The price was cheaper than most home warranties and it had good reviews. Choice Home Warranty has been great, they've always been there every time I've needed something. It's very easy to get things done and to get someone to come out. Choice Home Warranty approves most of the claims--I've never had any claim denied. It was very easy to get in touch with somebody before the pandemic, which made it harder to get in touch with somebody, but now it is getting back to normal.

Great value, great company. They really care about their customers and they handled my problems very fast. After the big freeze we had in Texas, my heat pump went out, and it turned out to be my thermostat. The tech they sent arrived and within fifteen minutes of looking, knew exactly what was wrong and replaced it. They are a great company--friendly employees and the companies they do business with to send out to their customers are good companies. The techs are great people--nice and friendly. Choice Home Warranty one hundred percent, all the way, A plus!

It's the second year I've had the warranty and I've only had to use it twice. I had one not-so-good experience and one great experience so that's I'll keep it for another year and hopefully everything works out like the second time. The first time I needed to use it was for an electrical problem, and I waited three days and they never contacted me. They said they couldn't find anybody, and that's why I got kind of discouraged with it but then I ended up fixing the problem myself. The second time, I had a problem with my heat pump, and when I reported it, somebody contacted me the same day and had a contractor call me to set up an appointment for the next day. The service was top notch--they were right on the ball--and I was satisfied that time because they had somebody come the next day.

I made it known that I had an issue, and the support that I received from Choice Home Warranty was fantastic. No complaints on my part. My heating element went out in my oven. The turnaround was quick. The technician that came out was knowledgeable to what was going on. There was a delay in getting a part in, but the repair has been made and like I said, there's no complaint.

It's hard to get through on the phone, and I almost always have to reschedule with the provider. Recently, my garbage disposal stopped working. I put in a claim on your website and I was scheduled for a visit ten days after I put in my claim to say something was broken. I called the provider and I got a visit scheduled for two days instead of ten days. They came at the beginning of the time window--I was very happy I didn't have to wait around for them for hours--and they quickly and efficiently fixed the disposal. I had already given them my card so I didn't have to wait for anyone to go out in the van and clear the card so I'm very happy.

It's just a very good experience with Choice Home Warranty. I had one opportunity to call them a couple weeks ago about my dryer and during that call, it was easy to get an assignment done with the contractor. He was here the next day and fixed the dryer at that time. With the other company I was with before, that same item would be five or six day turn-around. I was also able to include my pool in my warranty for a cheaper rate than what I was paying with the previous company for twelve years.

I think homeowners should have warranties like this, because even though I can DIY a lot of stuff, every homeowner should have it because you don't know when something's going to happen. As a matter of fact, the first time I used it, my dryer broke--the motor went out--and I called Choice. They sent the guys out, they fixed it, they answered all my questions, and they left. It was pretty good.

The service is good, I used it within the last month. I had kitchen stove knobs sticking on and they wouldn't turn off completely, and the guy came out and checked them out. He said what they needed, turned it into Choice Home Warranty, and it was approved that very same day. Of course a snowstorm hit, so he didn't get to come back for a couple of weeks, but it's now been fixed and everybody's happy.

It was an amazing deal. I’ve been satisfied every time I’ve dealt with choice. I would recommend them to any homeowner. One time my heater wasn't coming on and I called in because it was very cold weather and they set up the appointment for the next day but the technician called me and told me he was coming earlier and he could see me that same day and he came in and resolve my issue within thirty minutes.

When you have something break, you get a hold of someone on the phone and they make the appointment for you. Then they send a qualified person out to fix it. I've used the warranty twice for my dishwasher and refrigerator. They quickly repaired them and it was excellent. Overall, they accommodate you quickly and make sure they send out qualified people to fix things in your home.

I purchased the three year deal which I thought was a good value. We've used the warranty twice. Our disposal had a leaking issue and they sent a wonderful serviceman out to fix it. They always send out very qualified workers in response to your claims. One thing that is a little disconcerting is when you read the fine print on the contract there are a lot of ways they can get out of covering things you need fixed.

I switched to Choice because my previous home warranty company was too expensive and they didn't cover everything that Choice covers. I've never had trouble talking to people in customer service. They are extremely nice and make sure things are taken care of. My washer needed fixing and they sent someone out to fix it. The man came out and was very fast and kept everything clean when he left. Every time I call they seem to raise their copay, so I wish they would stop doing that.

Choice Home Warranty was included in our mortgage deal when we closed on our house. This company has been very responsive and has gotten our service set up quickly. They have been very clear on the explanation of benefits so we know exactly what to expect. We had to use our warranty recently for some issues with our heating and cooling system. We were able to get someone out here to fix it within the next couple of days. They came prepared and gave us suggestions on how to keep it running smoothly. I was happy with the timely manner they fixed it in.

I used my home warranty to fix a heating issue and the vendor who took my claim was not able to fix it the same even because he needed to pick up a part the next day. He came back when I was home and the finx it the next day. guess what the heat was running at 80 and would not turn move from 80 even when you turn it to 69. i call him back and figure why it was doing so. he was good and i would want to use this vendor again if anything happen to my heating system. I brought a three years warranty for my daughter home as a home warming present. i would do it again in a heart beat.

I think their prices are fair and reasonable and I went with them because I figured that was a better buy from me. Customer support is courteous and kind and all of my problems have been solved. I had a pool leak and they came out and remedy the situation, the contractor came out and did the work. I would certainly recommend choice because I haven't had so far it's been a great experience with them.

I went with Choice because I heard they were good at getting stuff done and send out the proper people to fix what you need fixed. Our dishwasher wasn't functioning very well at all. It kept filling up with water but the water wouldn't always dissipate. They sent a professional company out that ordered the part and now it's working like a charm. They always send qualified people to fix the problems you have, and my needs have always been taken care of.

I've been with Choice for a while now and have been using their military discount. They are very responsive and I don't have to wait very long after I put in a claim. They usually send someone out within a week and they fix whatever is broken. Just recently, we had a toilet problem. They fixed it and even provided some feedback to prevent problems in the future.

I called a couple of different home warranty companies, and Choice gave me great information and I liked the knowledge level of the person I talked to. We had one of our appliances go out and the customer service representative wasn't sure what was covered, so they cut us a check to replace it. They covered us that was above and beyond. I definitely plan on renewing with them when the time comes.

I've used my warranty several times and I've always been happy with the outcome. Everyone shows up when they're supposed to, they call in advance, and their competent most of the time. They do an excellent job! I don't like having to pay $45 each time somebody walks through my door, and think that's a little high and think it should be considerably less.

Pretty much everything is taken care of in my home and it’s pretty reasonable for the entire year. The only thing is you have to do everything online, you can’t talk to anybody. I would prefer to speak to someone to get immediate feedback. I used the warranty at first with the garage door. Our garage door was starting to get loose so we called to have that fixed and they fixed it right away and it was fine.

They have the best value for the price. It gives really good value for the tax services, and the things that need to be replaced would be very expensive to fix on your own. Their customer support is always responsive and have someone out here to fix whatever it is that I'm filing a claim for immediately. The guys that came to our service our heat system were great. They really went above and beyond our expectations, going out to buy a part that was needed and staying until after 7pm to get the job done. They really wanted to make sure we had heat after two days of cold weather and broken heat, and we appreciated it so much. The next day I got a follow up phone call to make sure that everything went smoothly over night. Customer service is unparalleled!

They have been good about assigning companies to my claims. They have been easy to work with and their staff very professional. The concern for me is with many of the companies they send out, not being five star rated companies. I have had to have many of them having to come back out a second time to repair the same problem or request a different company to make the repair. I am currently in that situation again where I need to have a second repair on a service that was made a month ago. This is frustrating as with Covid on the rise I don't really want to have people in my home again. Like most people I want things fixed right the first time.

CHW is always quick to have the service repair companies come to the aid of their clients. The service technicians have been very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The repairs (when possible) are completed or CHW has offered to replace the damaged appliance/ equipment. The dollar amount is not the total dollar amount required to replace the appliance/equipment however, CHW is quick to make a payment/offer to their clients. CHW Customer Service is second to none.

My best friend who is a real estate agent recommended them to me. Since then I have recommended it three times to people. I used it last month because my air conditioning broke and it was pretty hot here in North Carolina. They came out the next day and said I needed a new motor and one day later I had it replaced. This company has great value. Whenever I call they usually assign someone to me within a couple of hours and I receive service within 24 hours. My dryer stopped working and after they sent someone it works just fine. I haven't had any problems so far with the company and they respond in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service has been very responsive. They were prompt and quick when responding to my claim. I had an AC issue where the outside unit was broken. In less than twenty-four hours they had a mechanic out to my house to assess the issue. A new unit was ordered and replaced my old one within four days. I signed up for a multi-year contract five years ago. Anytime I've ordered a service it has been done right. Whoever the technicion was would call me immediately with an appointment. They have a very quick turnaround. When I sold the home I had the warranty for, they took care of plumbing issues and a garage door problem quickly. The price for their home warranty is reasonable. When my washing machine stopped running, I contacted them and within two days they had someone out here to fix it. There were pieces that had to be replaced, which took about two weeks, so I was not happy with how long that took. I am very happy with this company. They are quick to answer claims and got me an appointment the next day. Last week my air conditioner went out and I called Choice. They called an air conditioning company to came the next day to fix it. Their ads say "$60 for each call", but then I had to pay $150 for something to get fixed. They tried explaining this to me but I still don't really understand it.

I like Choice because they have extra coverages that other companies don't offer. I've been very pleased with their customer service, and have had no problems whatsoever on the few claims I've turned in. It only costs me about three hundred dollars a year, which is not much. They are always really responsive. If they can not find someone to do it in a timely manner, they offer to let me have my own person come and do it. If something is not covered, they are nice about explaining why it is not. I bought an older home and the lady that lived here before was a widow and did not do preventative maintenance so I am very thankful to have a warranty.

Every time I’ve contacted them they have responded to me quickly. When I was having air conditioning problems, I originally called someone else who told me I needed a new product but then I remembered I had Choice and I called them and they told me I had a rat’s nest in the fan and he removed and all I had to pay him was the seventy five dollars. He was here less than 10 minutes and my problems were solved.

They provide very good service for cheap. All the technicians that have come out here have been very professional and very trustworthy. I ask them how much the service would cost without Choice Home Warranty and it is always a couple hundred dollars more than I pay out of pocket. Choice helps me with me needs and follows through. Our microwave stopped working and we called Choice late in the evening and they answered the phone and got someone out the next day to diagnose the issue and order the part and a week later it was fixed. You have a very good sales team. They are very persuasive. Unfortunately they promised me more than they could deliver but even if they had promised less I would have still gotten it. They Customer service has improved in the last year. In the past they wouldn’t pay attention but now when I call, I get the plumber the next day and he takes fifteen minutes to get the problem solved, which is a relief with all the Covid going on. I don’t want people in my house longer than fifteen minutes. Currently they are delivering what was promised unlike when they didn’t cover the electrician after he fixed it so I had to pay 170 dollars or when they gave me fifty percent to replace my microwave. Right now I am happy with Choice Home Warranty.

After having American Home Shield for 17 years, I was upset with their pricing and their veterans discount. Choice was able to offer me a better price over a three year period. They are prompt when I put in a request. They show up the next day and everything gets done and fixed. We had the garbage disposal not working and I sent in the request at about six o’clock at night and I get a notification at eight and I was able to schedule everything. They fixed it in about an hour. The service person was well qualified and knew what he was doing.
