to diagnose the problem, he temporarily fixed the problem with leaving me with the impression that a part had to be ordered and it was up to the company to determine whether or not they wanted to pay for that part as well as the installation fee and labor associated with him coming back to put that part on my microwave. But I haven't heard back from Choice regarding the follow up to that.
